The staff here is always so kind, friendly and energetic which makes it a joy to visit. The dentist is quick efficient and professional. I always leave with a great understanding of my dental health and I leave satisfied with the way they all treated me.

I moved to California 5 months and found this office. They welcomed me with a great dental experience. The doctors examined all my treatments and the front office was able to help me with payment plan. I definitely would recommend!

The service here is horrible! The staff was late from lunch and used Covid as an excuse to not allow patients to sit in the waiting area because “they (the staff) didn’t have their mask on” causing me to have to sit in the sun without any shade. This didn’t make sense as regardless one party would always be maskless as it’s a DENTIST OFFICE! Not to mention that had I not had a great insurance company I would still be waiting for an appointment. The lack of care I have experienced over two separate visit has caused me to never visit this office again, nor would I recommend this office to anyone. Honestly I sure the space would be more useful without them, even if left vacant.

I love this place the staff are so nice, respectful, and welcoming. Very clean, explain your procedure very well, give you all your options and get it done. Doctors are very gentle and know how to work with kids. My 2 year old and 5 year old have never cried at the dentist. I will recommend it to everyone and to those that had a bad experience at a previous office this Dental office is where you need to be.

Well I thought I was starting on my dental procedure. But only X Rays again. And I kinda have a little pain. Im supposed to be getting a root canal to save a tooth or my teeth. Because most of my caps, crowns and fillings have fell out.. So my teeth need some dental work. Maybe its my insurance ... Or is it the dental office. But this is since...I think April or February...its been to long. Im still waiting. To get my teeth up to date. But the procedure of getting X Rays works very well. Very good X Ray takers..

Dr. S is the most caring and compassionate dentist Ive ever had. The team here is friendly and welcoming too. This location is extremely clean and they go above and beyond to ensure all precautions are taken to keep us safe. I made this location my primary even though its much farther than the other dentists around me because they always know how to properly diagnose whatever problems Im having and never dismiss any concerns I share. They take care of issues on the spot. Thank you for treating me so well and fixing all my dental issues :)

As much as I dislike going to the Dentist, Dr. Saul and his Assistant Hassel gave me a painless and comfortable Dental experience. I had so much Dental work done and I could not feel NOTHING!!! Rude staff. Most can not help with even the most basic of questions. I literally dont understand how a place so poorly run can even operate let alone have customers that would put up with being treated so horribly. Dont go here! Call your insurance and have them send you to a vet, you would get better care.

Never again!! I had an appointment set for 2 pm. I didn’t actually get seen until an hour and 45 min later. I was told to come in early and I still had to wait for a very long time. My appointment was for an emergency dental visit. Well needless to say, I was sent home because there’s no oral surgeon on site till next month. Apparently he’s only there once a month. So now I have to wait a whole month to have this tooth extracted. SMH Next.

I went in for deep cleaning and 2 crowns. They did the cleaning and preped for the crowns in one visit, I got my crowns a month later im happy with my visit. Clean and very professional. Thank you western Dental!

One of the worst dental clinics in the area. They schedule 5 people at the same time and you have to wait 2 hrs to be called to spend 30 min with the dentist. The front ladies in the counter are rude and unpolite. AVOID this clinic at all cost. Now it is Western Dental owned and it was better service before with the old dental company.

She went well beyond her duties to help me she knew I was in very very much pain and try her very best to help me. But the two that work the front desk would not fax my paperwork so I could have got the attention I needed to pull this tooth. As I explained to them that they fax machine must not be on or working thats why my doctor wasnt able to get their fax. But it seemed like it didnt make a difference to them if I was in pain. When I ask about there fax machine must not be working . Because I had my wife fax the same 2 number for each one of my doctors and thefax work for her. So I fill there was no way that they try to fax anything to anyone of my doctors. Now Im at home in pain waiting to see if they would call me for a cancellation for Monday . But its going on 4:00 and no call. The doctordid give me something for the pain but it not working. I guess I would be in pain again for a week into I come back. Thank you Western Dental for nothing.

Just did part 1 of my dental procedure, everyone was professional, pleasant and very polite. They answered any questions I had and the Dentist that did my procedure was totally awesome and very informative when I asked questions about my Dental Procedure which requires me to return for part 2. I came here for emergency dental but wish this was my permanent office !! If I could give more stars I would !! This Office is where you wanna come to.Update: just went on the 30th of Nov to complete part 2 of my procedure. The Dentist was so through that he has me set up to see another specialist there at the office !! Why, bcuz my dental work is finally being done correctly like it wasnt done at another place !! This Dental Office has Dentist and Staff that are extremely thorough. They made sure all my questions were answered, I was given ample time to adjust to any changes during my procedure due to my use of O2, they worked with me with no problem. all communication was excellent and there was not a wait, I went straight in. Even though I dont like Dentist Offices, I actually look 4ward to my next appt. Thank You all so very much.Update: Well I finally had my Root Canal completed. The Orthodontist that did the work explained to me what he was going to do then asked me if I had any questions he then proceeded to finish the procedure which didnot take long, he was very mindful of my Oxygen use and didnt lay me flat, he stayed aware to make sure I was comfortable while he worked on my tooth, meanwhile I would like to give a shout out to Sylvia for doing an excellent and awesome job making sure too that I was comfortable and helped keeping an eye on my Oygen machine which she plugged in for me to make sure my Oygen was flowing, and asked me if I had any questions. She stayed aware so if I needed to say something she would see, I felt no fear or worries. Before I knew it, it was over and I could now make an Appointment to see my Primary Dentist to finish up with a crown. Again this is the Office to go to for excellent service. Thank you Blue Hills Dental keep up the awesome work !!

My Doctor is Dr. Tran. Not only does he knows what he is doing he is always advising me with my best interest in mind. He is so friendly and patient with me, He is just awesome! I have recommended this place to all my family, and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I come in for a ORAL CANCER BIOPSY. Still waiting for results after 4 weeks and they don’t even answer the phone! Very clean place but EXTREMELY INCONVENIENCED by this place I had an appointment before with a dentist and they wait until I get there to tell me he’s not in and reschedules me after they take EXTRA XRAYS (using up insurance money) then I get rescheduled again. After the holidays after not leaving out of town because ORAL cancer is more important.

My experience at Blue Hills Dental was awesome! Ive heard so many horror stories about dental offices but this place was great! I was referred there for a root canal and Dr. Kikis and her assistant MoNay were so comforting and gentle. Dr. Kikis is an amazing dentist! Courteous, gentle, comforting confident and GOOD! Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance for a check up . The day comes and they call me to cancell my appointment. They gave me another one in 2 weeks . Once again it was cancell for an important meeting they had going on smh.

My first visit went well. Visits after that not so well. They switch appointments last minute after having to wait forever since they are short on doctors. They want an explanation for everything just to say that they cant accommodate. This office is not a dental location I would recommend if you need alot of work completed. They are not reliable or dependable.

This was my first and last time at this place.My appointment was at 230. I arrived at 215 to do paperwork. I wasn’t seen until 335pm.So then a lady did my xrays. After that I moved to the next room after 30 min. Once I got there a lady and the doctor entered the room. And guess what? They had computer issues. She didn’t know how to use the new system. My xrays weren’t in the computer. The doctor pulled up someone else’s medical history. I told him that’s not me.After 10 min of the doctor trying to figure out to find my chart while also trying to teach the employees how to use the system he was confused on. They finally found my chart. Without my Xrays. Oh yeah...they didn’t do my vitals!Now here is the fun part:The doctor goes through the process of checking my gums. You know the part where they call out the number for each tooth. Well the woman is entering them. This was a 10 min process that was painful. She does something wrong and guess what?! It doesn’t save the numbers! All of them gone!So at this point the doctor is like why did you click out of it without saving. Now all the info is gone.So then I am like....so wait I have to do this again?And he was like yes, I am sorry.But he was like I will move on to the next part.Long story short. He didn’t even look at my xrays with me. I didn’t get my teeth cleaned because by this time the office was about to close. I came in my because I had pain. The doctor didn’t even address my pain. But what they did do, was tell me I needed services that would be 420.80 out of pocket money. Which I am fine with what’s needs to be done BUT will never ever come here again. My god if takes this long just to get xrays how long would it take to get a deep cleaning and fillings.I left this place at almost 5pm. Almost 3 hours there!Avoid this place! Seriously unprofessional. Confused employees, doctors and etc.

Took my daughter for s root camel. She now wants me to change Dentist because she liked it and she wasnt scared. Most important they didnt hurt her.

Was referred here for the specialist for an endo procedure and have been rescheduled twice! because the doctor didn’t check his schedule according to the lady. In the meantime I guess I’ll just die of the pain until they get it together.

Customer service is absurd there: no professionalism, no communication whatsoever, the wait is forever and no one will tell you the waiting timeI was waiting 2 hours for a 5 minute consultation and when being seen, no one communicated who was going to attend me, nor what the process looked like. How will patients feel any sort of comfort in a stilled environment?

Read some reviews on Yelp & decided to come here. Over the phone the receptionist was nice & eager to schedule appointment. However, I get here 10 mins before my appoint at 4pm. Didnt get a wait time & didnt get called in for stays until 506pm. After waited for a dentist for another 45 mins. They close at 6? So a rush job is going to be good enough? Dont come here. I know this place covers you w denti-cal but its not worth your time. Theyre no hurry to attend you. Go somewhere else

Service is horrible.. ive went to an appointment there service was ok. Thinking i was gonna get service the same day.. when all of a sudden they reschedule me for another appointment in 6 months what the hell it looks like im going to a county hospital. On top of that they dont answer there phone. It looks like they dont want to do business. It should not be open.. horrible service i do not reccomend not unless you want to wait 6 months for check up and another 6 months for treatment!

Overall theyve been ok,but the wait is ridiculous, my brothers appt was at 10am, we got there at 9:40am the door was locked! they didnt call him in til 10:50am got his xrays, and then waited to be seen by the Dr. for over 40 min just for him to get checked wasnt even treated, we waited another 25 min to get a prescription and schedule an appt. Very unorganized, We left at 12:25 from the dental office.

Theres a few doctors here but I like Dr Daniels the best hes a really great Dentist.

Dr. Lee is excellent and the rest is downhill. Not flexible with scheduling an appointment. Look for another office to save a headache.
