Searched for car wash only requiring a cleaning my cloth seats and floor carpets. Many businesses had voice-mail or websites w highly priced add on packages or wait lists. I needed affordable service today. I spoke with a live person three times to inquire if they did steam cleaning & shampooing. The person patiently answered all of my inquiries and would take me today. I was quoted a below market price and headed over. Three hours later my longstanding stained vehicle was renewed. So much so, I can hold off on needing such services for a while. I was so pleased with the service I highly recommend Car Spa for interior detailing.

Service was horrible, almost 100$ for a wash and interior detail... they did a awful job on both. My 10 yr old could have done a better job. Spoke with Kenny and came back another day for them to make it right, waited 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge me in the wash line, finally went in and asked for help... cashier wasnt very friendly. I wont be using them anymore

I came here on a very busy Saturday but I felt that the wait was only 20 minutes. I assumed the wait would be longer with the lobby inside being full and people standing outside waiting for their cars as well. My car still looks clean and shiny and I got it cleaned a month ago.Update:I visited a month ago on another busy day. They told me ahead of time that it may take an hour. I didnt mind because I had downloaded videos on my tablet. However, it still only took maybe 30 minutes. I do like that they are upfront about how long it may take so that I can decide if it works with my schedule. And they always do such a good job cleaning my car! Thanks!

This car wash place was is good. I am looking forward to them in stepping up their manning so that we get the carpets shampooed in their maximum detail option. They could also use an ATM since we like tipping the workers and some of us dont always have cash on hand. Other car spas have them. Not sure why the downtown location doesnt.

The service is great! Knowledgeable, friendly dedicated staff. They offer multi level memberships which allows for unlimited washes and then some depending on the monthly rate package purchased. Members also get additional discount for detail services, I believe. Their detailing service was off great quality, with dedicated shaded areas for staff members to complete detail to the vehicles. You see all makes and models vehicles doing by to get serviced.

Always a great wash and vacuum! It can take a while if you hit it during the peak rush.

Super nice car wash in midtown.In midtown there are 2 challenges when it comes to car washes: 1. The number of car washes are very limited 2. The quality of the car washes, if you do find one, are mostly terrible. This one is excellentThe wash is efficient and fully cleans and the best of all: hand towel dry!!!I would defiantly come here for the car washes, always.

Went there twice ( 3 days apart) in 2nd week of June fir the $ 49.99 detail polish. First time was told they were too busy for polish detail due to short staffing. Had confirmed with one Salinas after calling and left disappointed. On site, also reconfirmed with one Nemo on my driving back whi confirmed the shots staff.Next 3 days drive all the way from airport after work at 8:35 AM and met one Michael who said yet again, SHORT STAFFED.Have struck off this place FOREVER !

First time visiting this car wash. Experience from check-in to receiving the car was near perfect. 30mins in and out at 4:45pm on a Saturday. $19 for Silver wash. After coming home I checked car thoroughly. Only two waxy residue spots on hood that I quickly removed with finger nail. Noted interior rubber mats were washed. Nothing was out of place. Good experience.

My favorite place to wash my car. They have different packages to wash your car inside and out in very affordable prices.Also, the waiting area is nice and clean. Employees are super friendly. In overall I recommend this place to get your car washed and pump gas in a nice gas station

Usually we get the interior detail and it comes out spotless, but they were closing in 30 min so we got the basic clean which was just ok.

I have been going to Car Spa, this location since 2009. My man Charles Hall can sure detail a car. Highly recommend. Look at that shine on my MKZ Lincoln.

This is the first time I used this place and they did a great job! Shout out to Damian! The car exterior looked spotless after coming out of the car wash and being dried down by hand. I also had gotten the interior of my car detailed and it was clean afterwards. They had forgotten to vacuum the trunk, but he was quick to get that done as soon as I pointed it out. The price was very reasonable for the services compared to nearby car wash locations - $50 for the interior detail and the car wash!

Unfortunately yesterday was the last time I brought my car there. It took 30 minutes to clean my car, they charged me Gold service and have me a dirty car back. They didnt open the trunk and failed to vacuum the back seat. Not recommended if you are looking for good product. Service was friendly, but I cant show it off. See the pictures.

I have brought my cars here for years for inspections, oil changes, car washes, etc. Today I arrived at 9:00a.m. to get my car washed. Not detailed, just washed. It took over an hour and I watched as a dozen cars that arrived after mine were washed first. It wasnt even a busy day.. No explanation from anyone as to why it was taking so long. I will never go back and do not recommend.

This is the absolute worst place to take your vehicle. I have had two incidents with two different vehicles. The first incident they left open my sunroof and drove it through the wash and the manager was not willing to fix the problem he offered not help at all he was rude and blamed me. So because of being a forgiving man of God I was willing to give them a second chance. The second incident the a huge scratch 8x4 diameter mark on the door and I end up making a police report and having to take them to small claims court. I had just settled in my mind that they were not perfect so I always had to go around my vehicles and go over what their finish product. I will never give them my business again.

I came for a detailing service and the vehicle looks great. I asked for the wax and interior detail. The car looked great when complete. Great deal for $70. I feel like I have a new car.

Beyond awesome service. Each time I have been here they go above and beyond on the, inspection, car wash and/or the detailing everything. Maguyver is awesome super knowledgeable. I came here for my state inspection and my tail light was out and he put in new light bulbs. Super fast and awesome service.

I live in the midtown area and this is where I bring my vehicle for oil changes, inspections and car washes. They do have a gas station at the front of the area, but it is extremely expensive compared to the city average. They do offer a discount if you get a wash, but it is still on the high side.I have always had good washes on my cars, however, several times they have forgotten to apply the fragrance (that I do pay for with my package), and I have had to ask for one touch up.They do not allow you to tip on your credit card, but I usually buy a gift card for the detailers so that they can buy a drink from the shop.

State inspection, oil change, and car wash in under 20 minutes. 10/10 will go again!

The actual service was phenomenal. My truck looked squeaky cleaned for sometime. The only downside is that the gentleman who took care of me was rude and seemed to not enjoy his job.

Not worth the price for an okay wash.

You will enjoy the best wax made in the world at this location especially (they sell more than any other Car Spa in the country;) wax that they have specially shipped to them. This is not the cheapest place in the world to get your car detailed but it is the best. I certainly wont go anywhere else.

Good experience over all. Was a little disappointed they dont have a way to take tips by card. You can buy a gift card but it has to be spent there. I walked across to Wells Fargo to grab a tip.

Our 2009 Lexus was covered in scratches, the interior was nearly unbearable from years of smoking, and the carpets were grungy. Charles Ferdinantsen and crew gave us back a brand new car. Scratches gone, carpet revived and smell removed. We are so happy with the exceptional service here. Thank you Car Spa.

Absolutely had the worst experience. I dropped off my brand new x5 for a full service wash. After driving it home, I noticed my tail light and the top of the bumper had scratches on it. I was told to come in and was then instructed to point out which pieces of equipment could have caused it. Then I was told if I couldn’t point it out, they were not responsible for it. Unless you hold a masters degree in car washing equipment, avoid this place like the plague”*********************************************Reply to the nonsense response below: There was no damage to the car prior to the wash, Just like I was made to point out equipment parts that caused the damage, I asked the MOD to point out what else could have caused the damage so high up on the car and in an unusual spot. Horrible: I had high hopes when I signed up for the monthly membership here. Sparing y’all a long review; basically, this place is run horribly. Car wash is broke down constantly. The employees do not take any pride in their work and management does not care about their clients. There are better washes in town. Don’t waste your time or money here.

They really took good care of my car, they really went the extra mile to make it shine/not smell like old food anymore. It was the perfect graduation gift for my little brother. And when you need that armor all xtratuf power, asked for Marta. Shes the bomb diggity.

I typically like this place a lot, they do a very thorough cleaning of the car and I’m always satisfied. However, they are very unorganized and slow when pulling up and trying to get someone’s attention as to what service you want for the car wash!I was the third car to pull up and didn’t have anyone come to window until after four other cars pulled up and got serviced!! Ridiculous, so my car ended up being behind 5 cars that had pulled in AFTER me.I waited in my car giving eye contact and even rolling down my window to get someone’s attention but was ignored! You all must do better with your organization and customer service skills

Loved coming to this car wash until the last time I went there and someone stole a $600 piece of jewelry out of my car. Iris a gold grill and whoever stole it can’t even wear it. Probably won’t go there anymore.

Used to be the best place to go, today I went sat there for 20 mins and no one even approached my car, other cars came and went and I was still sitting there!!! Never again!!

Kenny the lube manager was very polite and helpful and even gave me a discount for a wash and left my car spotless. I recommend you to come here for your maintenance and car cleanliness needs.

I’ll tell you what. My car was ABSOLUTELY filthy. I inherited a car that previous had a family of 5 children. I’ve vacuumed and cleaned it but I’ve never REALLY cleaned it. I took it to this place and paid ONLY $29 for a inside and outside wash. MY WORD my car has never been so clean and I have actually tried to clean out the family filth. I most certainly will be looking at a bigger package to get it perfect top to bottom! Thank you guys for your hard work!

Very detail oriented.

Disappointed! Platinum Plus Does NOT include wiping down the interior. I usually love going to this place because they do the state inspection, wash, and oil changes in one place. However, after paying for their 44 dollar car wash which includes something called conditioning the interior where I was assured it included an interior wipe down, the car door panels were still dirty. Also, they forgot to vacuum the back and wash the floor mats. In previous visits, I only paid a few bucks for the basic, so I didnt worry about the quality of work, but this time I expected a bit more. Sadly, my regular shop charges about 35 for the same job, and it includes a hand wash with is better for your car. By the way, I did get an oil change and state inspection, which I appreciate the convenience, but I wont be doing more than a basic wash in the future. If you need a quick clean, this is the place for you but if you want more quality work go somewhere else.

The service was great and awesome customer service. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone. They did such a good job and I was very impressed with the results. The price is not bad for all the services they provide. This is the first review Ive ever wrote because I was truly amazed at the staff and the job well done.

I have been coming to car spar for 4+ years and have never had a bad experience. The entire staff is so friendly, and they really take care of you.

Came in for an interior “platinum plus” exterior wash Friday. Realized when I got home the side of my car was still dirty and the wheels didn’t look like they had been cleaned. Basically looks like I hadn’t washed my car. Went back on Monday and talked to McGiver the manger. He was so great! I showed my receipt. Be took a look at the car with me and took the time to let me show him what I was unhappy with. He then let me put the car through to wash again and then he personally wiped it down himself making sure it was to my satisfaction. Amazing service!!! Will be coming back. Took a star away only because of my intial experience.

Amazing service! Every employee I interacted with was so friendly and professional. In addition to the drive thru wash, an employee wipes your car before to assist with the wash and after to dry and make sure its clean. And they do it with a smile on their faces! Most importantly, I came in with a scratch on my bumper and they did a great job buffing it for me. It looks great now. They also advised me on how to make it better with touch up paint. Also very great prices for the services! Will definitely be going back!!! Thank you all!

Absolutely dumpster juice. Spots all over my car. Front back bumper on all the cars I saw was dirty. Maybe it was cold. Leather was half cleaned. Rims dirty. Windows half cleaned. Just a bad experience when I just paid for a $60 membership

This Car Spa is convenient to downtown and Midtown when you need gas and a quick car wash. Its clean and the staff are friendly. I frequent it often since I live nearby. I like how if you purchase a car wash at the pump that you get a discount on fuel, but I do think their price per gallon is rather high compared to other gas stations in the area. The waiting area is comfortable and clean also.

Just left after getting several of their interior detail packages. The employees took a great deal of time and care on my vehicle, and did an outstanding job cleaning/shampooing the seats and carpet. Would definitely recommend. It looks like a new car.

I would not recommend this car wash / car lube service center. I came her for a quick oil change, inspection, car wash and it took over 2 hours with no one being in front of me. They only completed the inspection and tried to over charge me. Then when everything was done my inside of the car was full of dust and dirt. They didn’t even clean the inside. You lost my business.Ps . Homeless people coming in the waiting area begging for money. Not safe environment.

They always offerred such great services. However, if you change oil or have the inspection here, double check whether the hood is fully closed, sometimes they forgot to do so. The staff is very nice and the waiting area is very comfortable as well.

Great place for car wash membership

No longer my go to for oil changes and car washes. I used to bring in my vehicle and receive a discount on oil changes when I brought my own oil and filter. Today I brought it in expecting the same, but instead of a discount, I got charged more for my oil change. $25 Labor charge vs $19.99 for an oil change. To make things worse, I no longer received my free car wash with my oil change service.I even asked for the manager to explain this logic to me. He was very nice and polite but could not explain the logic of why Im paying more and getting less. He could just tell me thats their labor charge and thats their policy. So their policy when they use less supplies is to charge their customers more and give them less. Thanks. Noted.

These guys were super nice and managed to solve all the tiny niggling car issues that needed taking care of. They worked with my insurance to fix the chip in my windshield without me having to pay a dime and did it all with a smile. My car has never been so clean either! Wish I could give them 10 stars they were so nice.

This is a good spot for exterior car wash. But their interior cleaning service is one of the worst service i have ever got. They charge $49.99 for any interior plan. After about 40mins they have returned my car as i gave them. Not even wiped, dusted or vacuumed inside. I picked up all the papers, cleaned door consoles myself for some time. Then I brought this disastrous detailing service to the manager’s notice. Manger is courteous and he asked for 20 more mins time and he worked on my car himself. I really appreciate his effort for the customers satisfaction. But i wouldn’t recommend their interior service to anyone.

Exterior car washes are quick and usually last for about two weeks at a time. Detailed cleanings are reasonably priced and small discounts can be given. Usually details last about 6-9 months if you take care of your car!

Ive had issues here and there with this business but I can say they have made any wrongdoings right. Once, I had a pair of headphones go missing and the manager paid the replacement cost which was appreciated and kept my business. I go here weekly. I always take a video inventory as I pull up just in case anything else goes missing.Sometimes you have to stay on the guys cleaning but they are happy to go back over any missed spots.

This was the bad experience I have had in my life, for a city like Houston we do expect more.I took my car to wash, when I arrive I only ask for full wash option (cause I really want my car to be shine and good smell), the guy push me for wash the seats, only because he saw me with my dog, and I agree on that time, because I told him I need a full wash so will be perfect to have the seat wash too.I wait on the side of the washing place and they only wash my back seat, not front seat, and return me the car, I ask the guy what’s happen why the car looks so dirty, and he said I pay only for clean the seat. I paid 45 dolares for the bad service I ever had in my life, I back home and I finish to wash my car by myself cause inside was still dirty. If you love your car and don’t want to get stress check another place for wash your car.
