I had Moon do my nails. I have never been here before but read reviews and decided to try it out. I love Dip powder because of how long it lasts and it’s finish. Normally the nail is much thicker but I don’t mind because of the shine and longevity. Moon “nailed” it! She created a thin coat that was opaque and strong! With the cash discount, I was in love. Wished I lived closer so I could come more often!

Best nail salon Ive even been too! Kevin is the absolute best for pedicures, and always does an amazing job. Yvonne is AMAZING when it comes to nails, and I highly recommend Her!! She is quick, but yet does a flawless job. I always get compliments on my nails from Her work. If you need your nails done this is the place you want to go!!

Everyone was so nice and got me in and out of the salon quickly and efficiently. I also found that the prices were great I was expecting a great price to get my nails done but it was only $70. I payed with cash so I got a 5% off discount!! Absolutely going back!

Moon was very nice; she was quick, efficient and did very well. I got dip and she did amazing creating a thin coat when people usually leave dip too thick. There was hardly any wait for walk in @6pm when other places were long waits. Great prices and the interior is more modern than I’d anticipated from the outside. They also do a 5% discount if you pay with cash!

There good but i brought my 5 month old in there and my mom WE WAITED 4 hours. my baby wasn’t crying or anything. there was people coming in after us and they were getting there nails done first.!!!!!!

I love my nails and I enjoyed the mani/pedi experience. The salon is beautiful and the entire staff was delightful. This was my first time here and I will definitely be back!It was $65 for the ombre white/pink dipped nails and $42 for the delux pedicure. Cash discount is 5%. I arrived at 8:20pm and they stayed open until 9:30pm to finish my nails and I never felt rushed. Looking forward to my next visit. The other customers there seemed delighted with the service they received as well.

I went in there and told them I was in a hurry because we were traveling the next day and needed to come home to get ready. We had an unexpected death in the family that day and it pushed us behind on getting ready. I was a first time customer and they jumped right in to help, doing a manicure and pedicure at the same time, while the manicure lady stood up to do my nails. Excellent service and my nails looks amazing!!

So I call today and made an appointment @3 with Nina because Yvonne is on vacation. The reception calls back and asks me to reschedule with Yvonne next Monday. Um no. I need my nails and feet done. (Reception asks her again she still refuses to do my nails). So because Nina refused to do my nails this is going to cost you a bad review. The only one in this business at this location who is amazing is Yvonne other than that this place is bad for business. I will also give this review on google and Facebook. I have never ever experienced something like this. Im so disappointed.

Went in to get a full set with gel color after a few stressful weeks. The staff was super nice and I liked how they told me the price upfront so I wasn’t surprised. While doing my nails the lady was very careful about how she shaped them and polished them, but I only gave 2 stars because there was not enough acrylic applied to the nail so there is no apex. I am afraid of my nails breaking and coming off sooner than I want them to.

I’ve been here before and my first experience was amazing. Went back the other day and the person doing my nails was extremely unprofessional. She complained about the color I got my nails. I was passed between three different nail techs for a simple set of acrylics. The tech also cut my finger pretty badly it stung and was bleeding the rest of the day. So disappointed.

Unfortunately, the dip (not nail) chipped within 3 days and another chipped a week later. My dips usually last 3-4 weeks. And this was more expensive than other salons. I came here because they had later evening hours.

I went for a pedicure for the first time in over a year. The young girl acted scared to cut my toenails. I was not pleased when I looked and felt my toes when I got home. My ingrown toenails were still there and my nails were too long. I had to fix them myself, something that i paid them to do. If you go make sure you have someone with more experience do your nails.

My daughter and I went for pedicures, and they were very personable and friendly. They even taught her a few words in Vietnamese. She had a great time!

My nails broke within an week! This place looks great but the quality of the nails were terrible!

I used to bring my grandgirls here for pampering because the price is decent and they are good at accommodating multiple people quickly without appointments. This summer Ive come every other week for self-care to get acrylics and pedi. All was fine until it wasnt. One of my acrylics popped off and I saw my nail was green underneath. I returned to have them all removed and get a mani/pedi to clean the nail beds. I was told by my nail tech that water got under my acrylics and caused the issue. Im not an expert but it seems suspicious.Also, I use a signature color that the salon doesnt carry so I bring it with me. Last time I left it. I called immediately and was told they didnt see it. Upon my return I spot the color. I explain that I left it. They acknowledge that I bring the color but state that the solo bottle is theirs because they marked it with a sharpie as proof?!? She did offer to give me MY BOTTLE for free but insisted it was salon property. Its a rare bottle that hasnt been there ever before. I left the bottle and salon. Im disappointed and will not return. Be cautious here. Accepting responsibility is not their strength.

I just moved to a Fairborn a few months ago and each month, I try a new nail salon to see which was best. None have compared to this one. Not even close. The detailed work they do, the price and the friendliness cannot be matched anywhere. I would travel an hour to come to this location. Thank you for the amazing work!

I went in for a fill this morning and while it started fairly quickly I was not aware that the tech that filed my nails would not be the one completing my nails. After he filed the polish off my nails I sat for another 45min waiting for the young lady that would then fill and complete my nails. I understand things happen, but there was absolutely no communication. In addition I was charged upgrade which I was not aware of. Needless to say I will not be going back.

I have been coming to NY Nails for about 3-4 years and the experience has been great! My nail technician is Nina and she is phenomenal. She’s very sweet, on time, and great at her job. I truly appreciate her services and support! This is a great place and they provide quality services. I refuse to go any place else! Keep up the great work!!!!

Tai was amazing I have been a nail biter for 25 plus years and he managed to be able to give me nails. It is one of the nicest things in the world to be able to have nails after so long of not having any. Tai went above and beyond.

First time getting the dip on my nails. Took about 40 minutes. The tech was courteous and actually was watching football while I got my nails done. Normally, that would upset me but he did a good job. Never hurt me so it was fine. Clean area. Notice them sanitizing all products after use by each person.

I went to NY nails first experience wasnt so so good but i loved my second experience at this establishment, Nina took real good care of me, if i can get Nina every time i return it would be amazing, she is very professional and did not rush though doing my nails she took time on them and made them look perfect.

My sister and I went a week ago to get a mani/pedi. Pedicures were good overall. I picked out two different polishes I wanted them to use and they said it wouldnt look right. I wanted it anyways and they were shocked with the outcome.Manicures were terrible! I got a full set. When he was cutting the nails to the length I wanted, he cut one too low and told me not to worry about it when I pointed it out. The acrylic made it look more evened out but he ended up filing it completely down to where he cut it low, so all of my nails on one hand was shorter than other (Not much longer than my own nails). My nails were drilled so much at the cuticles they bled and he went on to polish them anyways. (Burned like crazy!) My sister paid for gel nails and got regular polish. Her cuticles were also drilled down to the point they bled. Her nails broke within 2 days. A week later and my cuticles are still sensitive.I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Today I went in for a full gel set and I got an older man named Don, I explained to him that I wanted my nails to be thinner at the tips, coffin shaped. And my thumb nails are so short my real nails would look no different, and they are perfectly square. When I told him they looked like perfect squares and weren’t any thinner at the tips he said something I didn’t even understand and said he would fix it and then didn’t, he made 3 of my fingers bleed around my nails from going straight on my skin with the power tool. I have been here plenty of times and never have had a bad experience but I honestly would never let him touch my nails again or would I ever suggest him to anyone. I have never had such a bad experience while getting a manicure. He made me feel like I was being rude for simply asking him to do what I had asked for. If I could leave 0 stars for him, I most definitely would.

My daughter got her nails done here but the lady who done them got a small amount of acrylic on her cuticles so it looks kinda trashy.

Drove about 30-35 minutes due to local availability. So glad I did because this visit was a good one. I love my nails and the experience was really good. I’ll definitely be back.

If your looking for a great place to go get your nails done, this place is great! They were pretty busy when I got there and I got right in! Nina is amazing and always does everything I ask! Reasonable pricing also! Highly recommend and I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!

For the price we paid my daughter and I $ 200 ++++ acrylic manicure and pedicure gel we thought we would have a first class service, but it was a very poorly done service my hand nails are badly cleaned on the sides are thick and unsightly, the price is scary when paying for a poor and poorly finished service! I do not recommend!

Fill: didn’t have me wash my hands at all during my visit. I had to ask at the end of my visit.Nail lengths uneven-Was in such a rush that she forgot a few steps. :(On her defense, I could have spoken up and said something.

So I got my nails done last week and 1 of them cracked and 1 broke. That was all of my own fault. I went in today to get all of them redone and she didnt charge me. Their customer service is amazing. I have been to a lot of nail salons, and this is by far the best one I have been to and they have very reasonable prices!

Tried this salon for the first time yesterday and they did such a great job. I only waited 5 minutes and had Nina she did such a great job! Salon was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly.

I went in to have my nails done before my wedding and while they did the color and such that I wanted, they really hurt my nails. She cut too much and my thumb was bleeding. I had asked for gel, and after two days, the one nail has already chipped. She also cut too much on the side of my nail, because now my nail is broken and is causing it to bleed there as well. I’m really not happy with this service. I have had better care elsewhere and will not be going back to this establishment.

(Black and pink “coffin” nails) Employees were very nice but my nails were done SO BAD that I had to re shape and re paint them myself at home. The design execution was awful as well and I didn’t even ask for anything difficult.

After having Be Pampered Nail Salon screw my nails up 4 days ago, I went here to have them fixed! They did an OUTSTANDING job and pricing was very reasonable. I’ll definitely be going back to this place in the future.

The staff is very nice but for the price that i spent spend on a pedicure and a full set with gel polish was over priced and My full set of nails didnt even last a full week. two days after i had them on they all started lifting and popping clean off. Will not be going back

Terrible experience! Never in my life have I been asked to wash hands with water and NO soap. Also since when do you file nails after gel nails are completed. Hand lotion smelled bad and looked like it was a mayo bottle from Subway. Tech continued to get polish on fingers and not remove. I will never return. This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star

Chipped and grinded the dip while working on my nails. Filed and grinded my nails on all sides to nothing. Caused my finger tips to bleed.

I rarely get my nails done but had a special event coming up so I decided to do a full set with gel polish. Tech charged $42. I went back 2 weeks later for a fill in and polish change. Tech charged another $42. When I asked why the pricing wasn’t lower the technician who completed my service began aggressively discussing with another employee why she charged me so much. I was unable to understand the explanation because this discussion wasn’t in English and if I could go back I should have asked that they discuss the breakdown of charges in English (as this is common courtesy in a professional environment). I won’t be returning to this facility. The customer service here is lacking courtesy and respect for their consumers.

Yalll I hate doing these reviews!!! :( I usually go to a different salon in another city but due to moving I decided to try something closer. I went in to get a gel manicure (simple what could go wrong) and the gel was uneven and lumpy. The gel was on my skin and ended up lifting and coming off the next day. The lady was super nice but seemed to not have much experience. She didn’t get close to my cuticle with the polish, it looked like I needed a fill when I walked out the salon.

I love this salon. They are always very nice and quick. Nina is amazing and does fantastic work. I’ve been coming here for years and never had a problem or issue.

Nice job but a little too expensive

My friend went here and got a horrible infection, when she went to the doctor they told her that place has been know for infections. That theyve had several patients come in with infections from this place. Please please dont go here for the love of your fingers.

Nails have stayed on strong for the past week or so which is more than I can say about other salons. Did take a bit more time than Id like but worth it for them to stay on for so long.

Lady rushed through my pedi like she had something more important to do. Oh she did, another client came in for a full set of nails. Not only did she rush, she was rude.

My girlfriend just got her nails filled in here and it only took 25 minutes, the man was extremely nice. would definitely recommend.

This was my second visit to this shop. I got dip powder, first time nails looked good when I went back they are all different shapes and some are lopped sided. The lady tjaybdis my nails had power every where some of my nails are even bumpyI didnt notice the bumps until the next day wont me going back.

I went in this morning and felt like they just wanted my money. It really depends on who you get when you go in. I usually see Mary for my pedicures, she has a high standard for trimming cuticles, trimming the corners of the nails for a great shape and spotless paint job. She is amazing. The man I saw this morning was sloppy. Didnt shape the nail, barely put any effort into the massage, and was a complete slob with the paint job. I had to come home and clean it up. When Im paying $40+ for a pedicure I expect to walk out with gorgeous feet and feeling relaxed from the atmosphere and customer service. If not, I might as well do it myself at home and save the money. There was only 1 other customer the whole time we were there, and my 5 year old wanted to be like mommy and get her fingernails and toenails painted. No manicure or special treatment, just some sparkles. She was so excited and well behaved. She didnt say a word and sat so still. But they hardly looked at her, two employees just sat there talking to each other, hardly interacting with my daughter at all, and they charged me $20!!! Its not like it was busy or they had anything else to do, and Ive been a loyal customer for a year, but after being treated like this Im taking my business elsewhere, where my daughter and I can enjoy the special treat it is for us to get our nails done and not feel like it was a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.
