Management is a joke. Maintenance never shows up. This property is run down and rat infested. Apartments are full of mold. This was the only place I could afford at the time and was also my biggest regret. Do not rent here!!!

I have been a tenant for many years at the parker and have had ups and downs. But when Tiffany became the manger a couple months ago its been amazing! She has got things done that i have been waiting months for! She always answers the phone and has the most outstanding personality! She always has a smile on her face! We got very lucky to snatch her as our manager..

Moved here in May. My apartment was okay. But the maintenance is horrible. I never experienced such a unprofessional team. I requested maintenance for almost 10 days back, they never been appear for solving my problem. The central water system is always extremely hot and temperature control faucet knob never change the water temperature. It seems all the knobs doesnt have control over central water system that is most of the time very hot.I am also facing problems with car parking. We have only 15 parking spots for 24 apartments. There is no assigned parking spot. Most of the time, I find parking without tag and I had to park in the far away street. The management should take actions against all this mismanagement. I will not recommend the new tenants to lease this place. I would recommend other better apartments with same price with professional and responsive management and maintenance team.

Worst apartment management on the entire west coast. Never responds, late to maintenance calls, phone numbers and emails are never going through or are inaccurately advertised on their website. It’s been 7 months and I still haven’t even heard about my deposit yet even with several messages and emails.

Very poorly renovated. Pics make it look nice but maintenance cheaps out on *everything*... only 2 boilers per building so rarely any hot water, cold water is murky, ants in bathroom holes, hair sticking out of walls because it was painted over, etc

The apartments and property seem great, was in the market to move to the area, but have decided to look elsewhere due to what seems to be a a group of homeless individuals, living out of a van in one of their garages. Such a shame to, would have been great for my work.
