My first time coming here was 9/25/21 and I LOVE IT! Chi was my nail tech and she did amazing! I will be back!

S&D nails is my favorite nail place to go too ! Every one I have met are super sweet and professional ! Chi is the lady who does my nails and she’s always so kind ! She even works around my schedule because some days I’ll just call her to see if she can get me in. I don’t always call ahead and she always works around it and is able to get me in ! They are truly the best !

Second time I have been here and I absolutely loved my time here getting my pedi. Not sure what the ladys name was but she was amazing.

I went and got my nails done here yesterday. I am very unhappy with how they turned out. I asked for a full set with a simple design. I wanted coffin shape as well. My nails didnt turn out how I wanted them too, they are crooked, bulky and misshapen, the design is not how I wanted and is crooked as well. The tech I had seemed as if he didnt care how my nail quality turned out and at the end of the day he asked for a tip and i end up spending 80 dollars for bad nails.

All I got was a manicure and polish on my real nails a solid color and glitter. It cost me $40 plus tax. I could have went somewhere else and got my nails dipped for around the same price. I like my nails but too expensive for me. *Response to comment below to manager I did not get any polish removed.

My friend and I went here, me for gel French tip nails and her for acrylic French tip nails. Both of our nails do not look good at all. I’m going somewhere else to get mine redone they’re so bad. When they were working on my friends nails they cut her a bit and made her bleed and to try to fix it they put glue in her cut. And to top it off they charged pretty high prices and tried to add an extra charge on my friends bill for something she didn’t even get done. After telling some of our other friends about our experience and warning them not to go here a lot of people told us they’d had similar experiences here. I don’t normally give bad reviews but if I could give 0 stars I would.

Always friendly, the place is always clean. The nail technician Tram is excellent and she ensures her customer is satisfied. I walked away as a VERY satisfied customer.

This was my first time here and I have to say I love it. I had Annie and she was phenomenal. Great conversationalist, amazing nail work and just super friendly. The atmosphere was inviting and their chairs.are comfy. Already cant wait to go back!

I wanted to take my time to write this review since I had a horrible experience here. I wanted to get my nails done for v-day and after looking at other reviews I went to this place. I made an appointment 2 days before and called the day before to confirm. When I showed up, this lady said hurry up, I dont have time. I have other customers. I wasnt getting any fancy nails (acrylic with 2 colors, almond shape). They charged me $85 for Acrylic and pedicure. they did not event cleans my nails or clipped them right. color was missing from the corners or smudged so they just put more nail-polish making it look very thick and unnatural. They were using nail-polish that were almost empty so she added some sort of liquid and then applied it. I was doing 2 different colors and this lady managed to get one color on the other. I was so upset with this whole this. 3 women worked on my nails to make them almond shape but it wasnt. I asked the first woman couple times to fix my nails showing exactly what was wrong and then she started getting upset and started screaming in her language (of course she was cussing me out). All together 5 women worked on my nails (fingers and toes) but they were not pretty. This one lady was making weird comments you are gonna look like hot momma with those nails. I am 21, I do not need to look like hot momma. My nails were so thick. they were not professional and hurt my fingers and nails by twisting and turning and also not communicating.

Wonderful Staff! All in all S&D Nails has great prices, atmosphere, decor and cleanliness. Just recently remodeled and new equipment installed, such as new chairs, tables, pedicure chairs and more. So welcoming to all customers new and current. There Services are many, I have experienced their waxing, pedicure, manicure, and nail services. Thank you S&D Nails for always making me feel pampered and special.

I’ve been to my fair share of nail places and have been cut and rough housed. Annie was so gentle, determined, and kind. She did the best nails I have ever had and love them beyond belief! I got nails I would typically get that would cost me $65 to be man handled. My nails only cost me $45 and they are the best I’ve had!

I love this place!! Ive been going here for years (prior and current owners), its a very comfortable salon, the staff/owners make each patron feel very comfortable, welcome and at home! The prices are very good as well! Chi is phenomenal... she is always meticulous and does exactly what I ask her to do and will even offer suggestions on nail art when I ask. I highly recommend them!

The shaping of my nails and my toe color was fine and what I wanted but when it came to the ombré of the nails it didn’t look anything like the picture i showed and it was a completely different color from my toes

I get my nails done and 2 of my nails break after 12 days. Not even the 2 full weeks (14 days) needed for a full in. Went back to them to get my nails fixed and a fill in Sunday and it’s Friday of this same week and one of my nails has broken. Prices are too high for the work I have been getting. Will not return.

I come from Sidney just to go to S&D Nails! Chi does a wonderful job on my nails. She has worked miracles for me on numerous occasions. She knows almost all the clients and greets them by name as they enter. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful! Ive been going here for years for the nail services and decided to try out their waxing services today. Im so so pleased! It was an amazing experience! She was so fantastic and it was the most painless wax Ive ever received. She was so thorough as well and very efficient. You can tell she really cares about her customers and wants to give them the best experience possible. She has investigated products in order to give you the best experience possible and she has succeeded!! She was able to get basically every hair in one pass for each area and made sure that every hair was gone. Im so impressed!

They staff was very friendly. I paid for the gel nail polish in my pedicure. Normally the polish on my nails can withstand just about anything, but for some reason one nail on each foot lost its polish completely. No big deal usually I would chalk it up to normal wear. This happened within the first 2 days though and I hadnt done anything unusual.

This place is great, just go when there is less people or more workers. There so good at what they do just a little under staffed some days

So, stopped in to get my nails balanced/fill. Im from out of town and my regular nail tech couldnt get me in before I left home. I specifically asked for the gel builder not acrylic. I told her what I had on currently. She proceeded to remove my polish and the builder. I was thinking she was going to use the gel dipping powder since she went and got it. Long story short, she stripped EVERYTHING off my nails and polished me. She said sorry I didnt understand you. I said this isnt what I asked for. She said Here gel nails is gel polish over your real nails. I said well you should have said that! You shouldnt using the words gel nails if all you do us acrylic nails. I think shes lying! DONT GO HERE!

Chi does a FANTASTIC job on my nails! I’ve played around with acrylics, gels, and currently the dip powder and I am LOVING the dip! Plus she’s just a delight to spend time with every 2 weeks when it’s time to get my nails done. :)

Got a polish change and asked them to fix my nail and they only shortened my nail and didnt make the others the same length. I felt rushed even though I got there an hour before close on a Saturday. I just wanted my nails fixed and they were cold and impersonal to me. NEVER AGAIN and it was my first time there. Better nail places where I live but was in the area.

My nails aren’t bad. They actually did a good job on my manicure but I wanted to mention it is VERY RUDE that workers will stand right next to you and talk to other workers speaking in another language. That made me feel uncomfortable and that’s not professional at all. If you need to talk right infront of customers, speak ENGLISH! Made me think they were talking about me. I won’t return for that reason.

I didnt go to my normal salon because they were hit by the tornado. So I thought I would try S&D Nails, terrible decision. I had my normally dip polish which lasts on average 3 weeks or more. After just a week three nails were cracked. I went back to the salon to have them fixed and they told me they would fix them but the next time I would have to pay. The thing is if they would take their time instead of rushing the process I wouldnt have had to take my time to come back in the first place. I had this done yesterday, and this morning two of the nails are already split. Take time to do the process right and customer will come back. I will not return to this salon ever again..

My nails didnt even last 5 days. Domt get me wrong they were way cute but started chipping..I have never had dip nails chip before. I got them done Monday by Friday four of my nails looked trashed. And I have a desk job so its not like I stressed them out. Oh and it was $20 more than the other places Ive been to. But facility is clean and nice.

Happy they have the Dip nails. The salon I go to back home only does the dip and I like it much better than acrylic. Lasts just as long if not longer than acrylic and doesnt ruin your nails underneath when if you decide to remove them like the acrylic does.

I am very upset!!! They just charged me $70.46 for 2 basic manicures. My friend and I did not not want anything special. They did tell me it was $33 for the gel polish that I has originally picked (they only give you a color guide nothing states what type of polish it is) so I changed the color thinking it was regular polish, they do not stating which ones are gel . I asked for regular nail polish but they did not give my friend or I any other choices. It shows $15.00 for a regular manicure or $20 for a deluxe. When I ask for a regular manicure that is what I expected to pay for. They are not telling you that you dont get a choice. They only charge for the gel!!! DO NOT GO!!!!! I will not ever go there again for the fact they lie to you and over charge you!!!!

Hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. Overpriced, unsanitary and horrible quality. Her tools were covered in gunk and obviously unsanitized. Tips were put on crooked and not fit to the nail so the size was off. When she used the electric and regular file I repeatedly had to pull my hands away because she filed the skin, especially with the electric file. She cut up the pad of my finger and my cuticles and didnt wash it before dabbing super glue on it while it still bled through. Asked for a French tip dip powder. Edges were jagged and it extended onto the skin. The line for the tip was blurry and crooked. She super glued my nail tip to the end of my finger so I had to pull it off afterwards and refile it. The final price was changed from $30 to $55 plus tax and tip without my knowledge. I was repeatedly informed at the register that they prefer cash even after informing them I would pay with card. They charged a five dollar fee for using card and do not inform customers of this until they pay. I will NEVER return to this place. My hands are still cut up and bleeding. Please do not go here. Should have a zero star rating.

Only basic services are provided, the technician proceeded to argue with me about how I get my nails done at home after another tech tried to convince me to do something I didnt ask for. The quality of work and services we less than desirable as well, the tech was extremely rough and was bending my fingers ( they popped several times) when its all said and done. My nails look like I did them at home, not a professional salon.

My rating was five stars until I went in there today and Im not going to judge the entire place based on one person but I was unhappy with my experience today there was one lady who was willing to fix my nails in the end which made everything better so I will probably go back Im just going to find someone specific that I will request or I will find a new place to go to.

I specifically went at a time I knew they would not be busy or rushed. (A weekday morning soon after they opened). I got a great pedicure. Then it seemed like the nail tech started rushing during my manicure. (Even though there was no one waiting, and several nail techs sitting around doing nothing). She made 4 of my nails bleed while cutting my cuticles. I dont get my nails done often, so I wasnt really sure if that was common or not, so I just ignored it. (And so did she). Of course, once I got home I googled it, learned they technically arent supposed to cut cuticles at all and that I was at risk for some pretty bad infections if they didnt sterilize their equipment properly. So that was scary. Not to mention my fingers hurt for a few days. (At this point I am pretty sure I did not get an infection). I got a gel french manicure. After she did the tips, she only put one layer of clear coat over it. Which I thought was a little odd, but again, dont get my nails done often so I didnt say anything. Well, its less than 4 days later and my gel manicure is already chipping. Which is a huge disappointment because I got my nails done specifically for the big plans I had for the weekend. I was under the impression a gel manicure would last more than 4 days? I got one a year ago that lasted about 3 weeks. Overall, it was just a painful, disappointing experience and a waste of money. My tech was nice, and she did a good job on my feet, so thats what the 2 stars are for. I wont be coming back, though.

I went in for a spa pedicure which I regularly get at another salon but due to timing decided to try something different. They offer several different brands of nail polish but be careful some of the bottles looked very old. During my pedicure my technician was trimming my toe nails and took off my entire nail, with no apology like he didnt do it. He scrubbed my feet with the grater and a pumice stone but now that Im home, Ive just realized my feet are still rough. He was rushing since they were busy and my pedicure looks like I did it at home.I also question the cleanliness and sanitary of this salon, none of their utensils were in packaging and it looked like they were recycling flip flops and toe separators. The pumice stone he used on my feet was one of the kind you get from Sallys Hair Supply (Purple Mr. Pumice). I didnt think to ask to see his license but I will never go back here and highly recommend that you find another salon if interested in nail services this place is a joke.

Was a little hesitant based on the reviews, but I had a Great experience. They got me right in, everyone was very friendly. The young man who did my deluxe pedicure was very thorough. Even though I heard his cell phone go off he didnt stop to check it. Everything felt great. The massage chair was fantastic. The products they used were great, smelled great too! The color was beautiful. Hot stones were sooo nice! Well worth it all. Im from NY and have had all sorts of experiences with salons, this one is in the top faves.!

So I first called last minute to get a full set in which I got Dip powder for only 5 dollars more an hour from close, most salons would have turned me away on a saturday. The atmosphere was so friendly and everyone had postive vibes. The teamwork within that salon was amazing . When someone was free they were grabbing polishes for one another and remained with smiles. The owner Larry started my nails and shaped them perfectly . Then Tram A nice young lady who took more pride in her work than any nail Tech to do my nails dipped my nails and created pure beauty making sure everything was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend this nail salon to anyone. I am one of the most picky people you meet when it comes to my nails and they didnt disappoint me what so ever.

I get a gel manicure about every two weeks here. The female techs do a GREAT job and always make my nails look amazing. I have the worst issue with bad nail beds and dry skin and my nails always leave looking healthy and fab. They listen and are worth the wait if there is one.

I first got my nails done at L.A nails on airway and I was very disappointed I got gel nails and the polish chipped within a week. So I searched and found this place. I got Henry he is so great!!!! I request him every time and my nails have lasted for over a month nail polish is always perfect! I will always go back to S&D nails. And always request Henry !! 😊😊😊💅

Being new to the area and seeing the positive reviews, I chose to go to S&D for my acrylic fill. When I walked in, I asked how much they charged and the man at the front said, $17. The woman doing my nails tried trimming my nails down with clippers 3 separate times. After pulling my hand away, I told her to just file them down. She finally did as I requested. By the time she finished, it was the crappiest fill Ive ever seen. She then printed my receipt so that I could pay before she painted my nails. The bill was $22. I said, Excuse me, Maam, but I was told at the front that your fills were $17. She told me that my nails were extra work because she trimmed them down. I reminded her that she didnt trim anything down and that filing my nails down is part of the normal maintenance involved when getting a fill. She refused to change anything, so I asked to speak with the manager. She pointed to the same man at the front of the store who told me fills were $17 when I walked in. I politely asked him about the difference in pricing and he said, Its not listed on the fill price, but you got a trim. Thats extra work. I may have gotten a little salty with him after that. To top it off, I asked my technician (Table 9) if she could present her nail license or certification. She said she didnt have one! Please beware of this poor excuse for a nail salon!

I went in to get a gel manicure and the lady wanted to drill the gel polish off instead of letting in soak off. After I requested for her to not use the drill she continued to anyway to the point where my baby finger nail broke off. So after looking at me with a blank face she then scraped my ring finger until she dug a hole into my nail at that point I told her to stop. They still insisted that I pay $10 for taking off the polish even though they stated it was 5 at first. I also asked to speak to the manager who just looked at me like what you want me to do. I would never go there again and will inform any who think they may want to go there to find some where else.

Went here to get eyelash extentions and let me just say. DO NOT GET LASHES DONE HERE. 1st of all the hairs were really cheap feeling, second the girl put so much glue on my eyes it was unreal. They were very hard and they poked me really bad. I will never get them done here again. I did go back up there and told her I wanted them off and chi gave me some kind of remover to get them off and they did finally come off. So please if you want to keep your natural eyelashes DONT get extentions from here!

I went on 12/23/17 and the young man that did me pedicure cut the bottom of my foot and didn’t tell me. My foot was hutting that evening and my daughter looked at it and it was cut.He also messed up the polish on my toes and the owner had to redo it. They did not offer any kind of discount or anything. I was there for two hour. I was really up set and now I have to go back to show them that my foot is cut...bummer! Won’t be back there anymore 😬

I so wanted to have a 5 star experience to rave about. S&N was so accommodating to my schedule, but the services truly lacked. My mother and my costly pedicure only lasted 15mins, which was mostly a luke-warm-soak. The two people working on us spoke another language the whole time not considering our comfort. All of this aside the end product didnt even last until morning. All of the nail polished had chipped away within 48hours. I was disappointed.

I took my cousin there because I had been previously and it was nice and I was pampered, the pricing was average and everyone was nice. She wasnt told pricing and was charged 37$ for something she went in expecting to pay 28$ for. We do not usually complain but we had spoken before and I knew she would never have agreed to pay that much if she had known. I called to complain and they wouldnt give cash back, asked if shed take a 10$ gift card and she said no, shed never be back. They asked if I would take the gift card and give her the cash... really? I went back in to get the card and her technician(male, idk his name) asked where she was and said she was just giving him a hard time and wanted to speak with her, he wasnt satisfied when I said no she was in the car. HE CAME OUT TO MY VEHICLE. Extremely unprofessional and very very creepy. I will never ever ever go back. I do not recommend and I do not dislike anyone enough to give them this gift card.

I just into this salon to “SEE” if I wanted to get my nails done... didn’t really have the money to spend but it’s my birthday so I said why not. I tell them I want to look at the colors before I sign and that instantly made them mad. They keep asking me to add on a pedi when I just wanted a mani before I even got them done. I was looking at the colors for not EVEN a minute before the guy comes back over AGAIN and just stands there and said “let’s go” I said hang on give me a minute and he got very impatient & still stood and watched me. You could tell they were all talking about me because they would all turn around and look at me at the same time. Made me feel so uncomfortable to where I just left. Will not be returning again.

Ive been here a few other times. Always had a younger female who did my nails and loved them. Today a gentleman did my nails. They are incredibly uneven. The polish is streaky in many spots. Was told bc of the style, I had to keep them long. This cant be true bc I have had my nails done this way several times and didnt have to have them this long. Then I wanted a natural ombre and was told no, it wasnt possible. Yet as my nails were drying the gentleman began another womans nails and she got a natural ombre. I do enjoy the other workers here, will just steer clear of the gentleman technician.

Low costs on nail services, friendly service and nice atmosphere. They have a decent select of colors, but they dont have as many choices as other places.
