I got my eyebrows micro bladed here! they turned out great they made the experience as painless as possible. It’s right by LSU which is great since it’s close to me and their other services are nice too. I enjoy getting my pedicures here and my dip nails always turn out great!

The women are extremely rude. They did not greet me or even look up at me when I walked in the door. Please do not waste your money here unless you want your nails to be rushed on or you want to receive TERRIBLE service. I wish I could give them 0 stars

They treat people of color different than whites and charge us more than them as well!! They do not speak when you walk in, we have to wash our hands.. and they point to the sanitizer for whites. DO NOT RECOMMEND !! and the only good nail tech is the girl with the gray hair & she overcharge as well.

This was the worst experience of a pedicure I had in years. Walked in at 4:15 walked out after 6:00pm a VERY UNHAPPY customers. My toe nails look like I need a pedicure months ago. The young man did more talking than trying to polish and correct what I was telling him to do. I WILL NEVER GO BACK and will make sure my fmly and friends NEVER go to Secret Nails. 😭😩😭😩. I’ll make sure to keep this nail shop a SECRETIf I could leave a Zero I would 0.

I love love love this nail shop! They always make sure they do EVERYTHING I ask of them & make sure I ALWAYS leave satisfied! One day I got my nails done & wasn’t so happy about It Christina stayed late just to re-do them for me. Everyone that works there is absolutely amazing & have yet to disappoint me! Literally the best nail salon in Baton Rouge!! They take their time and they really make sure that your nails look amazing and that you like them! Love the staff they are truly the best and are so kind!! I get dip nails and they last 1 month with no cracking or chipping! Literally the best!!!!

I love secret! They always make sure I’m satisfied and will attempt to create any and every design you ask for. They’re the type of nail salon that does so well that you will compare everybody else’s work to theirs because it’s just not the same. They’re acrylic is strong too because I’m really hard on nails.

This place was great! They spent time talking with me and making sure I was happy with my nails. I never felt rushed and nails lasted past two weeks. I love this place and will go back.

Never will I ever come here again!!I paid $78 for a full set manicure and a pedicure. Typically that’s around how much I pay, but my nails would be perfect.Let’s start off with my manicure, Anna did them and the nails are all different lengths. The powder is not evenly put on my nails and she made the nails too thick. I was in a rush the day I got them done so did not pay attention to my nails.My pedicure, do not get me started!! The lady who did my pedicure did not do my acrylic on my big toes properly. She didn’t file down the acrylic I had already so now my toes have a lump in the nail polish. Also, the lady who did my toes her son was bothering her the entire time while she was doing my nails. That’s probably why my white polish is already chipping. It has been 3 days only! I don’t mind spending money on my nails BUT they need to be worth the money.

Secret Nails is the best nail salon in Baton Rouge! The staff is always so nice and they always pay attention to detail! Thanh and Annie have been doing my nails and toes for a while, and they never disappoint me!

This is my GO TO SHOP. I visit them every 3-4 week religiously. Honestly, everybody there is always super friendly! They will give you quiet if thats what you want or will carry on a conversation if you prefer that instead. They remember you and ask how you are. They take the time to give you exactly what you want and make sure that everything is perfect!

This is my go-to nail salon during the school year. It is amazing! It is extremely clean. Everyone that works here is very polite kind. I have not had a bad experience at all. The prices are affordable, especially for college student because they give discounts! I have been to other nail salons and none of them compare to secret nail. I HIGHLY recommend this to everyone looking for a nice place to relax and to receive wonderful service!

I brought my boyfriend to get him and I both pedicures. Him and I waited 30 minutes for them to put water in our tubs, I waited another hour to be seen. The woman doing my boyfriends feet was flirting extremely. Referring to him by name, asking invasive questions about whos paying and accusatory statements after I said me. Asking if he likes it, if it tickles, giggling obnoxiously. Im trying not to sound like a paranoid girlfriend but it was obvious. Then when I was finally seen she was thankfully a little quieter but it was the most painful pedicure Ive ever gotten. She dug into my cuticles with several different tools but then didnt cut them down at all! They were talons that really needed to be done. I asked if she could cut them down more and she said no.... My boyfriend wasnt happy with his results either. And quit making jokes about him getting a pedicure in the first place! It happened like 4-5 times!

Very friendly staff. Great customer service, I’m always super satisfied when I leave. Annie is the best, her work speaks for itself, so neat& nice. Love the environment, I’ll never go anywhere else to get my nails done ever again.

I have been coming to Secret Nails for just about a year now. The staff is fantastic, they are attentive and make sure that you’re comfortable while in their salon. They’ve done an amazing job every time I have come in to get a service done; that being anything from acrylic, gel, or dip. I highly recommend this fantastic salon and these amazing nail techs!

This place is awesome! Andy is the best honestly he can do anything you show him. I highly recommended this for college students since they have a discount.

I will say they did a very good job & Im choosy about how I like them. Theyre basically perfect & its chill there w good vibes. I only recommend that they have lotion for afterwards or even put it on you like they do at some places.

I came in at about 4:24 pm. It took about 45 minutes for someone to even come to me. They started on my nails I asked a price for my toes and nails gel polish the lady told me 39 dollars I also had two repairs and I also got my brows done . Once I got to the front another lady told me my total was 77 dollar and I told her the other lady told me 39 .. she preceded to say she was talking about regular polish but I clearly ask for gel . I come here all the time and it’s always a wait for me Every time it’s a different price .. I explained to the lady and she asked as if she didn’t care and keep saying she’s sorry but didn’t do anything to accommodate me.. i left out at 6:19.... I will not be returning ! Very disappointed

If youre not spending $60 +, they will take your payment and brush you off like a stranger, even if youre a regular client.. Never again!

My first and last time visiting this place!!! They treat their customers very different. From the reviews I read I see my experience is no different than those who resemble me. If you are black do not spend a dime here!! They do not care for is and it shows. They were rude and the nails were not worth the money spent.

Excellent job! I was really impressed with my manicure and pedicure. They were meticulous (but not too slow) and really paid attention to what I asked for. The polish lasted a long time!

Ten was super friendly and gave me an awesome pedicure! Fairly priced, and they have a student discount. I’m not one for regular pedicures, but I’ll be back for sure.

Called in advance (two weeks before and also a week before) notifying them that I would bring in a group of girls to get their nails done for homecoming. When I arrived the girls and I were treated horribly. I was told beforehand that 6 people worked there, when I arrived there were only 4. Upon walking in I was barely greeted and when the lady finally said anything she said she knew nothing about the group coming. Then one of the nail techs whispered that he suddenly felt sick and needed to go home, another customer laughed and told him to do her nails before he left. Ive never been to a nail salon where everyone was rude. This place isnt kid friendly at all and I refused to spend a brown penny or let the girls spend their money in a place that didnt want it. I will not be back.

My Favorite Nail Salon By Far!!! My Nail Technician Paid Very Close Attention To Detail. I Got My Nails Done On December 19th, And I Saw That I Needed A Refill Earlier This Week. The Polish Lasted A While But I Got Bored With The Color So I Changed It Myself. Not Even So Much As A Chipped Nail In That Time Period! Great Job. Definitely Better Than The Nail Salon On Lee!

First time going to secret today, I went because they was recommended by two people I worked with. I went in she greeted me & ask what I would like today— I told her and I picked my color. She didn’t tell me how long it would be or anything so I waited patiently. Finally told me to come sit in a car after about 20-25 mins and also a white lady came in wanting the same. I sat at the chair waiting for them to clean it and turn my water on so my feet can so, then I realized 2 other young lady’s were waiting for there water to start. After about 10 mins she cleaned the chairs and start the water for the other 2 girls. The white lady and I were waiting then another 10-15 mins pasted they started her water. So I started to get upset because I came in before her and my water still wasn’t ran. Waited another couple minutes to see if they would say something to me or at least realize the wasn’t ran for my pedicure. Nope nothing so I got up and left, while walking on one girl asked was I leaving and I responded yes— then the lady said she was always done but I kept walking because I been in there way too long, sitting at the chair with no water started for my pedicure I’m not about to be waiting all day when I have plans and you guys close at 7 and i especially don’t want anyone rushing on my nails. So I can to V’s nails on Highlands and so far so good.

Worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. Waited over an hour to get only my fingernails painted. They usually pop off my dipped nails too- OUCH! Let me leave with smugged nails and said it would be extra to fix.
