Judy did my nails. She was AMAZING!! She took her time, was gentle with the nail file, just all around great! I walked in, & was sitting in the chair with no wait at all. I will definitely be making this my salon of choice!

I had my nails done yesterday 4/9/18, I do not know the name of the tech (#5) because he wouldnt talk to me. I bragged about this place to everyone I know because the business is great and usually get amazing work done. I though I was getting Judy because she sat me then found out was not in her station. I paid for Gel Manicure and polish removal. I have gone her regularly for last two years and although still love the place, I will never have him do my nails ever again. It actually almost hurt, he watched tv more than being gentle while doing the work. I asked for design on ring fingers and was told he doesnt do designs and to just pick a color. I get 1-2 manicures per month from this location so I know what to expect. I asked not to trim my nails so he files down my right hand then tells me, he has to cut my left to match. By this time I said whatever just to get done. The color is beautiful but the experience was less than desirable. And to end entire thing he squirted the lotion they rub on your hands and arms and just looked at me to rub it in myself. I pay to be pampered and just was not pleased. I will be back because as I said this place is usually amazing, just will never let this gentleman ever do my nails again.

I absolutely love this place. They are great at what they do, great customer service as well. I was worried because they were so busy when I came, there were 4 people ahead of me and when I was taken 5 more showed up but my technician was patient and very thorough. He made sure my nails were absolutely beautiful and he took his time perfecting them. I didnt feel rushed at all. I also took my daughter here the day before and she was scared to get her toes painted because she saw all the tools used on mine but they were so patient and calmed her into it, she was so happy with her nails. Thank you guys! I will be returning.

I would rate less than one and post a “BEWARE” sign in front of this nail salon! I had my nails done by the manager on Thursday, 12 Jul 18. I was back in the salon on 14 Jul 18, because I noticed he had put two of my nails on crooked, I could see my real nails through the white tip, and my nails looked like I would need a fill in a couple of days. When I asked him to fix the poor job he did on my nails he told me my nails had grown and he could make the white tip deeper. When I told him I didn’t think an acrylic nail job should deteriorate in less than2 days, his response was that I complain too much, and it is my fault I didn’t notice the poor job on my nails. I guess I just donated $43.00 and a $5.00 tip to Davi Nails at the Beavercreek,OH Super Walmart.

When I go to this place I get good service but this time I got treated so bad and my nails were not done correctly when I told the tech he got mad like he couldn’t see what he did wrong then when I was drying he talked about Me to the next coustomer he was getting started on like I was not sitting two feet away listening to him saying she complained I did wrong on her nails i it was not wrong but he was first of all I’mPaying my money if you can’t do French tips correctly let the next tech do it and your not supposed to talk bad about your paying customers I paid over 80 dollars for me and my daughters nails to be done and be treated like that i want to see if there a corporation number to call because this tech don’t need to be working there if you don’t want to do customer service

I got my nails done here couple days later 5 of them were broke off I barely tapped one on the counter when it popped of as well. When I had brought this to their attention they went about the situation very unprofessionally by getting rude with me in front of a shop full of people then was offered a discount but was told if I took the discount I wouldnt be aloud back. I had been going to this shop since they opened and have brought them many customers but because they messed up I was treated poorly and like I wasnt a regular customer. I would never recommend them to anyone again.
