They attended my friend and I early since we arrived a few minutes earlier than our appointment time. They were quick and professional, I felt very relaxed! The person who did my nails did such an amazing job! I love my nails and even my toes! While doing the pedicure the person made sure that she wasn’t hurting me, by always asking me if I was okay. Vibe of the place is incredible and even the music! Would definitely comeback!

I don’t usually get my nails done but I decided to treat myself to a bright and summery set before a girls’ trip! I did gel x extensions with nail art. My nail technician Kaylie was very nice and attentive. I’m obsessed with my new nails! I’ll definitely be back if I want to get my nails done again.

I requested a gel set with a design that they said they could do. After the nail tech took the gel off she said she couldn’t do what I wanted (an ombré with dots) and couldn’t do my backups. Ended up with nails I don’t like and 3 of my natural nails broke off because she also just glued my chipped nails instead of doing gel extensions like I had requested. Ended up having to go back to have a gel extension put on one nail and the next day 2 more broke off. I ended up wasting over $150 (with the nails and Ubers) on nails I don’t even like.

I got a last minute appointment for a regular manicure. from the get go the service was very rushed. The technician didn’t take the time to ask what I wanted or what shape I was looking for before she started cutting, and flew through the entire process. In the end my nails were not shaped or filed evenly or smoothly. Overall not a pleasant experience and a little unprofessional; i understand that at peak times things can get busy, but the level of rush and poor quality of service and final product were beyond what peak time rush can justify—especially at the price charged for what i received. Probably won’t come back.

This was my first time visiting the salon. There is decent merered parking available on the street. I have NEVER had such beautiful nails done before!!! I enjoy korean style nails art and most nail techs just cant pull it off. Serena did my nails in a timely fashion and they look even better than the inspiration picture!! 20/10 would recommend.

My gel nails chipped/peeled off in 4 days. I have never had that happen with gels before. I went with my boyfriend and we had appointments and he waited 45 mins for his to start. They also said they “couldn’t” cut his nails short which is absurd. I had to cut them again when we got home. Super disappointed given the prices.

Update: They contacted me and redid my nails for free, thank you!I got a gel manicure here less than 2 weeks ago, and it is already half off my fingers. The manicure itself took one hour and they sat us in the very back so there was no plexiglass between me and the tech so i didnt feel safe at all. The manicure didnt last and she didnt shape my nails very well either. I wont be back here paying for their overpriced service

They over charged me for a regular pedicure brought it to their attention and was told I was wrong? Paid for the signature pedicure and did not recieve the hot stones, paraffin treatment, callus removal or 10 min massage. Never coming back, bad quality and poor customer service.

This is my absolute favorite nail salon in Boston! I’ve tried several different salons around Back Bay/South End; None parallel to this salon for quality, their nail artists are spectacular! I feel like it’s really hard to find a salon where you can go and have anyone do your nails, but this is the place.

Rudest receptionist I have ever encountered during my entire residency in Boston. I have never met a more unpleasant person in my entire life, actually. I arrived for my appointment and asked my nail Tech if I could get art done, and was politely told yes. Then, the wicked goblin you employ as a Receptionist unnecessarily announced to the entire floor that I should have messaged them on Instagram before to see if they had time for the art, time she knew they had! This receptionist also encouraged a problem client to waste their Techs time. I can, just barely, understand having such an unintuitive system to torture your employees and clients with; but combining that with having your salon run by a humanity-lacking, attitude-laden, nasty bridge troll of a person prevents me from giving this place a good review or any of my future business. I warn everyone considering this place to look elsewhere--good nail technicians are not hard to find in Boston and neither are polite hosts, or people, and dogs too. Horrible place.

Bostons Nails & Spa is hands down the best nail salon Ive been to in Boston. Ive been going there for around two years now and Im always happy when I leave. I typically get a dip manicure with extensions and as of late have been going to Serena for my manicures. She is absolutely amazing. She is super meticulous and ensures that everything is to your liking. Not to mention she is super talented at nail art! Ive also seen many of the other nail techs at the salon and they are all wonderful. I also from time to time get spa pedicures and they are worth every penny. Seriously, just get the spa pedicure over a regular one.Overall, I love Bostons Nails & Spa. Super clean, kind, accommodating, and talented. Cant recommend it more and I definitely wont be going anywhere else!

I loved this place! I went there with 2 friends for pedicures- we were easily able to call and make an appointment for the next day, and they were ready when we arrived a few minutes early. They made sure the three of us were sitting together, and gave us a bottle of water which was a nice touch. The place was cute, clean, and spacious, the ladies who did our nails were wonderful, friendly, and talented (check out how cute my pedicure design was)! The massage chairs were great, and prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend Bostons Nails and Spa!

Never Again! I deviated from my reg. manicurist b/c she didnt offer chrome nails. From the moment I spoke to the rude receptionist I had a feeling like things would not go well. I called 10 min before my appt to say I would be 5 min late. I was barked at to get to the appt as soon as possible and hung up on. You have to be buzzed up and take a nasty run down elevator to get into the salon. There was no welcome or friendliness, just a rude sit down here and what do you want done. My nail tech was clearly young and inexperienced. I had her fill one nail and add an extension to the other. She put on the acrylic way to thick and I had to ask several times for her to file it down to match with my other nails, which clearly offended her. Her paint skills were poor - she had to redo the shellac more than twice after messing up. She sneezed into her hand and then grabbed mine to keep painting! Just disgusting! After the process was complete my thumb nail was bumpy and uneven - not a smooth chrome finish at all. I made sure to pay what owed prior to asking them to fix it. I even still tipped the nail tech. They were still rude and unprofessional and accused me of bumping my hand on the UV machine and thats why it was uneven, which was not the case at all.Fast forward to 4 days later and the red base is showing on ALL of my nails underneath the chrome. I called today Tuesday and the person I spoke to said that they told me the manicure would only last 3 days!! What a joke! $70 down the drain! This place is wretched and for BASIC services only. If you care about a quality / high-end experience go elsewhere!

What was suppose to be a fun family pampering afternoon turned in a a horrible disaster. My feet weren’t scrubbed properly even after I told the technician to scrub some more. I was told that my feet were “smooth”. My toenails looked great. My finger nails on the other hand was Appalling. I asked if I could get couple of nails changed (shape). I asked for a narrow coffin and got a different shape. I asked for a design that looks similar to what I have and got two different colors. Original Color was white ombre and the new color I received was an off-white ombre. I was in so much of a rush of getting out of there that all I can think of was I am never coming back here. And I had a costly bill for something that was NOT worth it 1¢.

From the moment I walked in, the salon was chaotic. It was packed full (in the middle of a pandemic) and it was unclear who was helping who.I got a dip manicure with extensions and a coffin shape. Jessica finished my nails in about half the time it has taken at other nail salons. She clearly rushed through and did not take the time to shape and file my nails carefully. My nails turned out more square than coffin.I also did not receive a hand massage, instead she squirted this purple goo onto my hands and told me to go wash my hands with it (a hand scrub?)The pricing was ridiculous. I have never been charged $15 extra for nail extensions. $70 total for a poor quality manicure is absurd. They also do not tell you upfront that the extension cost extra money. I am never going back to this nail salon. The smell in the salon was also terrible.

UPDATE 2: TLDR - Good customer service. Bad quality work.I’ve gotten 3 gel manicures here in the 4 months since my first review. I want to preface this by saying I wear gloves 8+ hours a day, so the following results aren’t due to a lot of wear and tear. The first gel manicure was hot pink and it lasted about a week and a half which is shorter than the two weeks most gel manicures last. The second gel manicure was baby blue and I got it for a beach vacation. Those lasted 2 days. I figured the salt water eroded the polish, but the regular polish on my toenails that I did at home lasted 3 and a half days before chipping in the same water/sand.The final manicure I will probably ever get from this place is a white one I got this Sunday. By Monday my right thumb chipped and I got it fixed Tuesday with no issues/great attitudes from all involved. By Wednesday night, two different nails began to chip. I got them fixed this morning (Thursday) again with good customer service. However, this “fix” has left me with a weird clear hump on my nail (picture attached). I wish I noticed before I left. After missing like two hours of work, it’s just not worth it to go bad. Two (and what should be three) fixes for ONE gel manicure is absurd.I just cannot recommend this place to anyone because the quality of work is subpar. However, the customer service is pretty good. Once the work matches the customer service, this will be a five-star place.UPDATE: What great customer service. Jennifer reached out to me almost immediately because chipped dip so early isn’t common for their quality of service. I was able to get my nails fixed the very next day. They were very accommodating of my schedule. The shop was very busy when I arrived, and I had not made an appointment, but I did not wait long for service at all. Not only did they fix the chipped nails, they added an extra layer of dip on all my other nails (without making it look bulky or unnatural). The nail tech was very kind and patient. He even reshaped my nails and gave the wonderful suggestion of getting 3 layers of dip next time as he thinks it’ll be better for me. I cannot overstate how happy I am with this outcome. 5/5 quality and customer service here. I fully recommend without reservations!I’m a regular at Aer Nail Bar in Brookline. I came here for glow in the dark dip powder because this place is the only location in Boston that I could find that had it. Initially, I was very happy with the service and how nice the staff was to me. The color was gorgeous, both in the light and in the dark (bright orange in complete darkness). I liked it so much that I came back two days later with my boyfriend for pedicures. Again, great service. The reason why I’m rating a 3 is because my nails started chipping just 6 days into my manicure. It’s been a little over a week, and another nail has begun to chip off. That’s completely unacceptable for dip powder, a $55 service before a 20% tip. Dip always lasts at least two weeks on me, usually 3. I generally get gel manicures at my regular place, and those always last over two weeks. I wear gloves at my job during all times (part of the reason my manicures last so long), so this isn’t due to me being unusually rough. I’m so disappointed. :( I recommend this place for pedicures though.

I just walk in today with my friends for gel manicure. The lady name Diana totally ruined my nails. I have to tell the host to remove the gel after Diana finished my nails because my nail looks so messy. Diana is super impatient when she remove my gel because she has another client waiting for her. ALSO！！She cut my finger and its bleeding but she never apologizes for her mistake！！ She better watch her attitude when she is facing her clients and not complain about me using her language assume that I wont understand it from her expression. I feel so disappoint and I will not recommend this place to anyone who is reading this review because they dont appreciate customers.

Not a great experience.... my technician was clearly brand new and in training and nowhere near ready enough to be doing nails. I dropped 60 bucks for a thick, uneven manicure with a shape i did not ask for. i recommend La Belle nails in chinatown.

Amazing nail salon!Always so accommodating especially when Im terrible at booking appointments ahead of time. Ive been coming here since they opened and I love how theres always a fresh look to it. Theyre constantly renovating the place so it never looks old and outdated.They have soooo many options for regular polish, gel, and even dip! I also love that theyre always willing to take on a challenge with designs. Theyll find a way to make it work so that you get exactly what you want.Yes this place is pricier than your average nail salon, but please take into account that it is located in central Boston. On top of that, for the price you pay you know youre getting all new supplies when theyre working on your nails like tub liners, buffers, and filers.Must give it a try!

Wow- save your money for a place that will do a good job.Used to come here more often. Came in for dip. They apparently charge you $55 for polish. No cuticle treatment. That’s $10 more.Then they buff so much it’s painful. Not to mention after they take so much of the color off I have clear spots coming through.To top it off the ‘massage’ was oil and lotion mixed then they tell you to wash your hands....no. Just don’t go here.

I came to this salon fairly regularly a couple of years ago when I lived in the area and I always had an issue with the consistency in the quality of services. To be clear, this salon is incredibly expensive for the service not to be impeccable every time. Dont get me wrong--the technicians are all professional, prompt, and very nice. The salon is also very clean. I am specifically rating the quality of my nail services.When I had my underwhelming experiences a couple of years ago it was pretty disappointing because there arent many solid options in the area. Just when I almost gave up on this place I met an incredible nail tech, Vicki, who was consistently good and didnt have me kicking myself for paying the ridiculous prices every time I left. Eventually an employee of mine recommended another salon that is significantly cheaper with much better (nail and customer) service and I did end up moving on, but this weekend I could not get and appointment with my nail tech at the salon Ive been going to. I probably shouldnt have booked an appointment when I didnt see Vicki listed on Boston Nail and Spas nail tech list, but I figured my experience couldnt possibly STILL be that bad.Wrong. $72 later and I walked out of the salon upset at a dip nail set on natural nails that wouldve been $32 cheaper (not including tip) and looked a million times better if Id been able to make it to my nail tech. Dont believe me? Check the photos (on my Yelp review).Though I love the people at Boston Nails, after so many disappointing experiences, I can say with confidence that I will never recommend this salon. It would be one thing if the service justified the cost, but it absolutely does not.For potential customers reading this: I have only ever done gel manis or dip powder on my nails and gel pedis on my toes. I did get acrylic once as well. Another off putting thing about this salon is that EVERYTHING is extra. It makes no logical sense to me that a regular mani includes cleaning up your cuticles but if youre paying for a significantly more expensive service like dip, acrylic, gel-x, they charge you extra to clean up your cuticles. They also charged me $5 per nail for the little specks of glitter on my ring finger which also happens to be the thickest nail because the nail tech literally put 5 layers of powder on it (3 layers of white and 2 clear layers). Its ridiculous!Edit: No, I will not take the salon up on their offer to “fix”my nails. I’ve done that before (for a botched gel pedi (it was not fixed to my liking...it was still a botched pedi so I just counted it as a loss and left). A better solution would be to train all of the nail techs so that there is consistency in the quality of service across the board, not just when you luck out with one quality nail tech. I should’ve known that the dip set would be terrible when the nail tech put 3 THICK and uneven layers of dip powder and when I called her on it, she said that she would buff them down later. As you can see; that is not the case. This is matter of training. Thank you for your prompt response, Boston Nails, but no thank you.

Its always hard for me to find a good Dip Manicure that gets all the steps right- which in turn affects the longevity of the manicure. Boston Nails & Spa executed the Dip Manicure perfectly in every way. My appointment started right on time. I was offered a cold water (full size bottle!) upon arrival. The service was not rushed. It was the most expensive dip Ive had- but WELL worth it. THANK YOU!

First and foremost This place needs proper ventilation or air circulation of some sort. Not only was it hard to find since it was on the second floor and the entrance is somewhat confusing i climbed the stairs to find a space behind the closed door that was filled with the smell of acetone and other chemicals to the point it made me dizzy. I immediately regretted my decision to take a train ride to get to this place.Gel manicure color selection was limited. Most of the colors i asked for from the swatches were not available. The manicure did not last as long compare to when i get it at other place so was not a good value for the money. They just took the old polish off and painted the new one, not message no treatment at all. i wont recommend this place just because of the fact that it was suffocating. Definitely not up to health and safety code or suitable for the kind of business that is being run. Just to add that Boston public health commission does require the nail salon to have proper ventilation among other health and safety requirements.

Oh my goodness! I love this place. Its super clean and they are super friendly and attentive. Its double the price of where I used to go but thats a price you pay for good service and healthy feet. I have been going to Sesey for two months now and she is the sweetest. She said she needs to get to know my feet that is so important because not all feet are the same. I highly recommend this place!

Went for a pink gel manicure, They moved me around four times, that’s 4 sets of hands before I was told the second lady had messed up on my nails and soaked off my gel I was charged for a full set instead of a fill plus another 45 for design. For their mistake. I felt It was the longest nail appointment in history I had a 10:30 appt I left after 1. Receptionist is nice but the rest poor poor management.

Love love love! I just got a gel manicure today and it came out absolutely gorgeous! Tammy was my technician and she was very sweet — she asked me if she was applying too much pressure and kept asking me if I like everything so far. The salon was extremely busy and I didn’t have an appointment but Jennifer, the owner, was very attentive and quick to get me seated.

I’ve been coming here off and on for years and I love it! They have really fast response time on yelp for setting up appointments and they also do walk-ins. The location is on the second floor and kinda weird to find for your first time but it’s definitely not complicated. I saw some reviews complaining about the ventilation and I had no problems today and have never noticed any issues in that regard. Jennifer is super friendly and knowledgeable of their services and products and will hunt down the perfect color for you. The technicians are perfectionists and make sure you’re happy with every detail. With the services, location, and prices it really can’t be beat. This is my go-to nail salon in Boston!

Nothing bad to ever say about this place. When you walk in, youre immediately able to tell this is a high end salon. The decor is so modern and they greet you with a nice cold bottle of water. This is my go to place because my nails never chip, and the service is always great no matter who I get as a nail tech. As a whole, they go above and beyond for their clients, and thats hard to come across. Make sure to make an appointment, bring cash for tip and request Tammy!

I decided to try this place out because of the designs I was seeing on instagram. I was expecting a higher end experience for the prices listed on their website but this place is like any other nail salon just ridiculously overpriced... $70 for full set then an extra $30 for design. Ridiculous! Then I had to have one technician for doing my nails and another for the design. That’s fine because the first technician was upfront and honest and said she can’t do the design I was asking for which I respect that honesty but I didn’t appreciate them needing to point out that I have two technicians to tip when I was paying for my services. I don’t need them to tell me that. Never again. I will stick to my regular nail salon. There is absolutely nothing special going on in this place other than them overcharging to pay their rent. If you do go there the technician Cindy is amazing she did a great job on my nails. I just really was expecting another experience for the price I paid.

I’m usually not one to leave bad reviews, and this is to not discredit the staff because they are very nice and very talented, but I just had a very frustrating experience. I usually get dip powder done here and it’s done very well and lasts for a long time, but I decided to differentiate and get an acrylic set done. The price point was a little steep ($80), but if a job is done well I don’t mind splurging on my nails. Within 24 hours, my right middle finger snapped off. I thought it was my fault so I had no problem going in again to get it fixed, but the salon couldn’t accommodate me at a time that was convenient for me so I just got it fixed at another salon. Unfortunately within the week that I got this set done, 4 more nails broke. I more frequently get acrylics done at other nail salons and I’ve never had a problem with them breaking this frequently. This is not a reflection on the work ethic of the staff because I’ve never had a problem with them before but with the amount of money I’m paying to get a set done, the least I could ask for is for them to last more than four days, especially with an acrylic set.

Very positive experience. I had Jenny and she was quick but efficient with my dip powder mani. It looks flawless and they use certain tools that arent as harsh on your nails. In the past, my nails have felt sensitive after dip due to all the buffing done in the process, but not after leaving this mani!!Will definitely return.

When I went for my friends bridal party here, it was an absolute amazing experience! There were 15 of us & we all had similar color gels and pedis upon the brides request of course. I was completely satisfied not only with the precision of my manicure and my polish, but with the attentiveness of the ladies, and cleanliness of the shop and the open feel since you really cant find that around any of the salons in the area.They do have a wide selection of colors for gel manicures and dip powders which is great for me because I get bored so easily with the same color, so this is definitely going to be my new regular spot 😍 💅🏽

The women working here were very nice and I appreciated that they gave you a cold bottle of water upon entering. I walked right in with no wait for a regular manicure. However, there was a really bad smell the whole time I was there. I asked for square cut nails but they were cut into a weird shape with very sharp, uneven edges. The nail polish started to chip after a day. Other services may be better, it looked like a lot of regulars when I was in, but I won’t go back.

After reading the good review about this salon, I went there for SNS nail. I didn’t make a booking in advance but they were able to start with my nails. The girls were really nice and helpful. But the job was not done properly. After leaving the salon, I noticed that the nails were not painted evenly. Also my nails started to chip on the same day, and I have 3 other nail chipped as of now(3 days after the visit). She did my nails very fast, I’m not sure if it is the reason for nails being chipped or painted unevenly. I’m not from the area and I had to fly out in the evening so I was unable to go back. I hope I’ll receive the better service if I ever go back to this salon.

Loved this salon! Very pricey, BUT worth the money! The only negative is the not so pleasant receptionist.

My girlfriend made me come with her to do a couples pedi. I must say it’s a clean and entertaining experience. They had good music in the background so there wasn’t any awkward conversations in the background.

Went in for a wax and the woman there had no idea what she was doing. She kept telling me my hair was too strong to be waxed (which Ive never been told before), but she proceeded to try anyway and tried to pick the dried wax out of my hair. I left without them charging and another waxing place took one look at me and said that she had damaged and burned my skin so much that they cant believe shes licensed to perform this service. I cannot speak for their other services, but I would not recommend coming here for any sort of waxing services.

Great and extremely clean nail Salon. Haha did a great job with my gel manicure. Every time she finished a step, She asked me of I liked my nails and if I wanted to adjust anything.When doing gel manicure they put hand protection from the UV lights and they line the pedicure sink with plastic.

Honestly I haven’t been there yet I feel like the day I walk in this shop nails it will be forever my to go place for my nails just by looking at the picture I can feel like they taking care of your nails honestly I hate going to nails salon now because Some of them don’t care anymore they rushed your nails just to get next customer they don’t have time to take care of your nails and to take care of the tools I think I’m in love with this place just by looking at the pictures in the reviews hope when I visit I don’t get disappointed.

I went to this place because it was close to where I work and I needed a mani and pedi for an event the next day. I arrived at 7pm and the place was busy despite the late hour, which was surprising to me. I was quickly moved to a pedicure chair, where one person worked on my toes and another on my hands. My pedi came out great, however I was not at all satisfied with my manicure.The nail tech never brought over a bowl of water for me to soak my nails and soften my cuticles. She cut my cuticles dry! This was irritating and a little painful. When my pedi was done and I moved over to the manicure station, I thought she would bring over a bowl of water then. She did not and immediately started to paint my nails. What kind of have a$$ed manicured is this??!! And the nerve to charge me $72, when I had half a mani. If youre going to cut corners at least give me a discount. Never again!!

The worst mani and pedi I have ever gotten at a salon. I was visiting Boston from out of state and went to the salon for a basic mani/pedi, my polish was chipping and peeling within 2 days. My polish was rough like tiny air bubbles in it, they were just terrible looking, not a professional looking job at all. If I lived in Boston I would definitely NOT recommend this salon.

Gel manicure lifted and chipped on 5 of my fingers after 3 days. I have gel regularly (so know this isnt the norm for me) and Ive never had such poor wear. Im not sure if its because she mixed base/polish/top coat brands or if it was down to the application, but I wouldnt recommend for nail services unfortunately.

This place is amazing, nail art and so many color choices, I always leave with gorgeous nails, the exact same shape (which is hard to find when youwear long nails) people ask me where I get my nails done all of the time 😏💅🏻

If I could leave no stars I would. I went in for a manicure and asked if they could do an ombré chrome nail. They assured me that they could do it but it would be an additional charge. My nails looked horrible by the time they were finished. They didnt know how to do what they advertised online and failed to execute at least a wearable design. It was like tossing 48 dollars down the drain. On top of horrible design they expected a tip. I wished they were honest with me and would just tell me that they did not know how to do the ombré. I would have gone with what I usually get simple one color manicure. Something anyone could do.

This location does NOT do Biogel. Before I made my appointment I asked for a Biogel full set. I should have walked out as soon as the technician dipped her brush in a glass jar of unknown powder, which turned out to be the powder for acrylic.She then proceeded to paint shellac polish over top which basically ripped me off from what I asked for. The result was clumpy and streaky. I opt for Biogel because of the quality and longevity(3-4 weeks). Two of my nails broke after a week but I couldnt get them fixed since I was on vacation. The price is really what you get here, and even so, its still pretty pricey.

IM REALLY UPSET WITH THE TWO MANICURES I HAD IN TWO DAYS. I never complain, but when I do, its for a just reason. Ive been going to this nail salon for over a year now and I rave about it to all my friends. Everyone knows this is the only salon I would get my nails done at. Ive referred tons of girls from school as well as other colleges. I love my nails every time I go in. EXCEPT YESTERDAY AND TODAY. Yesterday I went in to get my nails done with my friend and we both chose bio gel. Ive had bio gel done here many times and have always loved it. But yesterday the application, for both of us, wasnt as great. She sent my a snapchat today showing my the color on her index finger has completely come off and my own thumb nail snagged on something and the color began to peel. Normally with gel its pretty sturdy, so the fact this time both of our manicures were trashed within 24 hours said something. I called the salon and went in to have mine re-done. This time I decided to get dip-powder since its stronger and the receptionist said SO WHEN THIS HAPPENS WE JUST CHARGE FOR THE DIFFERENCE indicating that my re-do manicure would be about $15 plus tip, since my bio gel was $40 and the dip is $55. When I finished and went to pay she charged my card and I left. When I went to check my bank app on the T I noticed I was charged FULL PRICE, $57 plus the tip I gave, when the receptionist told me it would only cost the difference. I thought it was a mistake, so I called when I got home and explained. The receptionist said: OK, HOLD ON, LET MY TALK TO MY MANAGER. And then she hung up and ghosted me. Giving her the benefit of the doubt I called back and said Hi, I think the call might have been dropped on accident. To which she replied OH, YEAH, SO MY MANAGER SAID THAT SINCE YOU RECEIVED A DIFFERENT SERVICE WE HAVE TO CHARGE YOU FULL PRICE. I was a little taken aback and said Oh, but you said it would just be the difference since I was getting them re-done... she replies: MY MANAGER SAID WE HAVE TO CHARGE YOU THE FULL PRICE. Awkward silence ensues, and I, being the non-confrontational, never-complains-ever, girl that I am, I say Ok, thank you. and hang up. I NEVER COMPLAIN AND THE ONE TIME IM NOT SATISFIED I END UP LIED TO AND PAY FOR TWO MANICURES, TOTALING NEARLY $100. Im a college student, not a Kardashian, Im not made of money. I cant afford manicures all the time and the fact I wanted a good one, was let down, and when I went in to have them re-done I was charged again? I wont be going here again and Im sad to say they couldnt even correct their error.

I love it here! Everyone is super friendly. Ive been a couple times and plan to keep going back.

I recently got their Signature Organic Manicure and Pedicure and it was so relaxing I almost fell asleep! The staff were friendly and professional. The salon was very clean and they have a beautiful view of the Boston Marathon finish line.

They have plenty of technicians and no wait, but the quality of the job on my nails wasnt great. The technician trimmed my cuticals despite them already being in good shape (I had just gotten my nails done two weeks prior and they said my cuticals were in good shape). Additionally, the gel was lumpy/uneven and there was a little bit of polish on my cuticles. At the time I felt okay about it—I wasnt impressed, but I didnt regret spending the money on getting my nails done. However, after three days, the gel chipped and peeled off one of my nails. Over the next 3-5 days it came off of three more. (My last gel manicure lasted over 2 weeks).

Same story as most. They want you to wait around and don’t listen to what it is you want. I had been looking for SNS services in Boston. I had my nails done in Florida. The product needs to be soaked off. When they brought out the drill, I left.
