The quality of work and service here is so good. I’ve been going here for months. I get dip gel and it lasts for 3 weeks (longer if I can’t make it in). The nail techs actually talk to you and get to know you, cookies and cold water are available to munch on, and the space is super clean.

I received a very thorough pedicure from their kind and friendly team! Very nice leg massage was included, and they got all my rough skin addressed too. It wasnt the fastest appointment (took a little more than an hour), but I wasnt pressed for time either. Im quite pleased!This picture is taken a week after I got the pedicure and no chips yet, even though Ive been wearing lots of open toed shoes. Im impressed and will certainly return -- maybe Ill finally branch into manicure territory now that the pedicure has lasted this long. Thanks, Nail Up!

Only good things to say about Nail Up! I hardly ever get my nails done, as I usually find filing sensations unpleasant, and Iv had some bad experiences with rude or unfriendly staff. So I was actually very nervous about going before my engagement shoot.I was able to get in right away, and was greeted by very friendly staff. I can honestly say this was a the first time I have ever ENJOYED a manicure. She was gentle and paid attention to detail. The atmosphere was pleasant, with calming music, and the place was very clean.I got the gel manicure for $35, at a 10% discount because Im a new customer. A note to anyone going for the first time - bring cash to tip!I will definitely be going back to get my nails done again for my wedding.

I wanted to love it, but I am thoroughly disappointed with the quality of service. Although the salon is very peaceful and inviting, and I found the staff nice and helpful, I was shocked to find out that my service was $20 more than expected! I wish that they were transparent and open about how the cost would change if I take them up on casual suggestions such as cutting my acrylics a little shorter for my fill in. But the reason I am rating 2/5 is that MY GEL MANICURE CAME APART IN LESS THAN 2 DAYS!I I came in with a 3-week old manicure with no chips, which says a lot, considering that in less than 2 days, the gel began to come off 4 of my nails. I called the salon multiple times and left a voicemail asking if they would be willing to repaint my nails for me given the price I paid for the service and was ignored. I will not be going back.

Went here for the first time last night as a walk-in. The salon is very clean and the employees were very welcoming. My nail tech got to know me on a personal level which was great and she spoke really good English. She helped me make sure I picked out the right color and was very pleased with the final product. I will definitely be a repeat customer here at Nail Up Bethesda.

This is the second time I have visited this place. The environment and the service is very good. The place is clean and inviting.The services I got, mani and pedi were good. I recommend this place, they accept walk in and the mornings is the best time to go because is not busy.You can pay with card but for tips you need to bring cash.

Nail up is absolutely fabulous. I normally do the dip or the gel, and both Xuan and Sophia always do an incredible job. They are kind, professional, and extremely detailed. There are endless color options, and the salon itself is always clean and welcoming. Of all the salons in the DMV are, this one is hands down the best.

On a last minute trip to Maryland I was unsure where to get my nails done. After looking into a few different nail salons I chose to visit here. So glad I did! Very friendly staff who strive to give you the best experience. Comforting music, view, and decor. 5 stars, deffinetly recomend!

Don’t try this salon! You will be Disappointed! No quality and no manners. I went to this salon just because of location. It’s walking distance from my apartment.My first experience was not good at all. Still I didn’t judge them and gave them another chance. Asked for manager, her job was ok and for the second time she did a horrible job. I decided to don’t go there anymore for gel-manicure but I was going to vacation so made an appointment with her again. When I got there she said she has another costumer and asked someone else to help me! I called her and asked her that why she accepted another costumer when I made appointment in advance!! She just pointed another employee and said:” I have another customer. She will help you” and left!! I would rather to drive and pay for parking than going back there.

Two visits, two different technicians, same favorable result. Got the basic mani/pedi (not gel), comfy massage chairs, diverse color selection (no gunky bottles), hygienic tools, soothing music, fast dry station.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to detail, and made a great effort to ensure that I was happy with the result. I’ve definitely found my new go-to spot!

Excellent job! I love my nails

I had been using the salon for my nails and they do a good job with nails. I decided to get my eyebrows and lips waxed and ended up with second degree burns on both my upper lip and both eyebrows.

I enjoyed my visit. The service was really good, however my gel manicure chipped and peeled within 2 days.
