Love this nail salon! I just used it for a pedicure for the second time and it was amazing! I got there Spa Pedicure special, the best pedicures I have got in years, and the foot massage!!! 10/10Super clean and the ladies that work there are so sweet and nice!!
Clean place, great service and staff!
Went there with my sister, will go again. My nails have never looked so good! Totally recommended!
This is a great nail salon! Sue and her staff are professional, accommodating and personable. They attend to their clients needs. Love the new look! I am telling my friends about this nail salon! Hope to see you there!
The stuff is so friendly and professional. The nail salon is so clean. The nails were so pretty
Ive been going here every two weeks for almost a year. Very professional and they do excellent work. I get French gel manicures and they last the full two weeks. They would last longer but my nails grow really fast. Love this place.
Great place to have nails and get done. Reasonable prices. Most staff speak English, but not all.
I walked into this establishment, said hello and was not greeted. There was two other customers there. The place was empty. I ultimately walked out and went to Kims nails down the block. The place was packed. I walked in to a welcoming good morning I only waited 10 minutes. The service and end result was fabulous. Now I understand why Kims nails was full and only two people at Boulevard. Boulevard Nails Customer Service goes a long way. Learn some.
These folks definitely don’t know how to work with gels. Third time in two months that I’ve gotten gels and they messed up my nails and the gels have peeled off in a week. 🤦🏻♀️Should of never left the last place that did my gels the first two times. Don’t waste your money and time here.
Very clean!
The staff is very friendly, kind and professional. I did manicure and pedicure, both services were great! The place is clean and I believe it is a very important thing to take in consideration. Very good quality and price. I will definitely come back again.
Here is my nail story...What a nightmare! This is definitely the worst manicure experience. The salon claims to be under new management and renovated, but with the same staffs. I gave them a visit despite the poor reviews prior to the new management earlier this year. Walking through those doors for service was the wrong decision and i will explain.I had just returned from a vacation and my go to nail salon is closed on Sundays, so I called up this location for a same day appointment. They accommodated me to remove my gel manicure and provide regular pedicure. As I walked in, there were 4 staffs busy with clients and the staffs acknowledged my presence but looked at me in silence- No greetings from the staff. So I walked up to the first nail technician and told her I have an appointment, and she tells me to pick out a color. I told her I brought my own polish since I needed a specific nail strengthener. So of course the nail technician looked at me oddly... like this was never requested by anyone before.I am eventually directed to the back where the pedicurist was setting up water for soaking. The water was first steaming hot, then she made it too cold. The next red flag was when I told her I just needed filing as oppose to cutting for my pedicure. The filing felt like torture because she used a VERY course filer, and despite my obvious twitching from pain, the lady does not bother to proceed with gentleness. I Had to painfully ask for a finer filer to avoid any further pain. Then moving along to the manicure station, I was greeted by a different woman name Kim. She asked if I was Korean, and when I said no... she immediately starts chatting in Korean to the owner/ manager because she ended up telling Kimwhat to charge for the service. Kim told me my gels were done Incorrectly. I completely believe she was trying to work me up to trusting her salon and to give them business instead. Because my nails were done perfectly from Tips N More in Hackensack, NJ. I had a vibe Kim was not a genuine person as she was passed by several time with a smirk.Kim rushed my manicure to make time for other customers. She missed cuticles. Also she made a deep cut into one of my cuticles and pulled a chunk of skin off. The end result was a bleeding finger that is still sore and swollen today from an infection.I was charged $35 for reg mani/pedi, even though I used my own nail polish. I paid with cash and they only gave me big bills for change... so they try to make me tip $5 per person, which is min 28% gratuity in my case.I am reviewing this business 6 days after visiting the nail salon and trust me.... writing this review is draining but I hope you ladies are aware of their customer service and the quality of service you will receive. No amount of deceiving people with new management or new renovations announcements can sustain any business unless the service Improves. My friends, Please take your money and spend at a different nail salon. Dont waist your time or money here!!! Or risk getting an infection.
The worst place ever. I am very particular about my nails and figured I’d give them a shot as just down the block from my home. Went there at 9:30am on way to my hair appointment and said I would like an appointment at noon! Got there at 11:30 and told them I was early and no worries! By 12:50 I was finally sitting in a seat with the only one manicurist it seemed was qualified to do UV gels! She never asked if I wanted my nails trimmed and a week just a week and a half later I have 2 nails corners broken and and an extension cracked! I’ve never broken a nail! Don’t waste your money pay for quality!
Had a great pedi and gel mani with Angie and her team. Lots of colors and the salon is clean and nicely lit. Call in advance to reserve your service slot, they are worth it! Made my husbands feet look human again, will be back soon! -J.C
Great pedicure ! Wow love that they do the hot stones too! Friendly management and very serene atmosphere
This place barely gets a star. I had a gel manicure done and it only lasted a week. I am never going back to this place.
I love Boulevard Nails! Everything is always clean, their prices are very reasonable and the staff is terrific.
Very good.. best nail shop♤♤♤♤
I stopped going there. They just did an ok job
This place is now called, Thanks Nails. Had a mani/pedi. Pedicure- water was barely luke warn, did not scrub feet very well, no lotion applied after pedicure, no massage.Manicure- had to point out hang nails, rough edges, bumps in polish, poor polish coverage. No massage when applying lotion, no massage after nails drying.During manicure, woman who had an appt got mad that she was waiting in pedi chair. Nail tech stopped working on another woman to work on woman with appointment. Woman who was being worked on was upset, and rightly so, especially being told that she would now have to wait, so she left. Then, I was told that credit card machine had been down all day so cash only. She did not tell me that when I walked in. Luckily, I had exact amount in cash.New management, now poor customer service. Really a shame since this was my go to place.
Unprofessional manicure, cheap. Will never return to this place!
