Amazing service! My friend and I walked in and were greeted immediately. Very cozy and lovely women working there. Our nails and toes look amazing and they made us feel so comfortable. I’m definitely going back!

I got a full set. The woman who did my nails kept missing and filed my skin 5 times with the buffering tool. Ive been getting my nails done for years, was there for twice as long and the inside of multiple tips has dried nail glue/residue and is totally uneven.Towards the end I was short on time and had to leave for a meeting, the woman that was doing my nails mumbled something to another woman, who then rudely came up to me telling me why i needed a top coat. I wont be returning, was really unimpressed with the service and the finished product.

Seriously such a great salon. I called ahead for an appointment and Casey called me back to do a consultation. They set me up with a stylist that works with lots of vibrant colors to cater to my specific needs. The salon is so nice and Casey was so personable and sweet. She did SUCH a good job on my hair!

Let me start off by saying that ive been to this place several times and it feels like women who work there have never done this before. every time i was nesting hope that maybe, just maybe theyll do better next time. this place is a waste of time and money - this woman rushed through my manicure completely, did a very poor cuticle work, unevenly painted my unevenly shaped nails. absolutely nothing good to say about the place. my nails would have looked better if i did them by myself.

I went with 3 other people and they did a great job on all of us, 2 sets of acrylics and 3 gel manicures.

They do a wonderful job on your nails. But communication wise they tend not to give you excellent service unless you a regular of theirs.

This is THE WORST salon I have ever been to!!!! The technician kept filing my skin off instead of my nail, she cut me on 4 of my fingers. They made my nails sooo beyond thick that I couldnt go one more day with them on. I went somewhere else to get them taken off the next day and the person that was taking them off asked me where did I go to get them done because they looked so horrible. She said they were so thick and they didnt even do the ballerina/coffin shape correctly and that they had dents in then instead of being smooth. She said she felt so bad for me and was just shaking her head the whole time taking the nails off. Also the technician never even told me to wash my hands. She let me wash my hands after she finished. Dont ever go to this place! Youll regret it! Worst $75 Ive ever spent on.

Recently had acrylic nails put on and they were lovely. HOWEVER upon having them taken off, they were quite literally ripped off my nails causing me to scream in the salon. As comical as this might read, I can’t believe the damage this has done to my nails. Other salons use a solution that dissolves the acrylic nail so it is gently removed. My nails are now uneven, sore and red and I’m in a great deal of pain.

I am so happy that Amy opened up her own shop.I have been her client for about 10 years now and just love her. She does The best manicures, pedicures and brow wax! She is very maticulos with cuticles and color and just a nice person in general!

Pretty bad when you’re getting a pedicure and she is watching tv while she is giving you a pedicure. Have given this salon several chances and the service gets worse!! Do they not realize that walk-ins when are given great service become regular clients and that’s where you make your money. Service like this will kill a business!!

Thannie did my pedicure with gel instead of regular color. It cost extra but looks really good. She was gentle and very conscientious about her work.

Amy is the best, I have been seeing her for over 5 years. The salon is beautiful, service is great, and is reasonably priced. If you are in the North End and looking for a manicure spot, this is it!

I will never go here ever again because of their employee, Jessica. She was unpleasant and very rude. She rushed through my gel fill; cut my skin; did not make sure my nails were even and harassed me about tipping. Because of her I will NEVER go here.

Stumbled upon this place walking to a different salon decided to try this place instead and was not disappointed. She really put alot of time into my fill and my nails came out awesome

Terrible service. I waited for 30 minutes after being told it’ll only take 10. Once I was in the chair for my pedicure, the water she put in was cold. She seemed alarmed when I asked that she drain it and put hot water in. That didn’t work bc the water was still luke warm so I gave up and just got my pedicure. As I finished and went on to the manicure area, I was preparing for acrylic and gel but the lady supposedly didn’t hear that I said acrylic at the door so I was denied that service and they discussed this in their native language which I feel is extremely rude when handling customers. I was also told that only 2 people are certified to do acrylic when there are about 10 workers which is just wrong. I will not return and I do not recommend this place.

I went to this salon and had awful service firstly they werent very nice secondly she just put normal nail glue on my nails which is not very strong and thirdly when I went to dry my nails I was left on my own for 10 minutes straight after those 10 minutes I knew I had enough so I went over to my two sisters only then did they lady rush over to check my nails also she did a very bad job at painting my nails also it has only been 1 week and two of my nails have fallen off I have cried because I payed 35 dollars of my own money I thought the few bad reviews were just fake accounts by competitor salons or just unlucky people boy was I wrong I realize now that all of the customers were people who know Amy personally or have gone to her for years please Asswell my sister got French nails and she did them badly too .I warn you and listen to this because I didn’t DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE PLEASE.
