The experience was nice, however 3 days later and the paint on my nails are already chipping. Too expensive for substandard products. First two pictures were taken while I was still at the spa. The third and fourth pictures were taken three days later. This was a $50-$60 manicure and so not worth it.

I floated downstairs. The massage was fantastic. My massage therapist was nice and explained what she was gonna do. I will be back.

This is a great massage experience. They make the entire visit is designed to feel relaxing not just the massage itself. This includes offering a drink and time to sit in a quiet room to unwind prior to starting.

I had a wonderful experience from check in, to the relaxation of the quiet room with a mimosa, but the best part was my masseuse Rachel. She gave me the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had, and also gave me some info on correcting my posture and stretches to help with my neck pain. Thanks Rachel!

I just had my first experience there today. One of the front desk girls was VERY nice and friendly, the other... not so much. The atmosphere was wonderful, but the services were lack luster. Im already looking forward to getting my nails redone somewhere else! They are uneven and look unfinished. The massage is incorrectly named. They simply spend 5 minutes rubbing warm oil on your legs. The entire experience was disappointing and felt awkward. I wont be visiting again.

I have been coming to the Woodhouse Day Spa at The Greene (Dayton) for several years now and it is always a wonderful and first class experience! I have done full and half-day spa packages (that my husband purchases for me for special holidays) which are always such a nice treat. I also just come in to get a wonderful manicure and pedicure and will never go back to usual nail salons for that again. I always look forward to an hour or more away by myself by indulging at The Woodhouse Day Spa!

I spent a day here and received a massage, facial, and pedicure. All three services were absolutely wonderful and the women that performed them were so kind and so professional. I have been to this spa twice now and each time I’ve been so happy with my experience. The first was after I was given a gift card from my husbands boss when I was pregnant. I had a pedicure and massage the week before my sons birth and I was amazed with the care and experience I was given. The second time my husband gave me a spa day for the year mark of my sons birthday to celebrate and again, even during the Covid restrictions they did not disappoint. I was given the same care as before. I would recommend anyone to Woodhouse that will listen!

My appointment was not in the books when showed up for a massage and facial. The manager Jessica made it right and I can’t say enough about her professionalism and kindness. I come here often and I’m always happy with my treatments. I wish I could rate them 6 stars!

My experience at this location was disappointing. The lounge and locker rooms are closed due to COVID 19 restrictions and I had to wait in the shop/entrance for my appointment with 4 other guests and didnt even have a chair to sit on. I was then told to head upstairs to meet my massage therapist. I was never sent an email confirmation or told of the new procedures. The massage was fine but the hurry and unfamiliarity at the beginning of my appointment left me quite disappointed.

If I could give 6 stars I would. I bought a pedicure for my wife because it was her birthday. The Woodhouse let her relax and gave her a mimosa before the pedicure. Then Courtney gave my wife the best pedicure she’s ever had. Afterwards they gave her a hand written birthday card and a present with various beauty product samples. She came home really relaxed and loved every minute. I will definitely be sending my wife here again for more pampering. Thanks Woodhouse!

As soon as you walked in the building, its absolutely beautiful. The fixtures are amazing! The set up is absolutely wonderful. You just have to see it for yourself. The staff is absolutely amazing! I will be coming back! Its such a beautiful place! The massage therapist Irene was fantastic. She was really great! She was very knowledgeable of her work and I really liked her a lot! I will be going back to her! I really loved the way the store was set up and how everything was displayed. The upstairs was just beautiful!

My husband and I have been going to the Dayton location for years. Each time they have been pleasant and helpful in scheduling appointments and we al wats leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. I had a full spa day scheduled during a time when I was breastfeeding my daughter. They were more than accommodating, securing me a private room, scheduling extra time between services to pump, and even storing my milk in the fridge. That’s probably TMI, but is a great example of the level of service they provide. Make an appointment and experience it all for yourself!

My boyfriend and I did a couples massage for 80 min on Sunday. I went in with a pinched nerve and he is still recovering from hip surgery. In 24 hours my pinched nerve is gone! My boyfriend did deep tissue and feels fantastic. Shelly and Miranda are amazing! We are sending referrals and are for sure coming back! This spa was like spas I have been to in Manhattan and Connecticut. Very pleased!

First and foremost, Melissa is amazing. I’ve only gotten waxes and facials, but the facility is clean and staff is always friendly and professional. It’s a very nice place, but being the laid-back type, I don’t feel out of place, (or am treated differently), for coming in wearing comfy clothes like jeans or leggings like I’ve encountered at a couple other places in the area.

I have been here before for a facial but I forgot how great they were. My technician, Monica was the best. She made me feel comfortable and she was very professional. The facial made me feel great even without makeup! I enjoyed being able to relax and enjoy my time. I will have to return soon for another great facial with Monica. Monica provided an amazing illuminating facial. My skin instantly looked fresh and bright. She made great product recommendations and is very friendly. I was also given samples of products she felt may be useful for my skin. It is expensive, but worth every penny (facial and the products) my 46 year old face needed a boost and this provided just that!

I scheduled a day for my friend and I to have a relaxing spa day. While the services were okay, my friend and I will not be returning. My fingernail polish came off, had a cut on my toe, they charged me twice of which Im trying to get my money back. Its created alot of stress.

Our experience was so relaxing and amazing! We did a package of 4 services: the massage, facial and manicure was great. I’d get a pedicure elsewhere. The lady looked like she was massaging your feet and legs but I received no benefit from that and they weren’t clear on the top coat of our nail polish paint😊

Cody was my massage therapist and he was very professional and make me feel comfortable. My massage was very relaxing and the pressure was perfect. I would definitely recommend Cody to all my friends and I look forward to my next visit.

This was my first time here. I loveded the experience! My therapist Chelsea was wonderful and I really enjoyed her skills and combination of treatments. What a wonderful experience! I walked into tranquility the minute I entered the door. I was shown the facility and given the most comfortable robe Ive ever put on. I was offered a beverage and taken to a dimly lit room scattered with chaise lounges and chairs to relax before my treatment. The massage I had was the best Ive ever had and the therapist knew exactly what I needed. I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed my first time at the Woodhouse Day Spa!

I would rather pay a little extra to come to Woodhouse day spa. The atmosphere is relaxing, they offer you drinks, and actually give you a massage during pedicure. The pedicure room is small, only allowing four customers at a time which makes it nice. The employees talk to you throughout. I am currently in a walker due to surgery, the staff helped me get upstairs and into the spa chair. I would recommend them every time.

We had a lovely afternoon and were very happy to be given a private area for the four of us to wait for our services with a glass of wine. I did a couples massage with my wife. I have no complaints. Was offered a selection of drinks in the waiting room. Changing room had a lot of accessories. Since it was my first time and I did a deep tissue, the massage therapist kept checking in and ensuring the pressure wasnt too much and to see if I was enjoying it. Was truly relaxing. Ill definitely be back.

I got my first massage today thanks to a gift card. I enjoyed the first part for the quiet room. My masseuse was kind(I don’t want to say her name). Unfortunately, I feel as if I overpaid for what I got. She talked the entire time of my Swedish massage. I didn’t feel relaxed at all. And sadly I don’t feel like I even got a massage. 😞

The atmosphere is very relaxing right from the moment you step in the door. The staff is very professional and attentive. Once I checked in, I was taken upstairs to the womens changing room which is very clean and very well decorated. After I changed, I was offered a beverage while I waited for my massage therapist in the waiting room. My massage therapist came in to get me and introduced herself and listened to the specific areas I wanted her to focus on.

I’ve been here a few times now. When I first started coming I always had top-notch experiences. I was so impressed by the environment and the hospitality of the people here. The last several times I’ve been however, I really feel my experience can vary widely. I’ve had some of the best massages of my life here and I just left one that was probably bottom 3 of my life (including beach and cruise massages). I always leave here relaxed, for sure. And it’s a great way to practice self-care, but it’s a little heartbreaking and stressful to spend so much on something and leave disappointed. I’m probably going to take a break from this point and See if I can find somewhere else.

When driving away after our service, my daughter was already looking through the booklet again to decide our next choice of pampering. Another job well done, Woodhouse!

I have been for a few different experiences ranging from massage therapy to foot treatments. Both of the experiences have been out of this world with very friendly, helpful staff. And timely, replenishing care with a peaceful serene environment. I had the absolute best experience today.. this was the first time I had ever had a massage and I was so surprised! Everyone I spoke to was so nice and helpful. The place was beautiful, peaceful and SO clean. I will absolutely be returning and referring several people!

I enjoyed a wonderful facial that didnt feel too heavy for my combination/oily skin and included a mini-massage for my arms and hands. She even recommended great products for me. Then I had a massage that really helped to work out my extra tension!Finally, I had scheduled a warm agave pedicure and asked for a last minute gel manicure. They graciously accommodated me and did both at the same time. Both sets of nails look great and I felt incredibly pampered!

I called in for a specific service that was listed as $160. I was asked if I wanted to have a Swedish massage, stone, or deep tissue. I said deep tissue not realizing it would be an additional cost. The employee never said so during the phone call. Although I enjoyed the service and believed the therapists did a great job, I was pretty turned off that nothing was ever mentioned to me on the phone. When I went to check-out, I was pretty taken back with a bill of over $200. They just need to do a better job of telling their customer exactly what their costs are. I felt like they were deceitful.Update... I was called by Woodhouse and provided a refund of the additional amount along with a credit towards my next visit. I very much appreciate the thoughtfulness of the manager in making the situation right. Thank you.

I adore Woodhouse. The quiet room alone is a treat without even receiving any services but the services are divine. My pedicures not only clean and care for my feet but they also are beautiful and have lasted a minimum of three weeks typically a month and a half. I am due for a spa day soon just writing this review is making me miss it.
