Booked my first appointment at Lounge Nail Spa a week or so in advance. Never got the text with the code to enter, and their system seemed down. No bother, technical issues happen.The tech was skilled, she did a great job on my nails and toes.Two days later I had a massive staph infection break out on my ankles, feet, and legs. It was very uncomfortable. The infection had to be treated with antibiotics and was a very unpleasant experience.I reached out to Lounge Nails so they could fix the problem (Im guessing they arent cleaning the filters in the spa chairs? The bowl was newly lined. Otherwise maybe the lotion has the bacteria?) No one replied to my message.The polish on my nails did last almost a week.Please note they only have latex gloves, you should bring your own if you have any latex allergies or sensitivity.

Shouldve left when I saw it but I didnt. They use the same container for dip nails for everyone. Very unsanitary. Appointment was set for six, saw my friend in about ten minutes. I waited 30. Technician was also very rough. Nails looked good, but I wont be risking it again.

3 stars because its a great atmosphere, beautifully decorated, and rarely long wait times. The owner is super nice and great at her job. The pedicure chairs are very relaxing, and I love the scrubs. Minus 2 stars because every time I get my nails done, something goes wrong. The first time, the color I asked for wasnt available, so she gave me a color she said was an exact match. I wanted purple, I got black. They were still cute, but not what I wanted (btw theyre almost always out of the color you want or apparently the swatch isnt true to what it looks like) this time, I selected a color, she told me it didnt look like how the swatch looks, so she picked out a similar base color and a glitter. I told her I didnt like that glitter, it was too chunky, I wanted a fine glitter. She assured me once it was done, it wouldnt be chunky. Plot twist, she lied. I also asked for round nails, and instead got crooked almond. I asked her to fix them during, and she said theyd look more round after. They dont. 2 days after, the clear coat started peeling, so I went back and asked them to fix it. She filed straight through the polish in certain spots, so now I have random white spots in dark sparkly nails. Some girls here are great. Others.... Not so much. Pictures are a week after.

My friend and I checked in to have our nails done. The wait list showed a zero minute wait time for over an hour. We waited for some time and then decided we didnt have all day to wait so we left. If you have all day to wait this is the place for you.

I love The Lounge Nail Salon! They are a clean, friendly and organized salon. My technician, Hang, was and is always amazing! I have been so many places that have destroyed my nails and left and end product that was less than desirable. But not at The Lounge! I will return again and again and tell my friends.

Was a walk-in so I expected quite a wait as it was not my first walk-in to the salon. I was texted there was limited availability for acrylic and they “may” not be able to see me, which is understandable. However, when I responded to the message, asking if they thought there would not be availability for the next three hours, I received no response and was removed from the queue without being informed. Disappointed with how it was handled, I usually receive quality nails here. Venetian at the Greene did a quality job for $10 less than it costs here.

I loved my first experience at this spa. I just had the full acrylics but they were so kind and gentle I think I will come back for a mani/pedi as well.

Gel polish was good. They didn’t exfoliate my feet good enough and the massage was shortest I’ve ever had.

I always schedule my appointment and there is never a delay in service! Leo is very prompt and does phenomenal work! He is very detail oriented, which i appreciate. i am new to getting dip polish and i was questioning everything and being pretty critical. Leo was happy to explain the whole process to me, without frustration and i am glad to have him as my nail tech! I love the atmosphere and seeing so many customers, although it can at time be kind of packed. That truly shows the quality of the work provided by everyone there!

I was 6 minutes late to my appt and signed in outside using QR code. Then I noticed sign on door that said to enter if you had appt. I went in and said my name. I was immediately told that I was late and a lecture about how this affects their day. I apologized and said I had been at a medical appt and drove in from Spfld and even offered to wait in my car for a later spot. I was told it didn’t matter why I was late. I apologized again. Second person told me I was to have been there 15 minutes early for my spot per their text. And told me this is why they make appts to be on time. By now it’s 9:38 and I’m still being talked down to by two employees. This was done with their pedicure chairs empty! And in front of two customers. First I never received a text saying I had to be there 15 minutes early and other than begging for forgiveness I couldn’t have apologized any more than I did! I left and called owner who said they had a bad weekend with customers being late all day causing them to get off late from work, none of which I would be responsible for. It’s ok. My daughter who was meeting me there to be a walk-in and myself found a wonderful establishment at The Greene. Very upsetting to be treated that way when I offered to wait for a later spot, was polite and apologized more than once!

Went here to get my acrylic nails off and paid about 15 bucks. The whole process was about an hour and the nail tech was nice. They did the soak off method which is better for your nails but hard on your skin. My finger were peeling cause of the acetone but it was painless. I would recommend this place because my nails did look nice but my hands were white and dried out feeling. If you plan to go use Vaseline around your fingers and cuticles or ask for them to do the foil method instead of just dipping your whole hand in acetone .

For my first visit to nail salon through COVID-19 Lounge Nail and Spa did an outstanding work. Ensuring the safety of customers with a parking lot waitlist and text updates, they did not fail to please. The three who attended my guests and I did thorough mani and pedi. Honestly feel like this attention and quality lacks in many places. I will be a regular customer from now on.

This has always been my go to place to get nails and for the most part Ive never had an issue with the quality of the manicure or pedicure. The only issue I have had on a few occasions is an extended wait time. Most recently, my friend and I booked appointments for a gel polish change at 3 pm. We arrived 20 minutes early and signed in to the online waitlist like instructed in the reminder text. We waited until 4 until I called and asked how much longer the expected wait time would be. We were told to come on in and pick a color. The place was packed and after waiting for another 10 minutes we decided to cancel our appointments and try another day due to my friend having to go to work at 5. Super disappointed. I would have figured a 3 pm appointment would have been safe to book for a simple gel change (normally takes around 20 minutes to complete), but this place was very busy. I didnt expect the wait time for an appointment to be that long. I understand that it was a Friday but we still felt that over an hour was too long to wait. Overall they do good work and the place is clean, but I am not sure I will return here again.

I think the quality of the manicure significantly depends on who the nail technician is. Ive had mostly positive experiances and great nail results, but Ive had 1 or 2 not so great nails, nothing terrible but not as good as other times Ive been. The all white nails was my most recent not great experiance. Not evenly painted or full coverage, some of the nails are fully opaque and others are not. The nails with the accent nail is one of my best experiances, shaped correctly, full and even coverage, and completely opaque. The prices are reasonable so I will continue to go back.

I LOVE this nail spa! All of the employees are always so nice and friendly! The prices are awesome too! I was never that big into getting my nails done but they have made it so enjoyable i go at least once a month. No complaints here, I definitely recommend it!

I have never in my life been more upset over my nails. They look absolutely terrible. I had a glitter sparkle in my nail and asked for it to be removed and I was told no. I also asked for my nails to be long and round almond. They are short and pointy.

Update: My toe is now infected and I am on antibiotics to treat.I was in last Friday. I got a full set of acrylics and the tech used the drill with the pointy piece attached and when cleaning out and shaping under the nails, she kept digging at one spot and caused my finger to start bleeding. Its still sore a week later. I also got a pedicure and she was digging around the nail on the big toe and was removing extra skin around and under my nail very aggressively, which also caused me to bleed. A week later and the skin is healing on my toe and its swollen, red and warm to the touch. Very painful.

Tee did my nails today and he did a wonderful job! I had to be the difficult customer that wasn’t sure what I wanted but showed him an ombré rainbow nail picture and he did a wonderful job. Great customer service, nice staff!! I will be back. Thank you guys! You

The place is clean and the staff friendly. However after I paid and tipped for my service I was told that they forgot to charge me for soaking off my gel polish so I was then charged another $6.50. Dont think I will return.

This place is BUSY! It was my first time here and the high reviews brought me. I joined their virtual waitlist since I didnt have an appointment and was efficiently texted in just over an hour when there was availability for me to be serviced. Let me just say, I would come here for the spa massage chair alone- the intensity on high moved me in the seat (I cant stand a weak massage chair). I got a manicure, acrylic fill w/gel, and a Lounge Deluxe Pedicure which includes parrafin wax- prices are reasonable. My coffin nail shape was maintained; the manicure massage was too short, but the pedicure massage was PERFECT! I almost went to sleep. Acrylic dividers separate you from the technician and staff/clients wear masks. I will definitely return.

I have been a client of Tracy’s for 6 + years now, I didn’t hesitate for a second when I decided to follow her to lounge in bcreek. She’s absolutely amazing with her talent, and this salon absolutely represents that. Extremely friendly staff, high end products and equipment, beautifully decorated, over 1000 gel and powder dip color options. 100% the NICEST nail salon I’ve EVER been inside. The service was wonderful, I walked in and was sitting in a spa chair within 5 minutes of my arrival. I got a full set acrylics and a pedicure. I requested minimal electric file and that request was met happily. I definitely will be coming back to this spa. I’ve been to several others eg. luxury, signature, nail expo. None of them compare to lounge. I’m pretty sure Chan did my nails, but my technician didn’t give me her name. Her station was number 9. The staff was so nice and friendly.

Normally Hang does my nails and I absolutely love it when she does them; however, last week she wasnt available so I got with a random nail tech: Lynn. My nails turned out incredibly thin and Ive already broken two nails. I usually love it here but Im really disappointed.

After being at home for so long it was nice to get out and get our nails done. However a friend and I both had crooked nails, so thck we couldnt clean under them at all. Both ladies that we had let the powder drip behind our nails. They did not do a good job of creating a healthy look. Costed over 200 dollars and we ended up removing the nails. I wouldnt recommend.

Its something I could get used to. The staff is very friendly and very kind. Just let them know if you are new to this, like I did and they will take good care of you. Prices are good. I moved to this area around 2 months ago and I’ve been saving some money away for a time to get my nails done. I’m very glad I chose to spend it here! Customer service was great and the salon felt extremely professional. My nail tech was great, I can’t remember her name, but I was at station 16. I told her want I wanted and she did my Halloween acrylics great! She told me to tell her if it hurt, and kept reminding me to say if anything was wrong. She complimented my choices a lot and was very nice. One nail had a little bump on the tip, but a bit of shaping at home did the trick. 70$ wasn’t too terrible for what I got. Well worth it. I’ll be back sometime I’m sure.

My experience here was absolutely amazing. Only thing is, I got my nails done on Tuesday and left for vacation on Wednesday and I’ve had 3 nails chip just on the car ride home. I paid a lot of money for them not to last. Other than that this place is great!

For my daughter Graces 13th birthday she wanted acrylic nails, so I took her to Lounge Nail Spa based on the good reviews. Leo did her nails and they looked very pretty, however she did say they felt loose, but since she had never had them before she wasnt sure if that was normal. On day 3, 1 of her nails just popped off, and they continued to pop right off there after. After about a week and a half she had lost every single nail. When I had called to let them know, I was told that a manager would call me back, and they took down my number. That never happened, so I guess we will simply take our business elsewhere.

Ive been a customer at this salon since they opened and have nothing but praise for the owner and the technicians. It also happens to be a really beautiful store. I thought I would never find a salon that was consistently wonderful and I went to several. Every experience has been positive. Top praise to Lee and Suzy in particular. Highly recommend this salon!

Fabulous pedi experience here! A warning of potential delay as a walk-in proved a non-issue; I was seated very quickly. This was probably the most attentive and relaxing pedicure Ive ever had. Plenty of regulars came in while I was there, and they were all greeted warmly by name. The salon is clean, inviting, and relaxing. Prices are very reasonable and the experience is well-worth it. I will definitely be returning!

It’s not necessary to come on here and try to look like the good guy. There were quite a few people I witnessed myself walk out of the shop because the wait time you gave us was nowhere near the actual wait time. I walked in at exactly 12:30pm and I specifically asked how long it would take, I was told 20 minutes. I patiently waited literally 1.5 hours without any update on when my turn would be. You can go watch your security cameras if you want to accuse me of exaggerating. Now I understand walk-ins are not priority. I have been to numerous nail shops across the country as I’m active duty military. However, if you would tell people the ACTUAL wait times then we wouldn’t be so frustrated. I would’ve had zero issue running errands while I waited my turn but I was not updated on when my turn would be. I’m sure you guys do great service, however I wasn’t the only one frustrated today and you know that.EDIT: As a business owner it’s not very professional to play the “he said, she said” game with customers. Just take the small criticism, apologize, and move on like any other business would. To be honest its making you look bad that you keep going back and forth with me over a public forum. I’ve never seen a business do that before so that’s new to me. Anyways, I would have more respect for you, and may have even deleted the rating or changed it to 3 stars if you just would’ve sincerely apologized for the long wait without being so defensive. Instead, you refuse to take true responsibility of the situation and keep giving a mediocre apology even though you clearly aren’t sorry because you keep going back and forth. The facts are I was told it would take 20 minutes. And I know for a fact I didn’t ask you personally about the wait time, because I know your face. I asked one of your nail technicians because I didn’t see you when I walked in. Perhaps thats a communication failure and they didn’t know the wait time, but that’s a responsibility that still lies on the shop as a whole. If they have no idea, they should find out. If I was originally told 40 minutes then I wouldn’t even be upset because I would’ve only had to wait an extra 30-40 min. And the fact that I was supposedly “called 6 minutes after I walked out” is literally irrelevant. It doesn’t matter if I was called 1 minute after I walked out; your customer was already gone and it was already too late. You should keep walk-in customers updated on the wait times and that’s that. You know exactly how long your services take. If you didn’t know how long your services take, you wouldn’t have the ability to even schedule appointments, because you wouldn’t know when a previous appointment would be done. Don’t play me for a fool. I’ve NEVER had this bad of an issue with wait times. Good shops know when they are able to take their next customer give or take 5-10 minutes. Again, my issue doesn’t really have to do with the actual wait time, it’s more about how the wait times were handled. Just let people know it may take way longer than estimated. Every other shop I go to keeps their waiting customers updated on when the next tech will be done, they offer water bottles, etc. I was just sat in the corner like I didn’t exist. My point still stands and will always stand. As a customer, I have the right to complain. sometimes customers are wrong, however I believe I am bringing up a fair complaint. I am ready to move on from the situation as it’s obvious you don’t believe you truly did anything wrong. Hopefully one day you will be able to see some things from a customers perspective and not just your own. I wish you the best of luck with your business.

I have been going to Lounge Nail Spa for a long time. They have exceptional customer service. It is always so CLEAN every time I go. All staff including the owners are extremely friendly. This is the only nail spa you should be going to!

I have been here a couple times and overall I like it. They run the place very efficiently, have good massage chairs, offer a variety of services etc. I thought I had found my new go-to nail salon. However, I have found that they are not very helpful when it comes to helping select colors and dont really seem to like trying to recreate online images of specific nail colors / designs. It could just be the technicians I had though. I will probably go back but also try out other salons to see if I can find one more accommodating to specific requests.

I enjoy the friendliness here. It is never a rush job.

Clean, new looking, well ventilated, friendly, priced right, good job, not hurried. I wish this place was up north. Go here. For sure.

I visited as a walk in at 6:45pm. A bridal party was checking in at the same time, at least some of them. I was asked to sign in and pick out a color. Even though some of the bridal party members were not on time, as much as half an hour behind the rest of the group, I sat and waited for 1 hour being told that they were finishing up. Another customer was also waiting. I believe she had an appointment. Eventually an employee came up and asked her if she could come back another time. At this point we both left. I understand that appointments will be serviced first but if you cant take additional customers, then say so instead of having them wait and then be asked to come back another time. I think you lost two customers last night. Today, I was able to walk in on a Friday night at the newer salon across the street, where they gave me the best experience.

My nails look so bad. I spent $72 on them and they look awful. I could have done them better myself. Unfortunately I’m not the type of person to speak up on this kind of stuff while it’s happening because I feel like it will embarrass the person doing it but If you aren’t good at doing something then don’t do it.
