Got here @5:45am the outside lobby was full! No matter it is what it is. They have a system that works as longs as youre attitude is good and you have patience. I recommend coming to this place with a great attitude thats it. My experience was good as it has been every year for my annual labs.

The front desk lady was the rudest woman I’ve had the displeasure of speaking to at a blood draw facility. She was so unhelpful and ignored multiple questions. As I was standing right in front of her asking questions, she started talking to the woman behind me. After the front desk issue was finished I went to the back for the blood draw and the entire back office staff was amazing. They were so nice and professional. Three stars because the back office was great.

Horrible service. The person I spoke with asked me to be at the facility no later than 9 am. I show up at 8:45 and wait in line. The woman at the door doesnt get around to checking me in until 9:08 and by then its too late to do my test because they close at ten. It would take miniscule effort to have better communication with your customers and not waste their time.

The staff are very snobby for being phlebotomist. They didn’t acknowledge me when I went for my appointment. When I went up to the window, the female who checked me in seemed very upset I chose her, gave the impression of being bothered. My biggest concern was the lady who drew the blood, older Hispanic female. I told her that I was in the military. She said how do they do it to brainwash “us” to kill innocent people for oil and land. I wish I was joking.

Went in without an appointment at 9:30. The Staff was friendly and checked me in while I sat down. Was called after about 10 minutes. The young lady who took my blood was very nice and I didnt even feel the poke!

Went to this location for a covid diagnosis test at noon on March 23rd. The turnaround time on their website was 1-2 days. The report came back on 24th before noon. If you need fast and reliable covid test for travel, I definitely recommend this lab.

Avoid at all cost. They double billed me and won’t refund upfront fee when it should have been covered by insurance. I have had 30 blood draws and these sleeve balls are the only one that charged me a “kit fee”. I supplied everything including the test tubes. This is fraud. Go to labcorp instead...right down the road

$100 covid test on Sept 24 was supposed to be reported in 24 hours. Now Oct 8th. Super frustrating. No one has called, or texted or at the least updated my results in the portal!!! Do you guys even take this seriously?

I gave this location a standing order for every 4 weeks so I don’t have to keep getting orders from my dr. This location DIDNT put it in the system like they said they did. So I had to wait for my dr to send them the order AGAIN because they failed to do their damn jobs.I have to fast before my labs so here I am sitting waiting for them to get my orders AGAIN while I am getting lightheaded due to being over the time frame for my fasting because they screwed up.

Ive always scheduled my appointment ahead of time, which can easily be done, and the staff has always been incredible and friendly with me. Each individual who drew my blood make me smile and was very professional. Staff here is excellent and waiting time is not bad with a scheduled appointment. They are also very helpful if any issues occur!

Efficient and quick. Saw three different ladies at the same appointment; one was very kind and made me feel comfortable, the other two did their job well, but couldve been more friendly and caring. Lady who helped me at the front desk was very helpful and efficient. I will return.Two weeks later:My first visit was good and I wrote a good review to reflect that, but.....unfortunately I am writing a not-so-good update. On the day of my doctors appt., two weeks after my lab visit, my doctors office called to say, the lab had missed one of my tests, and we would have to cancel my appt., and I would have to go back to get the test they missed. I did, but was disappointed because now I have to wait another two weeks for my doctors visit which makes it longer to start treatment so I can start to heal. I will look for another Sonora Quest Lab to get tests done in the future.

I have a blended review and wanted to wait for a positive before posting concerns. I have been to this Sonora location for many years for myself and both my sons -- always a positive experience! Last week, I took my teen son in. Immediately, I was concerned when the young woman called our name, said good morning, directed us to our room, and said nothing more, except directives, after that. She did not smile, did not make conversation with my son. She had a hard time getting a steady flow. My son said his hand was starting to tingle and feeling like it was going to sleep. She was astute enough to notice he might be on the verge of passing out and removed the needle, asking him to put pressure. He didnt understand what she wanted and at that point he passed out, with shaking and tremors. I asked if they call for help when someone passes out, and she said no, they were not allowed to leave the room. (Even though they could call out and someone would hear... all the doors are open, etc.) I will say she was calm, but I had lost such confidence in her, that I took the opportunity to go to the desk and ask a supervisor for help. I explained to the supervisor on the way back that his passing out was likely completely separate from her demeanor, but her approach was so different I wanted to make sure someone else was present and he received proper care. Admittedly, I was very naive thinking that someone in a facility like Sonora would be trained to check blood pressure, etc. in a situation like this, but that is not the case. Apparently, their protocol is only to have the patient put their head down on the headrest of the chair -- not even to get their head below the heart (between the knees) or settle a person flat on the floor -- all standard first aid approaches when someone passes out/faints due to a sudden drop in blood pressure. My son was communicative, fairly quickly, but was twitchy and unsteady for quite some time.Fast forward to this morning, as we had to go back to complete the blood draw. We had Mary. She was WONDERFUL!! She met us at the door with a smile, and when told my son would do better lying down as our visit was a re-do, she did not miss a beat in heading us to the appropriate room. She asked about good veins, made conversation with my son the whole time, was cheerful, warm and friendly. She shared a little of her own experience. Her approach was EXACTLY what our experiences had been, before. She was sensitive, considerate and thorough.A final observation. My son told me when we got home that Mary had released the tourniquet as soon as the blood started flowing. He said the woman last week had not until she was starting to remove the needle, and wondered if that was why his hand started tingling and going numb -- and possibly why she could not get the blood to flow. I had not noticed all of this from where I was sitting.So, I wanted both Sonora and patients to receive this feedback. You have wonderful staff, but for those that are lacking, I am hoping this aids in further training and quality assurance. Well-trained, warm, friendly professionals ensures that everyone has a positive experience; a win for patients and providers.

Love this place! I am a regular patient for this facility since 2013. I go in for labs every 6 weeks, and sometimes without an appointment. The staff is always helpful, courteous, and friendly. Special thanks to the front line folks like Rjay, makes my heart smile to see him; and all the others! Thanks to Rita today for prompt service and accuracy!

I was nervous going in for blood work but I was seen in a reasonable time as a walk in..let the gentlemen know I don’t like getting my blood drawn..he had a conversation with me, which distracted me during the process and did a perfect job taking my blood.

My experience. A elderly man came in with an envelope that was addressed to Sonora which required no stamps. He walked up to give it to a lady. She just said you have to wait in line. He waited in this long line I turned to him and said is all you have to do is give it to them and he said yes. thats what they said I said well I would be happy to do so. When I got up there they wouldnt take it they needed him. My point is they could have said you need to wait in line we need to go over paperwork instead they just threw him off. Then he said they were going to discard the envelope and not even looking at her like a man now very professional. It made my experience so bad I will not come back here again. And they also were very robotic towards people

I read bad reviews before coming to thIs location. This is my first time here. Honestly not bad I arrived at 7:35 a.m and left the lab at 8:10 a.m. The staff was great they were very fast. Thanks Rita the phlebotomist she was fast. One suggestion I have for Rita is to be more gentle when taking the needle out. Other than that she’s great. Thanks again.

Wish I could give them zero stars!!!! Took in my one year old for blood work had 4 different people come in and try to find his vein! My poor baby was screaming and in pain, but that’s not the worst part after all that they lost his blood? So now I have to put my son through that again ?!!! I don’t understand how that can happen!?

I hope this review will cause the manager to retrain your staff. I was there this morning and when the guy called me it to ask me to pay a balance. I told him I was there to do blood work for my work and I would pay the balance later when I went for my regular visit. I usually go to senor quest by my doctors office. Im never FORCED to pay there and on the contrary I always ask if I have a balance and pay it then. This guy got in my face and was well you cant or you wont. He was loud and rude and everyone including customers could see and hear him. It felt like I owed him money and not the company. I said I didnt come prepared with the card I use and so no. I asked if they were going to see me still and he was so nasty and told me to go back out and wait. I was getting pretty upset but I kept my cool and walked back out to the waiting room and a lady called me back almost right away. I needed the Biometric screening for my work that is free and deadline is on 11/30/18. By the way I was sent here because they didnt have anyone trained at the Thunderbird one even though I had an appointment and its listed as one that has trained people there. I didnt pay HIM but I will be paying my bill like I always do but please re-train your staff. Im going to talk to my work to see if I can get this done with another company in the future and I will not be using senora quest in the future for any personal lab work. Even if it means changing my doctor. After reading several reviews it looks like its been like this for years so I doubt anything will change other then me not using Senora Quest. I mean any location not just this one. If you go here just remember you were warned. Its really sad because not everyone was rude and I never had a problem with the company until today. One bad apple ruined the tree. I will miss the great employees at 59th and union hills. I will say goodbye when I pay that bill and change my doctor. I couldnt help but find it amusing and laugh at one of the responses left by senora to a customer who was turned away for not paying a bill. They told the customer to get in touch with them with all their information so they could get them in touch with their billing department to pay that bill. I guess they can refuse you service. I wonder if that is legal, certainly not ethical.

Mr. Successful Guy with the most important job in the building wants to harass you for a $60 bill from 6 years ago! I was there for current labs, not for bill collection. I have no problem paying what I owe, but dont come at me with arrogance so how are we gonna take care of this today? get bent man! Receptionists are rude as well. Thats the only medical office Ive EVER been to that has a sign up reminding patients that its a felony to assault a provider. Lol, I can see why that would be an issue there.

Every time I come to this location, I am called back and told I have remaining balances from 3 or 4 years ago, and I have to pay half or I can not receive service today. But when statements come in the mail the balances are nowhere to be seen! Today I come in and sign in on the self serve kiosk as the sign instructs and have a seat. Several people do the same behind me and I wait. Eventually a woman starts pointing randomly at people with paperwork inquiring if they have checked in and calls them up in no particular order to form a line to turn in paperwork. What is the point in checking myself in electronically if you aren’t going to take patients in the order they arrive. Also no please or thank you to anyone she is speaking to. And doesn’t HIPPA prohibit them from calling you by first and last name? There are several workers standing back there joking around and waiting. What the heck is going on?

Been here half hour past scheduled appointment, we were the only people here, people have come in behind us and been seen before us. 7 employees standing around talking and doing nothing. Have to have appointment but they dont follow the appointment schedule. They act like our time is not as important as theirs We have kids to pick up from school. P. S. Our appointments pay your salary people. You should have more respect for the patients who pay your bills.

My mom was called in 20 min after her appointment time but the kicker was that they did not draw the labs that were ordered by her doctor-even after she asked the tech if she drew for them specifically. The tech had said she did. So now I’m on the phone w corporate asking them to receive the upcoming fax from the doctors office and hopefully use blood to test. All this extra unnecessary work bc one tech lied about the test .Poor customer service. Will go to labcorp next time. Done w sonora quest.

I waited an hour just to be told I was unable to have work done. (Fasting). I had a $580 prior balance that was not billed to my insurance. Never got a phone call or bill. And no one capable of fixing the error was available. Management there really needs to step their game up. Smh

Had blood work done at this location on 4-24. They lost the results, not much help from the staff when I returned to inquire as to what happened. They referred to their client services center who could not the results. this is not acceptable, how can you loose the blood results?

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I can’t even begin to explain how awful this location is. From the crappy phone service I received when trying to make an appt for my 6 month old, to the incompetent phlebotomist who mutilated my babies poor arm trying to find the vein... not to mention the girl who assisted, who up and left because she was late for her lunch break. This location should be shut down after what I experienced today. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABY OR CHILD THERE!

I was denied service due to some small outstanding bill from 2013. I was told that if I dont pay they wont help me. This is completely ridicules, when Im in the middle of a medical crisis I need the testing done that my doctor has ordered. I dont need some little girl turning me away. I would never recommend Sonoran Quest to anyone. I have not received any invoices from Sonoran Quest for this supposed past balance. How can I dispute something that happened in 2013? Its about impossible! Wait times are long and un structured. even with appointment I sit for 30 + min. every time. Believe me, if I had a different choice close to me I would use them. Its all about the $money$ at Sonoran Quest. they could care less about their customers

Came to this location with a My Lab ReQuest form the receptionist was very unhelpful I just asked her to help me find the test I needed done I knew the name of it was just named something differently on the sheet she told me the thing is I dont know the names of any tests so youre going to have to figure it out yourself. Also we have a 45 minute wait. ok I understand they cant recommend what test you should have done but she could have helped me find the test I told her I needed or asked someone to help me. I was completely turned off by the service and left. Its been so difficult to get my test done I went to another location they checked me in had me wait 20 minutes called me back up to tell me their systems had been down all morning and wouldnt be back up until the next day. Finally found a good location on 98th and Thomas!

This is the worst lab Ive been to. They have got to be the least competent people on this planet. I go weekly and everytime I go in I fill out the information sheet and then two minutes later get called up and asked if I have my papers. Even though I checked that I have a standing order on the sign in sheet. If you require me to fill out certain papers when I come in then I require that you read them and do not ask me the same questions, or ask me a question that has already been answered.There are very few good people there when it comes to drawing blood. I am a thin guy who has no problem showing veins but for whatever reason they try to find the one vein you cant see and they usually miss and have to re-stick. I would much rather go to Lab Corp just up the road than to see these people. Unfortunately my doctor prefers them.

Computer kiosk had no hand disinfectant to use. When I asked for some, there was eye rolling and disturbed looks. A man finally got up and handed me a bottle. With this years outbreak of flu and the amount of people that use this healthcare office I would be appalled if I was the owner
