The staff in here is friendly, professional and polite. They follow covid 19 regulations and they never make customers feel rushed through their services. The quality of nail service and retention of set is excellent. Well staffed, organized and clean.

This is THE best nail shop in Baton Rouge. I have been going here for three years and my nails always last. The environment is very relaxing and they never forget a face. It is always clean both inside and out. The staff are very professional. Very family oriented business. I have not had a bad experience yet. If you are in a rush and impatient, it is not the place for you. In this nail salon, you will wait depending on what day and time you come but it is worth the wait. You should expect to wait in a decent nail shop. The nail technicians love to give suggestions on days you don’t know exactly what you want. I’ve been to plenty of salons in town and my nails have yet to last as long as they do since I’ve been coming here. Anyway, I love it here and don’t think I’d go anywhere else.

I absolutely love this nail shop. Han (I hope I spelled it right 😩) went the extra mile with my pedicure! I’ve never had a foot and leg massage the way that she did it. She took such great care, and was so sweet & professional. I was really stressed out, and she really made me feel so much better. I adore the entire staff though❤️

Excellent! I got a mani, pedi and my eyebrows arched. The service was superb and the customer care was so personal. I was a walk in with no wait time. I will definitely be going back.

The wait was long. I was there for about 2.5 hours. Their customer service is cool and the prices are reasonable but my nails and feet look like they rushed to do them, i.e., polish all outside of the nail on my toes. The polish on my nails is starting to fade on my hands and its only been 3 days and its shellac. Ill stick with iNails.
