This place was relaxing. I got a pampered pedicure and a gel manicure. The lady I had did good with both. I do feel like a couple of my piggies skin got clipped too much but it wasnt a huge problem.I had a butterfly design in mind... at first she was going to just use stickers but the more she looked at the picture, the more she wanted to try it.Butterflies werent perfect but for a first time try i appreciated her effort.This is almost 2 weeks after I got them done and theyre holding up pretty nicely.

The lady that did my nails did an amazing job. She was very quiet but very focused and I have to say, she made the perfect shape and length. Everyone has said they are their favorite that I’ve ever gotten done. I will 100% be coming back.

I always love when I get the chance to visit Be Pampered. They never disappoint and I’m always leaving super happy with my sets. My nail tech this time was Lily and she did great. Thanks to her my nails now look amazing. I definitely recommend heading to Be Pampered the next time you’re thinking of treating yourselves or someone else. I have been going to another salon for years and decided it has been too difficult to get in lately, so I went to Be Pampered Nail Salon. I was apprehensive, but I was greeted nicely and was taken to Lily. She did a fantastic job on my nails. I am very happy with the results and will be back.

I am not one to write reviews but I was very dissatisfied with my recent visit. I went in and got a full set of acrylic with gel polish. I was surprised at the cost of $70 (including tip) but also unhappy w the result. I honestly didn’t realize how much I disliked my nails until I got home. Long story short, I went back the next day and explained how thick my nails were and also pointed out the gap between my acrylic nail and cuticle. Also, I had a couple nails that didn’t cover my natural nail all the way.After explaining to a couple people what I didn’t like about the nails and wondered if they could be fixed, a woman talked to me and said that’s how they’re supposed to look and thought they looked great. (Side note: the owner wasn’t there. Side note 2: two different people looking at my nails noticed the imperfections and voiced them out loud) in total I had about 5 people looking at my nails but there was one main woman.Although she said this was how they are supposed to look and complimented them, I still politely made it clear I have never had them look this way before and wasn’t happy with them. She continued to explain how that’s how they’re supposed to be and there basically wasn’t anything they could do to “fix” them. I knew if I requested changes I would 100% be spending more, which after 70$ I didn’t really want to do. You can tell by my before and after, I decided to come home and file my nails to my liking and what I thought looked good. I know everyone has a preference but to be dismissed of being unhappy with a subpar product was very frustrating. I’ve liked this place in the past but the concern of customer satisfaction was non existent, unfortunately. Upset I spent that kind of money to produce a better outcome, by myself.

Best prices I’ve found to date in the area. Got a full with gel and two colors for $36. Very quick and still did a quick job. Also they accommodated me by taking me at 25 minutes til close. Hi was my technician. Very impressed. I will be back.

I got my manicure(dip) done at this salon on Friday the 28th of May and 6 days later my whole dip was coming off....first there were cracks that developed within 3 days, then top coat started chipping, and lastly the whole dip came of on 6th day. I paid so much money getting pedicure $60 and manicure $43. Just wasted my $43. Never going there again.

Although Be Pampered was very clean, I can’t say much about their shaping abilities. I mean, who lets a client leave with their tips being wider than their cuticles? They were also very lumpy and thick around the edges of the tips. They weren’t cute and I spent an hour after reshaping them myself.

Traveling on business, we decided to give this place a try. We loved the name, and recently remodeled atmosphere. Thats it! The Greatness ends there. Very disappointed with the service. The shaping, filing and polishing was a fiasco, that could have turned out much better and if it were done by a first day beauty college student. Very Unhappy! $200 wasted for what should have been a lovely girls day at the nail salon.

I went here to get my acrylic removed but the wait and price was not right for me. The wait was over 30 minutes but I called and was told the wait was 15-20 minutes . I did not receive any services from this place so take it how you want but the prices are overpriced .

Nails look ok. They need to work on customer service and not be so rude. I will stick with Lounge Nail Spa, they are always friendly. Was going to the grocery and decided to stop in since Id never been there and it looks nice and clean. I wont be back.

I was told to sit at a table after telling them I needed a fill. The man walked away and left me sitting for over ten minutes with no instruction or color samples to choose from. After 11 min. I left and went across the street where I was treated very nicely.

I’m away from home and went here to get my acrylics filled. My mistake was not to ask the price first - what costs me $25 at home was $48 here. That’s double the price! I would NOT recommend. Had I known that going in I would never have had these people do my nails. I won’t be back. Can not recommend unless you’ve got money to burn!

This was just not a good experience. It was my first manicure and I could not be more disappointed. I provided pictures and was never explicitly told that what I wanted could not be done. When I was offered an alternative my technician failed to anticipate that she was using acrylic decorations on my gel nails. I ended up leaving with something that was NOTHING like what I had asked for, and only one day later the polish is chipping and the decals are already falling off! I have to get them completely redone now. On another note as well, it is super unprofessional to bring your children to work and have them running around clients being disruptive and rude; I understand that sometimes things happen but the worker who brought her children in could not have cared less that they were running around and screaming in a spa... what was supposed to be relaxing ended up being very frustrating and unprofessional. Would not recommend, especially in Beavercreek.

Second time going and I have never had my nails stay as good as these have (dip).

The first couple times I went me and my daughter had no complaints. Then it got worse. Now when we went back after they opened back up it was the worst they ever did. Nail shape is horrible. The polish is chipping off bad. Not the color I picked out. Length is different on every nail. And what made it even better was the price doubled.

WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE EVER. I went in there to get a fill and gel polish. The results were GREAT and I loved my nail.. I even thought that this would be my new nail place. Within 1 day my gel polish started chipping off. On the second day 2 of my nails broke off. I’ve been to multiple nail salons in Dayton and this has NEVER happened to me. I’m very disappointed because I was so pleased with the results. I definitely won’t be returning.

Im so disappointed since this nail salon reopened. Ive been going here every few weeks for years and always recommended this place! Today is the 3rd time my nails have turned out lumpy, uneven and just sloppy looking in the past 2 months. The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they had just reopened and the covid 19 adjustments have been hard. Plus a different tech fixed them that same day. The second time was the worst. After the worst pedicure and longest manicure my nails were TERRIBLE. I said something to a tech that has worked there for years. She agreed immediately and had me come back the next day to fix. Today was strike 3. I wont be back. Again my nails look terrible. And it took her soooo long to do a bad job. Im not that person that wants to embarrass myself or a nail tech every visit so I just paid and left without saying anything about it to her. I feel bad for the quality techs that have been there forever. They are amazing but I cant risk getting one of these other two techs anymore. Huge waste of time and money and such an awkward experience now. Management seems too focused on the updated appearance of the place and not the quality of service.

I went there because I really had a great experience with Tony I believe that’s his name, he is young and has his ears pierced (he is awesome and I highly recommend him) in any case I got someone else this time and I specifically asked for a red nails and the number didn’t match the color it was a brown and I asked her if she can fix it because I wanted red nails and she was really upset about it and sort of rude as if it was my fault the number and choice of color did not match. I mean if I’m spending that much money which in the end it was $117 I deserve to have the nails that I am paying for. I just wasn’t even rude about nor did i cause a scene. I just pointed it out and I just want to fix I didn’t need the theatrics. In the end the nails did it come out how I wanted them so that’s a plus but I mean I went there to relax and I felt like when I pointed it out there was a sense of resentment

I go to this place a lot I like it but I’ve gotten tips twice because I was trying to get my nails to grow each time the powder peeled wasn’t on all my nail. The tips peeled off not sure how, and the towels they put on your legs I got one with someone’s nails on it so are the towels clean? Oh and they cut off all of nails when I was trying to let them grow without asking. But they guy in the beanie he’s the best worker he talks to you, and listens to what you need done, he’s also very nice.

Very nice staff. I get the deluxe pedicure. They make my feet feel special. Thats no small task. I am on my feet all day and really appreciate the relief. I dont think the price is bad either.

I have been here several times. I love the place. The girls are usually friendly.The prices are the same as anywhere else. The service is just as good. Sometimes theyre busy, sometimes not. If theyre busy, expect to wait, and then expect to be finished quickly. They cant spend all day on your nails when a bunch of other customers are waiting, but they cant go any faster just because youre waiting. Just pick a less busy time of day.

SO disappointed with the lack of customer service! If you are a fan of super thick nails, this may be a good place for you to go. If you prefer a more natural look, save your money and do your mani yourself. Im not one to complain but if there is an issue I would expect for them to want to fix it and they did not care or offer to fix. They just kept insisting the looked good and trust me, they did not! I will take my business elsewhere.

Got skipped over 3 times. Waited an hour. They dont do appointments on Sundays so no excuse as to why I was skipped so many times. Im a very patient person. But after an hour and being skipped several times. It was extremely unprofessional. Do better.

I had the dip done. Very thick nails & rough at the cuticles. Hopefully Tuesday when I go back, they will be able to fix them. It hasnt been two weeks since Ive had them done.

Saw a bunch of other positive reviews so decided to try this place out. It is just as good as every says it is. I got a gel manicure which usually lasts me about 2-3 weeks but this one lasted for almost a full 4 weeks before I started getting chips. The woman who did my nails, I forget her name, was friendly and engaged in conversation with me.Before I went, I looked at prices online and while it seemed expensive, I thought it would be worth it for a quality service. I ended up paying much less than I thought I would ($38 vs $55).Well worth the price and I had an amazing experience!

I called them and they said that for my moms full set of French tip acrylics it would be $35 and for my full set acrylics it starts at $30. I didn’t get them shaped and I got them fairly short and after my mom get her eyebrows waxed ($10) and a $10 tip they charged us $105?!! On top of it all the nail tec had an attitude and did a poor job on my nails. I got them a bright yellow and they’re transparent! I won’t be coming back here.

I honestly could have done a better job myself. I got a pedicure and it was so rushed. Not even in and out of the chair within 30 minutes. My feet were left still callused and peeling (kinda gross) but that’s the reason I came to get a pedicure done. I’ve been coming here for years and I’m so disappointed.

After leaving the salon without being helped I will never be returning. I’ve been going to this place for almost 2 years now and was very pleased with their service in the past. I walked in a little before 6:30 just wanting a gel color change. I waited for about a half an hour and then my boyfriend went up and asked one of the employees how long the wait was and he was told that they actually didn’t have enough time to do my nails and to come back another time. I wish this was told to me when I had signed in. Two others signed in after me and they were picking out colors, so were they going to be helped? You would think after being a longtime customer I would’ve been treated better than that. I will not be returning.

Just took my 4 daughters to the new location in Centerville for a Dads night out. Wow. Customer service is topnotch . I didnt know what to expect going into a nail spa. Ann and her team were very knowledgeable and polite to us. Price was very fair due to the work they do. You will not be disappointed in the quality of service they provide. They even stayed open late to get us to get us in and out. As Father and a Small Biz. owner . I will recommend this place to many people! Great Job!

Had a special gift card. Asked for a Basic manicure the greeter asked a girl that was on her phone.to do my nails She grinned apparently didnt want to do my nails.seemed rude. The girl that did my nails cut a hoLe in my cuticle bled most of the day. Didnt even say she was sorry. I warneed my coworkers who also received a gift card.

I had a horrible experience at a different salon and went here hoping they could help my situation. They got me in immediately and made my nails look amazing! They were very friendly, quick, and did a great job.

Not even a full 24 hours after having my nails filled in, one breaks and has a crack in it. They also do not cover the whole nail when doing the fill in. Another salon I went to to have my nails fixed said how she had to fix and fill everything they missed. She also warned me that I could get a nail infection due to them not filling everything in correctly! Never going there again, I would rather drive an extra 5 minutes and have them done in a manner in which they will last longer than 24 hours without breaking or chipping!!

The first time I went, they did a great job. But the second time I waited an hour. Today, the wait was an hour and a half even though I made an appointment. And my nails this time were not filed smoothly. Had to file them as soon as I got in the car. Nice atmosphere but unfortunately I wont be back.

Pedicure: First visit I was pleased with service and they cut my toenails as I had requested. Been here a few times for the dip, last time, I was asked if I wanted a manicure, I said no. A little bit in to getting my nails done, she announced she was going to trim my cuticles, I thought she needed to for the dip, or something. I didnt think I was getting charged, she never mentioned getting charged for cutting my cuticles. I thought she was just being thourogh/nice. Well, when I went to pay she charged me $3 more than I payed in the past for the dip. Communication lacks, when adding services. My nails were ok.

Awesome! The decor is beautiful. Very friendly and patience. Ive been going there for the past 3 years . Theyre the only place that takes care of my two prize pinky nails, for they are the only nails i would get an over lay on. All the other places I visited did a half done job. The owners are beautiful people and they have a wonderful wonderful staff, if youre in need of a pedicure or just to pamper yourself this is the place to go!

The man who did my nails, didnt soak my nails instead took a nail under my gel polish and it hurt ridiculously bad. He laughed when I said it hurt and didnt take a break or care at all. Eventually when my nails were finished they didnt even look good, especially for gel nails. They chipped the next day.

I called around 6:40 to make sure it was ok still come( being considerate of the fact that they close at 7:30) and the guy told me it was fine to come on, I was only 5 mins away. When I got there the guy that actually took me and did my nails was not nice and very rude. He was rushing and my nails at the end (which I didnt notice until I left) looked horrible! This place was recommended by a friend, and her nails look nice from the girl that has done hers a few times. But this guy was mad that I was there close to closing I guess, which made my experience not so pleasant. Not to mention this place is a little on the pricey side. I would not recommend this place at all because Im all about great customer service.

I went to the Centerville location. It was very busy and I didnt have an appt. The owner was very accommodating and was able to squeeze me in with no problems at all! My manicure felt amazing and my nails came out perfectly! Cant wait to go back and take my daughter!
