Horrible experience. This picture was taken a couple of days after I got my manicure. It looks like I got my nails in a week or two ago. The gentleman that was doing my nails did not get the paint all the way back to my cuticles. It’s obvious in the photos. I also got an infection in my thumb, and had to get put on anabiotics to get it taken care of. The lady who gave me a pedicure was rough. I told her that I had a cut on my foot, but she was so rough that she made it bleed. She and the gentleman who did my nails could not understand a word that I was saying. I told both of them that I wanted a brighter pink for my nails, but she brought back 3 lighter pinks. After trying to explain for a while, I just finally gave in and went with the original color. It was definitely NOT worth $70. I would never go back to this place.

My first time there was fantastic. Friendly atmosphere. Coupled with quick quality service. I love my nails and I will be back. Did I mention they serve you wine while getting a pedicure☺️

Incredible place and amazing job! The staff is considerate and kind, and do there job just fine. The place is very pretty and comfortable as well, and I had the time of my life relaxing and taking care of myself. It sure is a place to consider if you want a manicure or pedicure. I adore it!

First and foremost, I decided to go here because of the reviews. I guess everyone experience is different. I arrived at 12:15 and was seated immediately. I did not leave until 3:20!! It took 2 techs (BRUCE LEE was One) to polish my toes and they still were not done right. Bruce Lee that I see everyone hype up was also my nail tech and he was NOT GOOD! He watched videos on his phone the entire time! Apparently Coffin shaped nails is what he specialize in because Square, Square isn’t it!! He constantly yawned so I’m assuming he was tired and just rushed.. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE!

Service was great, but be sure to check your credit card statement. Over charged $5 after I signed receipt. Had already provided a $5 courtesy cash tip. Will speak to manager.******Followup with salon today. Courteously refunded $5.

Went to get SNS nails and they came out great! Would definitely recommend and I’ll be coming here more often. I would say the service can be extremely slow. So try and come on weekdays and in the mornings if possible.

I had a great experience, the staff was very nice, I didn’t have to wait to be serviced, and I loved my nails. Lee did my ombré nails and Leelee did my pedicure. I plan on returning to this location.

Short staffed. Had me waiting FOREVER just for a full set and didn’t once check on me or let me the know the wait time. Other “employees” walking around and apparently couldn’t do my nails. Such a waste of time! They are lucky where I get normally get my nails done are closed on sundays.

If you want to keep your nails healthy don’t go here. Theyll will file them down and make them thin just so you go back & get tips. Don’t go here. Find a professional nail salon that’s not money hungry.

I wanted go when they opened but my nephew got baptized so I looked on the web and it said they closed at 7pm, cool. I pulled up at 6:05p.m. And she said they were close...that would have been my 3rd time going, I won’t be going back. All I needed was a refill, no broken nails, no one was in the chair. Put 6 pm on your website & on your door 😡

The best nail shop to ever do it! I am satisfied every time i go! From the eyebrows down to every design you ask of them! Everything is always perfect and i never leave doubting what i paid! They are very reasonable, I highly recommend this shop for all of your needs!

Never again. Not professional. All they care about is making money. And don’t buy their masks. Someone I know got covid 19 after they bought masks from them.

They never open on time!!!! it is 9:15am the place is supposed to be open at 9am. This is poor customer service and a bad business decision to not open your business on time. They lost my business that day.

Clean atmosphere, they take their time with each person while still working efficiently to get everyone helped. Nails last more than two weeks! Not overpriced! Very friendly staff.

WASTE OF MONEY .This was my first time here and I did not get what I asked for . I showed her photos and stopped her multiple times during the time I was there . But she kept saying let me finishThe man tried to come and fix the nails and kept trying to convince me to do coffin because thats exactly what she made the shape .The shapes on each nail are different . The shape is not what I asked for nor was it what I showed her . She was yelling in the back and front upset because SHE was wrong . Very unprofessional . I will not be returning .

Lee and Diane do their Thang! I drive all the way across town to get to them.. No one satisfies my look like them. Ive tried places near my home. They dont compare to the service. In addition to skills, they are personable, take their time and get you right while asking questions making sure you are pleased! The best 😍😍😍😍

Very good service did my nails to my liking while enjoying soft music (instrumental) the whole time. Real nice people my nail technician (Bruce Lee) gave me what I wanted and made sure my nails was done the way I wished; every time he finished a step he would check back and make sure that’s how I want it. Very good place I do recommend I been here twice and never left unsatisfied. They do tend to give me the wrongs colors like it’s in the same color family just off a little but small problems they’ll try and fix it no problems or you end up liking it once their done and remember I only been twice just make sure your color is correct on the first nail but over all nail shapes are great, service is amazing, polish be on point,& the atmosphere and the experience is wonderful I will be making them my nail home 👍🏽

Of all the nail salons in Baton Rouge, this is the one that I prefer. The prices are compared two other nail salons in the area, but this one does the best massages. Personally, I only go for the massage. I can give myself my own pedicure. It is the massage that I really really want. I have found that a lot of nail salons in this area do not give massages, but this one does which is why I am rating it 4 stars

My experience here was ok. I went on a Sunday (5/6/2018) and they were supposed to be open at 12. I arrived at 12:15 and they arrived at the same time as I did. Not a problem because I was going to be serviced first and there was going to be no wait. Ms. Diane was nice and made conversation while doing my nails. The atmosphere was nice and the establishment was very clean. The pedicure was EVERYTHING! My full set and pedicure looked very nice upon leaving. My 3 star rating is because here it is not even a full week later and two of my nails have already broken off. Never had this problem before and I get acrylics frequently. It was my first visit and I’m not sure if I’ll be returning

Great experience! The atmosphere is great, the workers are so nice and courteous! You can go in and get pampered like royalty. I went on a Friday afternoon when they were pretty busy yet they were still quick and thorough super satisfied with my ombré full set and pedi. Love this salon, I’ll be back soon ;)

Went today to get a repair. When I shared that I was upset that the shop I got the nail done closed early although they have posted hours, the owner of this shop started talking about me to the customer she was working on. And laughing out loud. I waited for her to finish her customer to do my repair and she stood another 10 minutes and talked to the same customer that was already finished without so much as saying Ill be with you in a moment. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

Sooooo this was my 4th visit the first 2 times I had my nails I got them gelled came out great. The 3rd time I got a manipedi the nails were dipped and I was over the moon. The 4th time we went downhill like a sled, I had my manipedi with my nails dipped and toes polished. That was a Friday right when Sunday came 5 of my nails were already looking like they had been on for a week with some missing the deep round the cuticle area and the toes were missing polish. So I went back Monday with my receiptand had them at least redo my nails. The owner wasnt too pleased and was trying to dispute how many nails were actually messed up, so she only saw 3 nails instead of the 5 I saw. That being said I wont be going back and you be sure to wait before you leave to be sure their done right the 1 first time.

Must go see Lee. Awesome work!
