I love living here and the Manager Autumn makes this place very special to live here. Always friendly, always in the office and overall a really great manager. Properties need more managers like Autumn. Thanks for making this place Awesome.

Absolutely the most horrible place to raise a family. There is ZERO management. Constantly being harrassed by neighbors. 100% unsafe for kids. Snake nests at my front door they refuse to do anything about. The manager is extremely immature and not professional. Cant wait to move out and get my kid safe again. Unfortunately gonna have to break the lease due to the harrassment.

Excellent tenant service and very friendly staff. During covid time property manager cared for tenants and supported with kind heart. Maintenance staff always quick with requests. We have been renting here for last two years and we would love to continue to stay here.

I really love my apartment. Perfect size for me. Location is great other than food delivery services can never find my apartment. Maintenance is very responsive to my requests. The property manager, Autumn was really nice and helpful when I moved in.Now for the bad, I live in a first floor apartment and hear everything that happens above me and outside. There is no sound dampening and quiet hours are not enforced. The people above me stomp and run all hours of the night.Also, I appreciate the cleanliness but the constant leaf blowing and powerwashing is excessive! Since I’m working from home like many people are now the noise is extremely stressful. The price is fair, but if rent was raised I would leave for somewhere quieter with more parking.

Went to go visit a friend and noticed they really took some time cleaning the paths and making sure all the trash and landscaping looked better. Would move here in a heartbeat, and my friend is about to renew his lease. Guess they made some good changes.

Ive been a resident here for 4 years, the placement is great, everything you could possibly need is nearby. be it access to transit, good places to eat or great shopping areas. the office staff are always helpful and maintenance requests are always dealt with promptly.

Property management has been completely MIA through corona virus. It’s been a struggle to deal with. Trash is always piled high and residents get blamed, even though the real issue is maintenance not fixing the compactor. The old maintenance guy (Donald I think?) was awesome, but after he left the place has gone down the tube. Property manager (Autum) is really unprofessional, never addresses problems and hides behind emails with bad grammar, misspelled words and things that make no sense. She doesn’t even use complete sentences when she writes to the entire complex. Crazy problems all over the place, including broken cars in the parking lot, cigarette smoke constantly, threatening property management, a recent fire that occurred, and many other things. Don’t move here.

I moved in on August 17, 2019. It’s been a few months so I think I’m qualified to give a review ^-^First off really love the environment and culture here . When my roommate and I moved Autumn the property manager was so helpful and so nice, she made moving in a breeze. We barely had to ask her any questions because she was able to provide all the information we needed to move in. Second just the application process is super easy. I did have some questions but Autumn answered super fast.When my roommate and I were accepted. We were able to move in as soon as 2 weeks. She worked with us to accommodate for our busy schedule to make sure we had all we need to get settled in. Moving in was a breeze.Third, over the few months that we have lived here (still currently here). We did have some hiccups with some maintenance in the place, but the handy man was on it and was super nice!!! He got the job done no probably and really communicated with us when we weren’t home. My roommate and I both work full time jobs and go to school full time so we’re rarely home.Fourth, living here the area is super pretty plus super quiet. We don’t get a lot noise here and the neighbors really friendly. Even though we are next to the highway it’s still pretty quiet and the cars passing by is kinda relaxing. I would highly recommend living here if you’re looking for a great little place to live.

I arrived at the property not knowing what to expect. I was greeted by Autum the property manager and right away it was off to a good start. She asked me a few questions and before I new it I had a move in date. Thank you for your time and patience!!

This is my first-ever apartment complex experience and while I had reservations in the beginning, it is one of the best things Ive done for myself. The grounds are beautiful and immaculately maintained. The Pool is fabulous. The people are wonderful and the staff is simply the Best. I definitely made the perfect choice! Thanks to all who make it so amazing!

The new property manager is very friendly and is much more responsive than previous managers. She handled everything with our terrible neighbors with quick action and was not hesitant on taking legal action when things got out of hand and violent. I’m looking at you who gave the most recent 1 star review...The maintenance guy was super friendly and always called to tell me when he was entering the house and always called for a follow up. Would definitely rent here again, but we have moved on to bigger and better things.

This location is fantastic; The grounds are kept immaculate, and I am so pleased with how amazing the staff here is!

Autumn is seriously the best manager Ive had, so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Ive loved living here: the location is perfect for commute and shopping, and the apartments are sooooo nice, couldnt be happier

Update. As we were moving out their creepy maintenance guy walked in with no prior notice as my wife was cleaning alone in apartment. We still have keys till the 26th of July. Illegal and sketchy. Can’t believe these people.

Love it here. Its cheap, clean and people who live here are hard working. Employees are excellent.

Best place I’ve ever lived, never hear my neighbors and always feel secluded yet safe! I’m worried to see the inflation after my lease ends but no rent control is a norm these days.

Good place to live, feels like a home .they provide washer and dryer, high ceiling with spacious dining room which is so great and their service is really good

I have been here for 3 years . The apartments are very small, not enough ventilation . No gym or pool .The management, here are very rude and impose fines citing ridiculous reasons. I got fined for having more than 3 flower pots in my balcony. The worst part was, once I vacated, I got this huge bill from them for what they call damages . I lived in so many other apartments in Portland metro, never had such a bad experience .

Horrible horrible place! Rent from them and you will regret it! Horrible management, they refused to fix our black mold issue even as our children were getting sick so we were forced to move out. It takes months for them to come out for anything. Anyone you speak with has an attitude and will not respect you. This is the worst management company I ever dealt with. Run away! Be carefull, they have sever names.. Sunset crossing, ect.. Make sure to look up the management company.

Sunset Crossings are nice luxury apartments off of 185th in Beaverton Oregon. They are hidden away from the main streets. I always feel safe being located near the Washington County 911 call center. You are walking distance to great stores for shopping. There are no shortage of great places to eat and there is plenty of places to enjoy the night within walking distance. If you like movies there is a theater right down the street. The current management company Avanue5 residential has been great. They always communicate with the tenants and the property manager Jennifer Watson is always helpful. I have enjoyed my time at sunset crossings and I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a new please in Beaverton Oregon.

Awful, poor office staff and service. They are good at one thing, collecting that rent every month, fear not theyll be on top of that but when it comes to your problems or needs, forget it. Rude staff and the apartment doesnt offer that much for being so expensive.

I have lived here for over 4 years and sometimes wonder why Im still here. For the most part, living here has been okay. But, if you live in a flat, you will hear everything that happens above you and outside. There is very little sound dampening. Given the two bedroom flat is under 800 sq feet it is a little over priced just due to the area. When I moved in I paid 895/mo and it has inflated horribly.Also, if you need a maintenance request DO NOT file online. I one time waited over 4 weeks for a request and had to email the manager directly when nobody came. If you want something done make sure you push for it or it wont get done.The apartment itself is nice inside. When I moved in the carpets were a little worn/dirty in the living room and now are just ran down. I dread moving out with the fear of what theyll charge me for that and for the damage that my upstairs neighbors have made to my patio from a bird feeder..If you have a family, the playground is very tiny and so is the gym. Very little amenities available complex wise for the price you pay. No pool etc.

Terrible staff at the office. Called in and said they were open only Monday through Friday. Took Monday morning off from work to find out they are actually closed Monday and they are open on Saturday. And the page doesnt even have there hours on there.Get your stuff together...

Staff has been no help at all with horrible loud neighbors, dog poop everywhere on the grounds, multiple dogs off leash regularly, poorly maintained apartments with a constantly overflowing shared garbage.
