Had my carpets cleaned on July 1st, I had a puppy who is now fully trained an had xtreme come clean up the mess, the technician did a wonderful job he explained some spots may resurface an if they do to call back with in 7 days an they would reclean free of charge an why the spots may come back. The next day on July 2nd I saw a few spots come back up I call xtreme an they informed me they would get me back on their schedule. They arrived yesterday on the 5th an recleaned the spots. They are gone an have yet to resurface. I will recommend them to my friends an family. They are very knowledgeable an helpful an answered all my questions.

Xtreme carpet cleaning came to clean the carpet in our apartment because we were moving out. We had lived in the apartment for 10 years so our heavy traffic areas were pretty dark. The tech showed up on time and was very informative about what we could expect, their procedures and how long he would be there. He also asked us to point out potential trouble areas or more damaged areas. He asked if we had pets and what excessive pet dander would entail (we didnt have pets). He asked about paint stains or possible varnish stains from furniture. Otherwise, he was very quick and the end result looked great! We were able to get our full deposit back granted our carpet was very easy to clean!

They did a good job cleaning the carpet and were on time for appointment. However, we had already moved out of our rental when they cleaned the carpets and then they must have dumped dirty water from the carpet shampooer in the kitchen sink. This was noticed by the rental company and would be taken out of the deposit if we didn’t go back to clean up the mess they left.

I was able to do all the scheduling online, received a text confirmation of my appointment time, the crew arrived a half hour early, did the whole job in 45 minutes, and I got a receipt e-mailed to me immediately. The only way that it would have been easier is if theyd scheduled and paid themselves.

Horrible service did an initial clean that we paid for and came back a couple days later saying that they needed to do the second clean and charge again without notice. The total would have been over four hundred dollars for hardly any area. If you choose this business be sure to clarify the quote before hand so there is no hidden fees!

I had a terrible experience with pure clean techs, who quoted me one price, and doubled it upon arrival, so I called xtreme carpet cleaning and they quoted me a price over the phone and didnt change it a dollar when they came! And they came the very next day after I called. The techs were professional and the carpets looked great! The owner even contacted me afterwards to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I will be calling this company for any future carpet cleaning needs!

They charge extra for fans to dry carpet.just because the carpet is dry to touch in 8 hours doesnt mean the pad is dry. my advice find someone who does a complete job not 80%.unless you want mold

We have had our carpets cleaned various times by other businesses in the area. We live with two indoor/outdoor cats and two little kids, a one and three year old. Needless to say, we had been putting it off until our two kids both got the flu and our carpets were covered and smelled like curdled milk. I set up an appointment online (I love the fact that I dont have to speak to an actual person to set the appointment up because as a mom with two kids at home, every time I answer the phone is the second they both start crying and fighting for my attention.) The online, same day appointment service was amazing! They squeezed me in that same day, and the guys that actually came to clean my carpet were willing to work around my kids nap time. The service was quick, friendly and the job was professional and done well. I have used them several times since, and every time have received the same high level of service. Will never use any other carpet cleaning company!
