The people are so nice here! Best pricing around. They do student discounts and my acrylics always come out to around $50, compared to $80 at other places. They can’t do any crazy difficult designs but they do great simple ones!

I come here with my son and always have a wonderful experience! Hes only 5yrs old and enjoys picking out random fun colors.

This is my absolute favorite place for a mani/pedi. The owner Cindy is so sweet and kind and the rest of her staff are wonderful too. I found the place to be exceptionally clean and their sanitation practices were impeccable. You can tell the Covid crisis has really affected their business negatively and they are so grateful for the business.Their pricing is right in line with other pedicure places Ive been to, so no surprises there.I highly recommend you treat yourself to a pampering pedicure. Upgrade to the organic one and you wont be sorry.

I have visited this salon twice while staying in Bothell for work. Both times the spa was spotlessly clean and bright, with well-maintained furniture and appointments. The staff are friendly and professional. I was treated extremely well and my pedicures were absolutely perfect. They did a fantastic job, the pedis lasted several weeks, and my feet felt amazing. They did such a great job and the prices were super reasonable. I am a very happy customer and will return! 🩴🩴💅💅

Took a friend for a manicure had an appt. 30 min they finally started on us. I had made and cancelled 2 appts that week but had made this appt for specific time. They were rude and even commented that I had cancelled 2 appts. I called and cancelled I was not a no show. So penalizing us because life changed. I wanted powder which they did with Shellac to save time. Even when we asked they said thats what they do for french manicures. No hand treatment and no lotion but were charged full price. Unfortunately I paid bill which I should have challenged. Will never go back and have told friends of our experience.

Havent had a pedicure in so long! The lady who worked with me did a great job on my feet (I have very small nails and had already trimmed them to the nub before coming). She was also very patient with my requests as I tend to be very specific about how thick I like the white portion of a french pedicure or manicure. Will definitely come again! The shellac still looks great, of course.

Everyone was so kind. They gave my daughter a complimentary manicure with her pedi since she was visiting me from out of tow. And it was her birthday. Also, our nails look great! Very relaxing experience

Bon spa is the BEST! I have been going here for years and have built a relationship with the workers. They are all very talented as well as kind, caring and positive. The teamwork is great. Cindy and her girls never fail me and always make my day great! I love bon spa and highly recommend it.

I hadn’t had a manicure or pedicure in about a year. The staff at Bon Spa were very attentive to detail and I left feeling pampered and satisfied! Highly recommend!

This place is charging $60 for a regular mani-pedi. I left feeling sick that I had let them rip me off because they are slow. I will never step foot in this place again.

They are nice, doesnt feel like they are verbally assaulting you behind your back like some places. I liked my nails at the end. I got acrylics to lengthen them. They ended up too long for me, and when I went back they shortened them for free, which is nice. 4 stars instead of 5 because both times Ive been in, its a little sloppy. The lengths are pretty uneven (until I got them fixed), and the second time I got polish and its bumpy and uneven.Overall I recommend this place, good price, good atmosphere and nice ladies that work there. Very great service! Super cheap and great technique

If you get the dip powder nails do NOT go here for them. I got my nails done 2 days ago and they are destroyed already. They are lifting, and have cracked down the middle on two of them already. Dip is supposed to last 3 weeks and they haven’t made it two days. The lady doin them didn’t know what she was doing, she had to read the containers to figure it out. She never put the base coat of dip on before the color (probably why they’re lifting after 2 days), I had to ask to put two coats of color on, she was only going to do one, and the top coat of dip powder, she used what was suppose to be the base coat... and to top it off she used shellac UV top coat the finish off which is now all peeled off because UV top coat doesn’t hold to dip powder!!! Extremely thin, for which she made a comment about my previous ones being thick and hard to get off. They are supposed to be thick and last more than two days. They seem like a great salon for pedis and manis, but I wasted 40 dollars there this weekend on dip powder. Do not go here for dip powder nails.

It really depends on who does your nails. The first few times I went was SOLID. nails looked fabulous, and the quality was amazing. I work at a metal shop and those things took a beating like a champ. The last time I went was very disappointing. it was a different lady and my nails started popping off within a week with minimal activity (was not at work for a couple weeks so it wasnt me abusing them). I wish I had caught their names so I could get it fixed when the first lady is in. Be careful, your mileage may vary.

It was my first time trying this place. I had a pedicure and a color change on my hand. The gal who did my pedicure was great. But the gal who painted my nails was so rude and threw me a big attitude because I showed her an area she missed. She rolled her eyes and muffled God under her breath. I said excuse me? And she just ignored me. I asked who the owner/manager was and our turned out to be her! She tells the employee Im talking to, to have me send a complaint of I want. So do not go there if you are looking for good service!

Live in Shoreline. I been nail places, lake city, wedgewood, bothell and ballard depending on where Im working that day with client. All ok to horrible. BON NAIL is best nail set I have ever got done. LEE did my nails Aug 2016. Fanastic job the detail she put into my nails was ever you want your nails to me. She soaked, cleaned cuticles, did 4 leaves of gel polish. So the nails stayed a full month for me. Worth the 16 mile drive from my hpuse for stunning nails. Im getting married in June and will definitely making an appointment with LEE for eyebrow wax and sparkling tip with nail art. By the way noone else in seattle does Sparkling Tips, trust me Ive ask all say no. Too them not trendy. I dont care trendy. I care that their care, detail and beautiful service completed. Worst place everr save yourself and your nails ...don’t go there! They put the wrong colors on and cut into my nail bed so bad I was bleeding and they shared nail utensils which is so unsafe.

I got gel nails with jewels on them and within 4 hours of getting them all the jewels fell off. Plus the workers are rude and disrespectful
