I called ahead on a Saturday and was able to walk in and be serviced. Hai did my nails and he was very understanding and thorough. I showed him a picture and he was able to recreate my desire. My nails came out very cute especially for an impromptu appt.

Overdue review for my favorite nail salon in Bethesda. Ive tried them all, and Nancy and her team are the best. They are professional, kind, courteous and great at nails! The prices are really great value for both pedicures and manicures, and the place is super clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

One of the best manicures i have ever received. My friend and I arrived without an appointment and were helped right away - we asked for different colors on all of our nails, and we were readily accommodated. Both technicians did an excellent job, and my polish lasted well over 2 weeks before it started peeling slightly at the edges. Very reasonable prices, as well. Well be back!

Very clean, and the staff is so pleasant. They maintain every client 6ft apart, and sanitize after each client leaves in preparation for the next. Call in advance for an appointment. I would definitely recommend this location for your nails.

Love this place! Before coming here, gel polish would last only a week for me, I sat down with Hue and now my gel nails last 3 weeks! They also have great customer service. I am now a regular here would highly recommend!!!

I had such an unsatisfactory experience here today.The Mani/Pedi were well done by Alice.I had told the nail tech I would be using my $40 gift cert for payment, prior to the service. When I handed it to her she handed it to her manager Nancy, which at this point she said I didnt have the proper gift certificate paperwork, though it was a receipt that had the name Nail Studio, printed on their printer paper, with the amount and date given. I was told when I received the gift that the actual gift card was on back order so they wrote a note on the receipt and signed it to be sure this was valid.Nancy then said she would need to contact the owner and get back to me later in the day. She never got back and of course I paid with my credit card plus tip and left, though my gift certificate was not honored.I would HIGHLY SUGGEST during this holiday season to NOT get a gift certificate here!!! There are many other places to choose from. The person who gave it to me even called on my behalf to resolve the matter. At this point I will not return, my receipt/gift card was not honored and they basically stole the $40 dollars from the gift giver.

This place is amazing!! As soon as you come in you’re greeted, the place is clean and a very positive atmosphere, and the staff are amazing! My personal favorite is Hai, as he makes it an experience! He makes sure you’re comfortable, tells jokes, and does the job perfectly.

I went there based on the reviews. I would have given 1 star but they were really nice and did try. I arrived to an empty salon and was greeted warmly. I sat down for a pedicure and as I was waiting a roach ran past. One of the workers clearly noticed it as he spoke to another and pointed in the direction it went. I spent the entire pedicure watching this creature scurry around. The pedicure was beyond mediocre. I left before having a manicure and left with my toes wet because of how dirty I felt everything was. Coming from an area where cleanliness is monitored at salons I could not stay nor will I return. It was also the most expensive basic pedicure at $27. Maybe that’s the area rate?

I love this place so much. Now that I have found it, I will never go anywhere else for a manicure. The staff is friendly and talented, the store is clean and inviting. Can’t say enough good things.

Great nail salon! Ive been many times. It seems clean and the staff are very accommodating and helpful. The color I picked wasnt as dark as I expected so my manicurist quickly cleaned off the first two nails she had done and picked out three different polishes to choose from that she thought I might like better. My pedicure was long on the massage with sugar scrub, which felt fabulous!

Visiting from out of town, dropped in here today and it is the best manicure and pedicure I have ever had! From the phone service all the way to the time I left. Very friendly, timely and THOROUGH even for a weekend during the busiest time of day. Highly recommended.

I went to Nail Studio with my girlfriend was in from out of town. She got there before me and they took her right away so she didnt have to wait. When I got there, they were so super friendly- offered me a drink before picking out my color. I had the pleasure of having Hi as my pedicurist.Hi gave me the BEST pedicure that I have ever had. He took off all the gel polish that was left on my toes off so meticulously without soaking them in acetone! He had the best sense of humor and I enjoyed every bit of my time with him, including the amazing foot/leg massage, hot towel and beautiful flower design on my toes. The prices seem too low for such an incredible treatment. $25 for the works that I got today.Forget every other nail place in Bethesda. Go to Nail Studio!

This was my first time here and I will never be going back. I dont know how the google reviews are so high. It took someone 45 minutes just to get my previous gel manicure off. She kept scratching at my nails- by the time she was done, the surface of my nails were torn into pieces. She proceeded to file my naturally square nails down to circles without asking me. Thankfully, I caught her before she moved on to the third nail. To fix her mistake, she had to file my nails down the shortest theyve ever been. After an hour of sitting in the seat (no polish on my fingers yet), I asked for clear coat of polish (instead of my initially intended for gel polish) before I could leave. God knows how much longer she would have taken to apply the gel polish. She messed up the wet polish on my fingers twice and huffed and puffed as if it was my fault. I DO NOT recommend this place. Even after getting regular polish, my nails are full of small air bubbles underneath. Such a waste of money.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They give THE BEST pedicure I have ever had!! Nancy is the only person I allow to do my eyebrows she is amazing!

I walked in on a whim, because I read good reviews for this place. No one acknowledged me, although several people saw me standing at the front desk. I stood there for quite some time, even sat down for several minutes....nothing, not even a hello. I finally just walked out. I guess they do not want my regular bi-weekly business.

I absolutely LOVE Nail Studio. I have gone there for over 4 years and will never go to another nail place. They even guarantee their gel manicures - if your mani chips within a week, they’ll fix it for you, no questions asked. Hai and Nancy both do particularly fantastic manicures and pedicures!

This place was amazing! The pedicures were fantastic at a great price, to top it off me and my friend got a it loud and they were still so polite to us! Would definitely go back!

I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Ive been here several times and only once were my nails NOT messed up. The last straw was today. I went in YESTERDAY to let the lady who did my nails LESS THAN A WEEK AGO know my nails were cracked and about to break. She told me I was wrong put some glue on them and sent me on my way. That night two of my nails broke. I came back today after making an appointment. I was roughly 10 minutes late due to traffic and theyd already given my spot to somebody else. Not only that but I was made to wait 15 minutes just to be told that I would have to pay for them to fix my nails. I have never had this problem when getting my nails done. Theyve never broken this soon. The lady told me that they broke because they were so long. That would make sense if I hadnt had my nails this long for 7 years and never had this problem with cracking or breakage. I was also told that because this was the third time I had come in to get them fixed(mind you the first time was because they royally screwed up the design) that I had to pay. Im sorry but Im certainly not going to pay extra because you didnt do the job right the first time. My nails broke not because they are long but because there wasnt enough acrylic on my nail in the first place. I am taking my business elsewhere because yall are incredibly unprofessional.

I just left this place without a manicure! They told me to have a seat and I waited for 20 mins, no one bothered to tell me how long it would be. After I asked she told me another 5 to 10 because of others with appointments. Which was fine, until 40 mins later and nothing had happened. I should mention this also happened the first time I went. Horrible customer service, unless they know you, then theyre youre best friend! Dont go here!
