Clean, efficient and friendly staff.My finger nails were badly chipped the day after- it was an essie polish! I called and they told me to come in and have them redone. I really appreciate that theyll fix them and am also annoyed because its an hour out of a busy day. Lol, cant such a brat, huh?Guess I couldve also said dahwell and wasted the $ spent... JK, why would I do that! Maybe next time (and I dont get my nails done often) Ill do gel? What do yall suggest?

Easily the best mani / pedi in Boston. They are incredibly hard working, have high standards for quality and customer service, and are very clean. They have a number of nice little additions to the process that I havent seen at other salons -- a scrub, paraffin for heels, hot stones, all part of their standard pedicure (whereas its a spa pedicure for other places).Ive been going to SoHo a few times a month for more than three years. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

There were only 2 lady’s working one was brand new had no idea the process of spa pedi that we wanted. And then they weren’t keeping track of the instruments used to perform the pedi and got the sets mixed up. Also did not change gloves and I had to ask to switch tech cause it was horrible. I will not be comming back here ever ! Not offering services to anyone looking for nail techs. One pedi was 60 the other 40 and both worth either amount.

Went a second time last month and was just as happy. Its a hop, skip & a jump from my doctors office. I just wish I remembered more often how easy it is to get there and how happy I am afterwards.

They use non-sterile instruments.In other words, they are reusing previous customer’s instruments. This place has what’s appeared to be an autoclave machine but they are obviously not using.I was about to get my pedicure and looked over at an instrument pouch that has indicators that supposed to change color depending on what kind of autoclave is used. And the indicators were not changed.I’m a dentist, so I know all about sterialization.When I brought this issue to a technician she gave me an excuse and somehow found a pouch that was actually sterile.This is criminal if you ask me.

Staying at Boston Park Plaza Hotel and this great nail salon is a short 7 minute walk. Lovely and relaxing inside, great technicians. A place to be pampered from owners who really are invested in your experience there.

The best pedicure ive ever had, the tools are very clean and one time use only. The time is a bit long but she is very professional, patient and worth the time of waiting. I really like it.

Worst gel manicure ive ever had in Boston. The layers of polish are completely uneven and as a result looks very streaky even after 3 coats. The ends of my nails have jagged edges. There is polish all over the tops and sides of my nails. It also took almost an hour and ten minutes. It is so bad that i would have asked to have it taken off and re-done but since it took so long i did not have time as I had to be somewhere else shortly after. I also paid $5 extra for a special gel polish and it definitely not worth it. Terrible. Note: This is my first review ever- thats how bad it was.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Came in for a fill and she gave me powder and then yelled at me when I explained she wasnt giving me what I wanted... the end result was even worse. dont waste your money here

This is my worst manicure experience ever. We made a reservation for four girls and they didn’t have enough people to help. The girl who did my nails has no idea she is doing. It looks horrible :(

I went there with a few friends to get a manicure and pedicure. There was only 2 staff working at the time and most of us wanted a pedicure. Minutes later someone else walked in and was told to come back in 30 minutes. I wanted a special pedicure that took about 15 minutes longer than traditional. I stated this right before she started on my feet and was told that I she couldnt do it because it would take too long and she wanted to attend to the lady who walked in. Since my friends and I were there first I think we should have priority. I left the shop with no service. Only 2 out of 5 friends received service.

Horrible job on my nails and customer service. Took 3+ hours for a pedicure and full set. I was the only customer at the time. And once the nail tech was finished I literally cried because I was frustrated I spent that much time and my nails looked horrible an hr before I had to attend a huge event. They even told me they only accepted Venmo as payment. You literally have to go on your Venmo app on your phone and send them a payment!! I have never heard of that from any nail establishment, ever. I asked that they should have a sign up or something that they don’t accept credit cards. Pretty sure the guy at the front desk only did that to ensure I don’t despite charges or they don’t get taxed on the service. I paid for the service I hated since I’m not gonna jip someone from 3 hrs of work. But I will definitely NOT RECOMMEND this place!! I’m pretty easy to please and this hit the spot of beyond poor experience.

I am in so much pain !! I have bleeding toe nails .i am not sure the woman doing my nails realised I was alive. I was pushed and pulled and snipped at for over 2 hours. My finger nails are clipped so short they hurt . Please don’t go there $90 and about 2 weeks of pain until everything heals

If I could I will give them no star at all.Unprofessional staff（male staff there）➕Backward equipment➕Negative service attitude➕Higher price but the worst nail art！The staff broke my nails and it was pain then said he couldnt take the gel off . he just let me go find other nails salon when it was already 7pm～Most nail spa are closed at 7-8pm. U guys are seriously??? Please welcome to their store if u wanna experience the worst manicure youve ever had!!!
