I wear my hair in a natural style and I scheduled a special service for a trim. I am very happy with the service I received and with Erica stylist and owner especially.I love the Synergi Products she use and the personal care that she has shown me.

Had never heard of this place until I found a thing on Groupon. When I got there she was finishing up with someone else and I didn’t mind the wait. When she first got started I was the only one there and then 2 other people came in. She was the only one there so she was going back and forth between my nails and someone who was getting a pedicure. What should’ve only taken maybe an hour tops took 2 hours. The polish was sloppily done and because it is the color change it looks fine with the darker color but when it changes to the lighter color, it’s uneven and the actual acrylic on the nails are uneven and look lumpy.

Ive had several visits to this Salon. Personal and professional service. Id recommend it to everyone. Styles, Mani-pedi or Extentions...Ive had them all and was very happy with the service and results. Definitely going back again. Gets better every visit.

By far one of the worst salons I have ever interacted with. I made an appointment not one but two different times for special occasions (first time she cancelled 5 minutes before) and I showed up today for my appointment and she had two clients that she was already taking care of and said sorry I don’t have you in my system who did you book with… I said I called you directly and spoke to you and I even got a text message confirmation for my appointment the day before my scheduled appointment. I showed up and she was like you can sit here and wait but it’s going to be a while. I will never return to the salon or recommend her services.

I had purchased a Groupon for gel mani and pedi. I read the reviews which were less than satisfactory. I decided to go ahead with the groupon and form my own opinion. BIG MISTAKE! On Thursday, June 19th, I had made an appointment for Wednesday, July 25th at 5:15 p.m. I arranged my schedule at work to accommodate this appointment. When I arrived at the salon, the lady rudely asked, What are you doing here? I explained, I had an appointment at 5:15p.m. Her reply, I have plans at 6:00 p.m. She than replied, I dont know how this happened, this has never happened before. The reviews state otherwise...She was very rude and gave me the number to cancel my Groupon. The salon was unkempt and dirty. I was able to get into another salon (S&D Nails) best customer service, friendly staff, and clean. Great Prices!!!

Very unprofessional and rude. I had to trade in my Groupon that I purchased for this business (After I was hung up on before I was told to “take my business elsewhere” for a lack of better words). My suggestion—look at the rating on Groupon and make your decision based on that.
