This is my second time coming here. They are always so nice and today I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they delivered.Went again for a different look and loved it!

I went in Saturday had a mani,pedi and was told it was an extra $5 for the polish OPI because this polish last longer. It was the same polish thats always been there. Then I found out some of the staff was on vacation. I Believe this is why the were charging the extra $5. I wish people would stop trying to get over.

I like them because they are close to my house and take appointments on phone.. very good service but it is a hit and a miss because it depends on which attendant you get. So i try to get the same ones i know will Do a good job.

AWESOME SALON!!! felt pampered for my birthday, treated like a queen. Friend and I went and were so impressed. Definitely a luxury experience. Will go again for sure!

Needed a pedicure and a gel manicure and my nails came out very nicely. Geneva was reasonably priced and the service was great! They have a good selection of polish (types and colors) and the staff was very friendly. The salon is very clean and they’re observing proper social distancing and cleaning protocols it seems. Definitely will return.

The worst experience ever! As you can see from the photos, they didn’t file, trim cuticles, and polish properly.

Got a pedicure the other day.Was treated like a king and what an amazing job on my Fred Flintstone feet.Ive never had such a thorough pedicure.Thank you Geneva nails and spa....!!!!

Terrible experience getting a Mani pedi here. The technician ended up hurting the skin near my nails multiple times, causing them to bleed during the session. She was also in a hurry to get me out of the store much before the paint on my nails had completely dried off! Thoroughly unprofessional and discourteous staff and quite overpriced for the quality of services rendered. Wouldnt recommend at all.

The lady was rushing to do my nails and was getting frustrated at me when I told her what she was doing was not right. Came out feeling extremely awful because of how I was treated and hate my nails 😞

They wont paint your nail fully, it looks like they drew my nail

My favorite salon in the area! So efficient, clean, and welcoming. Everyone who works there is friendly and they always do whatever they can to accept walk-ins. I usually make appointments ahead of time and they are so organized with maintaining their schedule. Great prices and outstanding service!

Fantastic service and great quality mani/pedi. Very clean environment and a wider color selection than any place I’ve been to! Also very affordable.Edited to add: 23 days after my last gel manicure, my nails are still 100% un-chipped and intact. They’re extremely grown out, but the polish is still in great shape. I can’t say enough good things about this salon.

The nail technicians were so nice. They responded very fast when I sent them a message through Google. They also asked how I liked each nail color after the first nail was painted to make sure I liked it. No salon has even done that before.

Horrible - so incredibly rude and terrible manicure & pedicure - she injured my foot. They do not honor their appointments!

Nina did such a beautiful job with my dip manicure and regular pedicure. I was in and out in less than 90 minutes. She was clean, professional and such a gem! Will be back to see her in two weeks!!!

Geneva Nails is my favorite nail salon Ive ever been to. They do an excellent job and if you dont think so, they will redo it and fix it until you like it. Also if a nail breaks or chips within the week, they will fix it for free. The ambiance is also very nice - its clean and new. They also do the wax dip on your hands that peels off which makes your hands so so soft! I love this place so much I actually booked the place out for my birthday and me and my friends all got discounted services! The original prices are very reasonable alone so that was an incredible deal. I usually would make a reservation but they accept walk-ins and handle them well so you dont have to wait a long time. Great service, great prices, tons of color selections, very friendly and remember your name!

I was very excited to try this place out. It’s right next to my new apartment. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure .... felt very rushed.... and my gel manicure chipped in less than 2 days! Yes his is unbelievable especially because this place is on the more expensive end.

I went there for the first time today. The staff is very friendly. My gel manicure and pedicure turned out great. I also got a wonderful foot and lower leg massage with the pedicure.I will definitely be back on my next visit to Boston!

Recommended !!!! The best place for manicure and pedicure, I made Shellac manicure. and the work they did was awesome 😍😍. and it lasted up to 3 weeks, my nails grew a lot. I recommend it whenever I receive a complement to my nails. I am very grateful guys, I love the place it is very clean, relaxed and they are up to the expectations of their customers. I will definitely return even though I moved, because I did a shellac is another salon and it was horrible. I expected a manicure like you did, but it was not like that. Favorite nail salon in the area. The techs are nice, the place is clean, and I LOVE the paraffin dip they do with the gel manicure. I’ve been very fortunate to have walked-in and they could take me right away every time I’ve gone.

First day reopened, everything is clean, as it always was PreCovid. Felt very comfortable, needed that after 3 months.

I have been going to this nail salon since early October. I get my mani & pedi done by Vivian. She does a very good & beautiful job on me. Everyone there is pleasant and inviting. Its clean and many polishes to choose from. Kudos to them.

Beautiful salon, very clean, and the staff all very friendly. They clearly have many regulars, I could tell by the conversations they had with their patrons. I got a pedicure and gel manicure. Pedicure was lovely and its my first gel mani and I love it. My fingers and toes look so nice! I think the pricing was excellent as well.

So I have been at this place 3 time. Sue is by far the worst nail tech I ever had. She don’t listen to what you want. She want to do what she likes. When it’s busy Jessica works like it’s a race to see who finish first n pick up more customer. I must say I will stay away from those 2 nail tech mainly.

Very impressed with this salon! All of the women are so nice and welcoming, Julie did a fantastic job on my manicure. I loved the wax dip for my hands, it just made the manicure even better. Prices are good especially for such s good experience and they just go the extra mile to make sure you are getting good service. Definitely will be my new nail spot!

I love this place! Everyone is so friendly and they do an amazing job, especially the gel manicures! I have particularly oily nail beds, so gels usually dont last that long on me, but when I get them done here they stay on for at least 2 weeks! Also, Ive gotten my eyebrows waxed here and they turned out amazing and beautifully shaped. Its extremely clean as well. 5 stars hands down!

I had a really great experience at this beautiful new salon! The staff was very friendly and inviting, there was no wait to get my nails done, and the nail technician did a really great job on my nails. I was pleasantly surprised with the complementary bottle of water I was offered as soon as I walked in and by the hot wax hand mask (which I have never experienced before with another salon). I also appreciated how all the tools came out of a clean, sterile package and the nail technician was very meticulous in making sure my manicure was perfect. Ill definitely be returning to this salon very soon!

This is a nail and wax salon, it has fun decor as you walk in. Got greeted as soon as i walked in and was offered water. The girl who does wax was extremely slow. Took 60 minutes to wax hands, which is generally a 20 minute thing . While paying i let the owner know that i was not happy with the service as it was extremely slow, but she replied saying that they were trying not to burn me. Which was a wierd reply from her. I may try to get nails done in future but waxing is out of window.

Wax didnt leave me bumpy. Which is a first!

UPDATE: I went back to get my nails fixed and had a wonderful experience. Very refreshing to find a salon that cares so much about clients :)The place is super clean and everyone is super friendly. I had a wonderful experience while I was there. I got a regular pedi and a gel mani. I typically get gel manicures so that they last me more than a week. However, I was disappointed when my nails started peeling off less than a week after getting the manicure. Very disappointing given that the price difference between gel and regular manicures is significant.

The place is completely new, fresh and relaxing. Plus the girls being done a very good job, the price is OK, but the quality worth it.

I always feel at home when I’am there they remember things about my personal life and it means a lot.

I walked in yesterday and they werent busy and the lady told me they are not taking noone now cuz theyre busy😒i walked in behind another lady and they told her to go pick a color but when they saw me she quickly said no..what nail salon turns people away? I guess im not blonde enough for them👿i ended up going to a salon in southend that my sister recommended and as soon as i walked in, mind you that salon was packed, and they were so nice and welcoming and my nails and toes look fabulous😁the nail salon in southend its called Lan Nail Salon

I came in to this Spa for the first time, and I’m really not happy with my experience.I just moved here so I told them that I want just Shellack not Gel or Acrylic and she constantly told me that Gel an Shell is the same until she had to remove my old ones and had to admit that it’s something different. Then I wanted just black so nothing special or extra but when I went out I saw that it’s naviblue... I went back in to tell them it’s Navi and not black and she tells me it’s the black they use for years she don’t know why it’s changing colors... so next time tell the customer this in the beginning instead of just putting it on and hope she don’t sees it... definitely looking for an other place.
