The salon was very clean and sanitary, they have everyone wash their hands before they work on them. I got a dip manicure for the first time and I love it so much, it doesnt hurt like acrylics and my nails feel indestructible as well as looking great. I just got my nails done, my partner got a manicure and a pedicure.

The female that did my nails was good! However, a day later 2 of my nails broke and 2 of them are chipped. I paid $38 for BS. Never again!!

This was my first time at Diamond Nails. I was impressed with prompt service, cleanliness at all their inside stations. Comfy pedi & nail chairs as well as clean comfortable room for eyebrow care. Definitely worth checking out & I recommend.

The nail tech had a tray of used nail files (covered in nail shavings) and tools that she attempted to use on me. She was confused when I asked for clean tools and the manager was not interested in correcting the situation. I refused service and left. No one should have to ask for sanitized tools.

Amazing experience today I came in as a walk in and was about to get a full experience pedicure full set with gel right before my trip to Vegas. I showed her a picture and got exactly what I asked for appreciated

They are very delicate when dealing with you! very kind! Although my acrylic nails looked good and my pedicure too (well the shape of my nails was very little, little, little crooked!) but I understand them because many clients arrive and they have to be fast

First & last time at this location. Went about 1.5 weeks ago and received a refill with gel polish for $30. Regular polish was $18. A bit more than expected, but I dont mind paying that price for quality service. Unfortunately, the end result did not yield a quality/durable product. A week in my nails started chipping!!! At this point, 1.5 weeks later they look like garbage. Pretty much all nails have some sort of chip on them, most are big. Only getting two stars because I did like the shape (but I get a basic square shape, so may not say much). Anyways moral of the story is, there gel polish is overpriced and not durable. If you decide to go here get regular polish and just save that $12 for a color change at a better salon.

I got the dip and my daughter inlaw got a pedicure. We both thoroughly enjoyed our services and our first experience at this salon!!!! We will be repeat customers.

Came here once before and my nails came out great. Wonderful selection and neatly organized colors. However, in my last experience here, the woman who did my nail manicure used the drill very harshly on my cuticles. 6/10 of my fingers are in pain. I typically don’t write reviews but for a nail tech to make 6 of my fingers become inflamed I do not find that acceptable. I work with my hands and it hurts the next day to use my hands. Will not be coming back again for service.

I’m a regular at Lynn’s spa and Fancy nails . I decided to go to Diamonds and check it out since they were under new management.While I was sitting there they gave me a list of options for all the services they offer . I initially wanted a mani and pedi for $35 until I saw $40 for a paraffin pedi which I got .”thinking oh $5 extra to get paraffin. During my pedi I was observing the spa . Seems to me every nail technicians were pretty new and some in training. So, while I was getting my pedi I wasn’t to please!! So I decided just to get a pedi, after seeing my toes. Me, I never complain I just will never come back . During check out I was charged $40 for only a “paraffin pedicure “ i was confused . Pedi alone is $26 how did I just got charged extra $14 for just paraffin without a manicure ??. I asked the nail tech, $40 for just paraffin????without mani ??(in shocked) smh how are they charging that price in Dorchester.. shoot, I came in here thinking I would walk out feeling like a DIAMOND....Diamond spa please explain to your clients about your options and pricing.........
