I came in as a Walk-in this morning and everyone was so welcoming and friendly, even though they were very busy! They were so accommodating! Kim gave me an excellent foot and leg massage with a cucumber treatment that left my legs feeling so cool and refreshing!! SO WORTH TREATING MYSELF!! They are also extremely clean!!

I went in with my mother. We had called 2 hours in advance to make sure we would be in and out quickly. There were two women working and only one person in the shop. Now I understand that they had another customer, But considering we had called two hours before, we didn’t think either of us would have to wait too long. The younger woman seated me quickly, and began on my acrylics (I was getting French nails). My mother sat waiting for an entire hour while I got my manicure done, not even being acknowledged by the two ladies working. The manicure ended up horrible, and two of my cuticles were bleeding. FINALLY, the older woman spoke to my mother, asking her to come back later, after she sat there FOR AN HOUR waiting for service.

Super nice folks and always do a great job. They were not open this last Wednesday when I went by. I didnt stop to read the sign. I hope it was just for the day!

I love coming here to get my nails done! I’ve been coming here for a couple of months to get fills on my acrylics and they are always very kind and fast and do a wonderful job.

I walked into the empty salon and asked if I could have an infill on my acrylic nails. An elderly woman said yes, had me take a seat then proceeded to keep getting up and sitting back down then chatting with someone who had walked in. She finally started on my nails, filing two right down then proceeded to walk off again!! I asked if she was too busy (3 nail techs, no other paying customers) and she said “yes, leave! I am too busy”!! I have never experienced anything like it! I was told not to go there as they weren’t very good but I am still shocked by how I was treated!! I can see why the place was deserted. I’ll be warning all friends, family and colleagues. It’s shambolic and theres no excuse to treat another person in this way, especially a paying customer!

I have been going here for a couple of years and the quality is always consistently good. Usually get a mani pedi with shellac on my nails and I have rarely had a bad experience in any way. Very friendly, nice vibe. And good prices!

HA! LOOOOOOOOVE Mai and Tracy. They are hilarious. I have known Tracy for a few years and have followed her to her different salons she has worked at. But this salon owner Mai is hilarious and really takes time to make your nails look great. Tracy is great and she has regulars that come in and ask for her even while youre there so you know they are going to do a good job! Great fair prices. Theyre gel/shellac nails color assortment is great. Plenty to choose from.

My whole family has been coming to this nail salon for the longest time. Miley is so fun and open while working. It doesn’t bother me much that they’re on the phone with someone else. If they weren’t talking to you then what’s the point of having even longer awkward silence. Everyone there is so nice and I appreciate for all the years they have dealt with me and my family.

I got a full set of acrylics and they were really bad. They painted them so bad and also I asked for them longer and the lady said no because that was to long even tho I was gonna pay for them. I don’t recommend going there.

I used to come here all the time with my grandma and get our toes done, there was no issue.. but a few years later and I come back on my own to one of the worst places I’ve ever been when it comes to service. This last particular time really got on my nerves. I spent the last 4 weeks growing out my leg hair to be waxed before I leave on a trip to Florida, I come in asking for a pedicure as well. I was yelled at 4 times to find a color, I spent half a second looking at the shades before I just settled on white so I didn’t have to be rushed any longer. I sit down and everything is fine, prepping my toes for polish. Then the older woman basically rips me out of the chair to get waxed before my toes have been painted. The wax was way too hot and she disregarded every time I mentioned it to her. She put on the wax and the cloth strips so half hazardly! I had to repeatedly show her giant spots that she’s missed just by looking at it! When she was done waxing she coverd my legs in oil then proceeds to go in with TWEEZERS! After oil?! That did absolutely nothing other than pinch my skin leaving huge raised bumps. She shouldn’t have even been using tweezers unless I had an ingrown hair. My legs are still sticky when they sit me back in the chair to finally paint my toes. I run my hands over my legs and it’s almost as if I never got them waxed! She then says “you pay now!” Before I’ve been got polish on my toes! And the bill was $70. I hand her 4 twenty dollar bills and she gives no change back!!! Doesn’t even ASK if I wanted to give a tip. I get my toes painted and it’s nothing impressive, just white no flowers even though I asked for one and I left there so frustrated. I went home and shaved my legs. I could have just shaved my legs and painted my own toes if I knew I would spend $80 to have this kind of service. Would absolutely NOT recommend.

Got my lashes done here and the clinician did a nice job. It cost $80 and took an hour and a half, Im very happy with them.

I took my daughter (6yrs old) in for her first pedicure and we had the best experience! The daughter did my daughters pedicure and talked with her the entire time! My daughter left so happy and cant wait for our next trip to the salon!

I love this place! The lady here always does a great job on my acrylics and has even stayed open past closing time for me. All the workers are very friendly, this is my go to nail salon! Would recommend!

I went there today for a shellac because my place was too busy and really needed to color my nails. I have not been to Alohas in about seven years because of terrible service and work. I cant believe after all those years nothing has changed. Ive heard the place had new owners and thats why I went for it.The lady that owns the salon colored my nails but did a terrible job. The place wasnt busy but she rushed it and somehow she managed to get my nails super thick with the polish and very uneven, not smooth but bumps everywhere especially on the tips like trying to make them look wider which she did.Four hours later the shellac is peeling off 😠I can believe I tipped it for that 😣

The first time I went here with my boyfriend and we got mani/pedis. The lady who did his was nice and talkative, but mine didn’t seem to speak English very well. They were super nice over all. But the second time I came in to get just a simple painting of my nails, it was different. I guess it was kinda busy, and I was SUPER rushed. She took off my old polish and buffed my nails, then told me to pay. I said that I needed color and she told me again to pay first. I want to see the job before paying. 😰This other girl finished me off and did an okay-ish job. It was $5, but since I didn’t use cash, she charged my card an extra $0.50. There is a sign that says cash is preferred, but nothing about a fee. I wanted to give it at least one more fair try, but I feel bad about that experience, so I don’t want to go back. The place itself is pretty outdated. I’m so disappointed because it was so close and cheap, but I’ll pay a little more to not get treated that way again. ☹️

I told them I was unhappy with the blue all over my hands the shape everything and wanted to leave and they still charged me 45$. Don’t go here I don’t know how to post a pic or I would it is bad

Horrible place... Muy is whom I contacted the BBB over, refusing to file my nails tossing me a file to do myself and kept insisting I pay SHE Never completed my fill or painted my nails. I paid the money went outside and reported them.

Absolute worst experience, I showed up and they asked me to come back in 15 minutes. After i returned (on time) they had obviously serviced more people and I was told to sit down and wait where I was ignored as they sat even another person... after half an hour, I left fuming... horrible, rude, unwelcoming staff. I will never go there again!

Horrible experience at this nail salon. I went in hoping to get my toes done for the beginning of summer, but it wasnt worth the experience I had. The employees made comments about the appearance of my toenails (obviously why I was going in for a pedicure....) and embarrassed me in front of the other patrons. I was going in expecting to be treated well, and left knowing I will never go back.
