I was able to book a last minute appointment for my mother and I on Mothers Day, and Im so glad I did. This place is so clean, and staff is very kind. The prices are reasonable too. Try the Volcano pedicure if you stop by!

Let me start by saying I had made an appointment somewhere else and when I got to the other place they told me I would have to wait 30 minutes for the tech to arrive even though I had an appointment for two days for first thing when they opened….I called LUXE and they immediately said they could squeeze me in & when I walked in I was immediately sat and David was so friendly & helpful it was an Absolutely Amazing experience & I plan on going back!!! David is amazing!

Luxe Nails Spa was amazing! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the wait was short. They have so many colors to choose from, way more than any other place that I have been in the area.The staff was kind and courteous. The tech that did my nails did an excellent job with the color, shape, and care of my nails. I will definitely be returning to get my nails done again!

I am in LOVE with this place, and I just started going. I have not had a full set in about 15 years, and so many things have changed.. in a good way. Everyone is polite and professional. Ryan is my favorite nail tech hands down, and I will always book with him. He went out of his way to make me relax and be comfortable when I get my nails done . I came in barely a week ago and the top gel coat has already came up off of my thumb nails and part of my other nails. i don’t think that this is worth 65$ at all. i was also up charged 5$ just for the almond shape that i wanted which i have never heard of and never been charged for something like that anywhere i’ve been. i don’t think this service was worth 65$ what so ever and i will not be returning :/

I have been to nearly every salon in the area and finally found this one. The atmosphere and staff truly makes every experience great. Ryan does an outstanding job on my nails every time. Ive been going for years, but this last time the young man gave me gel nails that cracked in 4 days, so I just went to just remove them rather then ask for a redo.he started to remove them then passed me on to someone else (receptionist) who removed some of it but not all, in 4 days my nails were brown and brittle. Not sure what was used or why. I am extremely unhappy with the service at this point.

Sophia was amazing my nails have never looked better I have gone to 1 salon in town since I was 15 and things have been going down hill. I have been trying to find another salon. I started searching and I can across this one snd I was very happy with the reviews I saw so I thought I would give it a try. From the moment I walked in the atmosphere was welcoming, the people were friendly, it was calming and relaxing, my nails are beautiful!! I also decided to get my eyebrows waxed they look great!! I have never had my nails feel as if I don’t have them done and they are my nails. They are thin and don’t have like a pound of acrylic powder on them for a change. I am so impressed with Sophias work. I can’t wait to come back and see her again!!!

I went for the first time today. I get Dip Powder done in NY and I always feel rushed and the nail shape is often crooked. Ryan took his time to give me a great Dip Powder manicure and was pleasant to talk to. I will be back requesting Ryan again!

The shop is very elegant looking that was my 1st time going. Kimmy was my nail tech and she did a great job on my nails and feet thank you. I will be back.

Kimmy did an amazing job on my pedicure and was very attentive and thorough!!! I feel the kid service was rushed and unprofessional, it was her birthday and I paid extra for a more detailed service and it was still rushed & the design was very poorly done. I do like my nails they are beautiful but I had to pay $55 for a fill in with gel ombre. Sounds a little extra since it wasnt a new set. Overall the experience was nice and the quality of MY nails were great. Dont slack on the kids, if you offer the service do it well.

Only place ill go to get my nails done its super clean so much space and great work. I go to the same person Ryan every time and he is the best !!

STAY CLEAR FROM SOPHIE. The two stars are for the fantastic experience my two friends had with Ivy & another tech. Unfortunately, I would recommend anyone but Sophie. After spending the majority of the appointment on her phone texting/ and not attending, the time she spent was poorly used. She didnt use new clean instruments but dusty ones, and didnt take the time to cut, file or do anything. Who gets a pedicure and they dont even cut/shape nails? Last, she painted the color and left with no top coat on a regular pedicure. The color was smeared in cracks and looked awful. I came home and trimmed my own toes, and put on my own top coat. I would definitely go back to the salon which was beautiful and clean, but literally ask for anyone else. Such bad service.

Marlin helped me this time! He not only did a great job on my pedicure, but he was funny snd we had great conversation. I will go here over and over because he is so great! Highly recommend.

Once again- just finished getting another Mani/Pedi from Hailey, so I’m repeating my post - 10 stars out of a possible 5! I have gone to Hailey for almost 2 yrs for manicures & pedicures and will not go to anyone else- she is the best, so why try someone new? Hailey is very patient and does a perfect job each time. Tried to get a mani and pedi. After I picked out my color, waited 10 minutes for them to tell me where to go. The lady came by and then told me to sit in the pedi chair. Normally you would at least have the customer soak their feet if you needed more time. Not here; you just sit there in a pedicure chair with no water for 10 minutes. I would have had a little more patience if they at least let me know what the wait was going to be. No info. Got up and left after a total of 20 minutes of waiting and will never go here again.

Didn’t tell us about extra charges until they were done doing our nails. There are bubbles and they’re uneven. Never going again they managed to disappoint 4 people.

Absolutely fantastic! My wife and I were seen without an appointment with no problems on a Saturday.

We made appointments at 3:15, it’s after 4 and we’re still waiting. I would have left by now, but my toddler has her heart set on getting her toes painted. I understand things get busy, but why schedule an appointment that can’t be met?

The worst full set I ever received. I asked for pink and white ombré and got French. Asked for square shape and got a weird squarish shape. The lengths and shapes were uneven. And the nail itself is lumpy. She cut up my fingers as well and continued to apply alcohol to the cuts and didn’t care that it burned. Even my toe nails were cut and filed uneven. She did do a great job on my eyebrows though. I got this full set 2 days ago and it’s already chipping and breaking down. $114 down the drain. I would never ever go here for another service. Or maybe would try another tech. When she asked if I liked it I told her no and that this wasn’t what I asked for in the slightest. She proceeded to say she could fix it but it would be more time and more money. I was literally there for 3 hours for a pedi full set and eyebrow. I ended up just taking the L and paying and leaving completely dissatisfied. Usually I go to Belle salon in general booth. I’ll definitely be going there later today so they can fix this mess of a full set. Even though they’re more expensive at least I come out with the style I ask for, great shape AND my nails last past 2 days.

Another great appointment with Tina! I appreciate how this salon as online appointments as well as one of the largest selections of colors for nails I have seen in any salon in the area. They practice social distancing and are very clean! There is even an ATM inside for convenience even though they do take cards.

I came in last miniute there was no wait the young gentleman who sits in the front did my nails perfectly just how I asked super affordable I was also in a rush and he accommodated that with no complaint and still did outstanding work will definitely come back.

I got a manicure and a pedicure for tha first time..and I’m 31. That was tha best experience of my life!!! I loved it and can’t wait to get another one...but only here..they are tha best!!!!!

I came in and spent 100 dollars for my feet to be done.... I asked for all the dead skin to be scrubbed off... I’ve gone to this salon for 14 years now and have never had an issue... but today I left with my feet still have the dead skin on the bottoms... a little frustrating considering the amount paid..

Somebody have to have an interpreter because most of themC ant speak English good, hard to explain to them, to me thats a poor business

I have been getting my toes and nails done for years. I have never had a better nail technician then Lee. He is so amazing I followed him from his old place where he worked prior and he has been my nail tech for over a year. He pays attention to detail and really takes the time to take care of his clients. I have referred all my family members and friends to him because it just doesn’t get any better Lee. In reference to the place of business it’s very clean and a great place to relax while getting your toes and nails done. If your new to this place ask for Lee.

My 14 year old daughter got a gel French manicure over her real nails on Jan 17th. Ten days later, 6 of her nails peeled off. I called on the 30th to inform them what happened. I was told over the phone that to bring her in, and they would fix them as they warranty gels for two weeks. I brought my daughter in, checked in, sat down, only then to have her nails inspected and then informed they only warranty them for one week, and only repair/replace up to two nails. I was floored. Mind you, when I attempted to explain what I was told over the phone, this woman admitted it was her who answered the phone.Very disappointed. Misinformation and mislead. Poor customer service. I won’t be back.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this nail salon. I got an herbal pedicure and gel manicure from Lee and it was amazing. I would highly recommend giving them a try.

I received a pedicure and a gel full set. The pedicure was okay, the water was super cold so I was uncomfortable. Even after her asking me if the water was okay I told her no, it seemed as if she adjusted the water but she did not and the water was still cold. After a couple days, my nails started peeling and cracking. I feel like my nails were rushed and poorly done.

I had a pedicure, and my nails filled. The pedicure was the best I have had in a long long time. Definitely recommend Lily for the pedicure. Unfortunately i did not get name of the lady who did my nails. She did a wonderful job on my nails!!!

Ivy and Hannah are wonderful. Have gotten the herbal spa pedi twice now and at one point they use hot stones to massage your calves. 5 stars!

First time here and was immediately set at ease. Ann was wonderful and my nails were beautiful. I’ve had dip done before but never like this. She took her time and it shows. Will definitely be back. I asked for short nails and she did exactly what I asked for. The whole atmosphere was nice. May have found my new nail home!

My two sisters, my daughter and I came to get pedicures and manicures. We were all pleased with our experience. They have such a cute set up for little girls, my daughter was so excited to sit in her own chair. The nail tech was super sweet to her.The chairs are amazing, I went through every massage type while getting my pedicure. The essential oil pedicure is amazing, I chose ginger root as it helps with circulation and I’m flying tomorrow. What a wonderful experience with my sisters and daughter!!

Hannah does excellent work. Ive been going to her for 9 years. I recommend her if you need someone to do your nails.

Thomas rushed thru my entire pedicure, did not soak off the gel polish just cut it off and picked at it, old polish was still left on my feet. Did not file or shape my toenails they all are uneven. Painted them very sloopy paint on my cuticles and skinWill never return should of just went to my normal place. Wont be returning!

The professionalism and quality is amazing. The only thing that was an issue was something I have seen at more than 2 salons in the area, the tables/work stations needed to be wiped down and dusted. Fans were dusty. Excellent service, just dont like putting my hands down in grit.

I called 3 hours ahead to schedule a manicure for 2 people assuming that doing so would allow us to sit together. I arrived early for my appointment and earlier than the other member of my party. Before checking in, I asked the lady at the front if tips were allowed on the card and I was told yes. I was invited to pick a color. I was looking for less than a minute when I was approached and asked “How can I help you?” to which I told the lady I had an appointment with a friend for a gel manicure and that I was waiting for them to arrive. She immediately grabbed the sets of nail colors and tried to hand them all to me to carry and told me to sit down at her station. She brought over a bowl of extremely hot water that it hurt to soak my fingers in. I was not given time to explore the colors before she started. My friend arrived and was told to sit at a seat that was no where close enough for us to have a conversation. Her technician at least offered her a drink while mine never bothered to offer. The massage that comes with manicures was rushed. I would not have come to this place if they would have told me at the time that I called that there is no guarantee my friend and I could sit together. They were not even busy. There was plenty of seats. The excuse I was given for my friend not being able to sit by me is that the station is not set up, but before I was even done, a stranger was sat next to me. I have had better experiences at the Brennanmen Farm’s location and will not be returning to this one. Unsure why I was told tip would be accepted on the card but when I checked out, it was in fact not an option.

My husband and I went together for our anniversary and the staff was very friendly and professional. We waited a little while for the service but it was worth it. We both enjoyed the spa pedicure with Thomas and Kimmy who did a great job. Definitely recommend it. Saved 20% with spring special Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

The overall experience was fine, but my technician used a grater on my feet and cut me. She was sweet and apologetic, but now I am concerned about going into the ocean for the remainder of my vacation. So, no more ocean for me and my kid. I should have asked her not to use it, but I didn’t and now wish I had skipped my pedicure. People should ask permission before using an instrument that can draw blood for several minutes.

I have been going to young Teresa for a few years now and I am never disappointed by the service and quality work that she does. She is friendly, attentive, professional, and I am never disappointed. I do not go anywhere else to get my nails done. In fact, my entire family goes to Teresa to get their nails done as well.

Ann gave one of best pedicures I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot over my 44 years). Spent so much time making my experience relaxing, my heels silky smooth, and my toes just perfect. Love her and will return ASAP!

Came in here for a Ladies Day Out celebrating a friends birthday. Its the first time here.However, my acrylic nail was shaped good but I wish I didnt get poked when they did my pedicure as well as when they did my manicure. I liked the quality of the acrylic nails with gel. I would definitely come back with more friends to bring.

I went in for a pedicure and the technician left me with a steaming hot tub that began to over flow. I had to get other techs to turn it off because she was nowhere to be found. She and back and fixed everything. I got a continuous upsell ouches, even though I was already somewhat upgraded, so it was not relaxing at all. I got a tasty glass of fruit water and the chairs are nice and there are a lot of them. They wrap the tubs in plastic so that’s good. I got nicked a few times and the leg massage is a joke. Their upgrade is basic everywhere else. I was ushered out soon after being polished and they don’t have the ability to add tip to the credit card. The polish job was quick and shoddy, paint on my skin and some missed edges. I will NOT be back. It was better when they were around the corner.

Hailey is amazing! I do not have the best nails and she always makes them look wonderful. I have thin nails that grow crooked. You would never know with the amazing job Hailey does. I highly recommend this business and Hailey!!

They did a good job with both mine and my husbands pedicures. It would have been nice if they removed more callous skin and smoothed the skin a bit more so it didnt snag on our sheets the next night, but it was a relaxing pedicure. Then we sat and waited for a while because they completely forgot about my acrylic nails. There was no one asking if we needed anything else, but they told me to please wait there (at the massage chair) after painting my toes, and then moved on to other people. I had to get their attention (after waiting an hour) to get my fingernails done.They did a good job on my nails, and I got a lot of complements on them (thickness, shape and color) but it was a very rushed manicure.It was nice to have massage chairs large enough for my tall husband to feel comfortable in.We will give them another try.

My Daughter and I are new to the area and was looking for a place to get our nails done. Lucy and her Daughter did a wonderful job on my Daughter and I. Great service even giving we showed up 30 minutes before closing. My Daughter is extremely picky about her eyebrows and Lucys Daughter really made her eyebrows compliment her face and didnt thin them out as she has thick full gorgeous eyebrows with a beautiful shape. And waxed her lip with no single hairs left behind. My Daughter and I have found a new upscale Nail Salon, very modern, clean, sanitary and boasting with ambiance! Id highly recommend anyone to this nail salon as they truly take care of their customers. We were very happy with the abundance of nail/gel polish colors, and services offered.
