My wife and I rented an apartment at Elmonica for almost 5 years. We enjoyed our time there and do recommend Elmonica to anyone. The property manager, Marta, was especially kind and accommodating during our time at Elmonica. Additionally, all service requests placed in our five-year stay were completed quickly and with professionalism.Great peolpe - Safe neighborhood - Professional and kind management/service. 5 stars

Living here for 2 year plus now, Excellent location, excellent apartments, excellent friendly staffs.Management Staffs are very helpful right from the begin, normal rent for the location, near to MAX station which is a bug plus. Thanks and Keep up the good service.

Lived here for more than 5 years and not a single time we encountered any kind of problem..Their maintanence service is just beyond awesome..whenever we had emergency maintanence during any holiday time when the staff is not there..then also these people made sure that they provide the service.. Staff is always friendly, the apartments are well maintained, cleanliness in the entire community.. They deserve 5 stars.

If you want to deal with management that says something else and does something this is the right place for you. When I moved in, I found maintenance tools in the dish washer. I also found old shoes in the dryer, that I assume was maintenances as well. Our apartment upon moving in was in not in the best of shape. Found yellow stains inside drawers, unstable drip pan on the stove. I moved out two weeks early and had my electricity changed over the day I moved out, I was still charged for my remaining two weeks, even though I turned in my keys. So I pretty much paid for their use of electricity. They even charged me for drip pans, which werent even new.I moved out leaving the apartment in better condition than moving in.I do not recommend anyone staying here. As far as their prices go, you can get newer apartments with better management and more amenities else where around the area.

Nice neighborhood convenient shopping nearby. But apartment unfortunately like many others in the area is a bit overpriced. Pool is outdated and there’s no gym. For the price you can get a lot more somewhere else.

All of the lights highlighting the addresses on each building are out. Not some, ALL. Makes it a nightmare to navigate at night, especially since Google Maps hasnt properly mapped out the complex.

Absolutely not understanding, I am trying to get away from an abusive ex and they wouldnt rent to me because I have one eviction on my record and its recent because I had to leave the house he lived in, but they didnt want to here the reasoning. I have all the money to move in with my son and it wasnt good enough. Would never recommend to anyone and I also let the agencies that told me to go there that they do this so they will not recommend either to other domestic violence clients.

Horrible experience, absolutely zero maintenance. There are no amenities like gym, club house, play area and very pricey. Nobody cares about maintenance during weekends. If there is an emergency maintenance issue during the weekend, God only can help here. Emergency for them means, flooding or fire!

I called them trying to find a short-term lease. They were very friendly and explained everything well. Only thing is their prices. If it were a little bit cheaper Id go with it.

Thee worst place to live in history!! If you like being ripped completely off and live in the most god awful apt then here you go. I could go on and on in how bad this place is!!! Mild, no maintainable, horrible staff, complete rip off, they should be sued for every dollar theyve made. The worst!!!

Horrible experience the main manager is so rude and unprofessional. The worst experience of my life applying through this company. If you are moving in to Oregon out of state working around the area of el Monica leave this on as a last resort. As a result of this they cant even hit a 3 on star rating people that should tell you something.
