Overall my experience was cordial, and my gel polish looks kinda good, but I would have liked for my initial problem to be taken care of. First, false advertisement as far as being a black owned nail salon. No proper equipment to properly do a pedicure. I admit I was tardy for my appointment, but I still feel like my time to be serviced felt a bit rushed.

My daughter and I went online and scheduled to have our nails and toes done between 3:30 & 4 pm. We got the confirmation for our appointments. We arrived about a half hour early, no one was there, so we went to the dinner down the street to get something to eat. We got back there exactly at 3:30, she still wasnt there😳🤦. We called her, but the number couldnt be reached😠.On the door to the salon, the hours read 5pm to 8, I believe. But why would someone allow their business to accept a time that was before you actually open?Im so disappointed...🙊😔

The lady was very polite and did her best, however, after a closer inspection of my nails they werent done the greatest. My acrylic was not smooth and you could feel the waves in the nail.

Website still allows you to book an appointment including a deposit. But no one calls and says were closed and you will not be charged.

First time going to the shop and absolutely loved it! Sofia is wonderful and understanding of me wanting to bring in my own polishes that Im used to. I definitely have my next appointment booked with her in a few weeks.

Recently moved into the area and wanted to treat myself and my partner to a nice pedicure. Did same time text messaging to their appt line and got immediate response with immediate booking. Susie and the staff their are super friendly and personable and made us feel extremely welcomed. What makes it different from other upscale I’ve been to, is I felt more of a personal touch than a transaction from larger nail shops. Businesses need to go back to the basics and understand the glitz and glamour isn’t all that’s needed. Customers like me like the personal touch and connection - you can only find that with genuine nail practitioners like the ladies and gents here. Will be back for sure.

Very Good Customer Service. Great Conversation

In an attempt to support minority businesses I had a very poor experience. After spending $70 for a gel mani and pedi, I was disappointed. The tech was incapable of painting within the lines or shaping my nails symmetrical. This tech had poor technique. After reporting it to the manager Kira- she offered to have it redone for free. I stated I’m not sure when I can have it redone but sure. 4 weeks later when I requested a complimentary redo- she stated it expired and I’d need to pay. This expiration was never stated in her previous message. It’s sad. The location is in an unsafe neighborhood, the customer service is poor and the technique is lacking. Will never go again or recommend to anyone by any means.

I literally love this place ❤️ Everyone is so nice . Susie took me at the last min and took VERY good care of me and made me feel like I was at home and for that I will always be a loyal client to her .

Was ok wouldn’t go back I went was alot goin on and the guy doin my toes didn’t do much polish was terribly place and my gel mani lasted three days before lifting

My nail was pretty

No nail technician has ever been able to cleaned up these cuticles as well and as pain free.

Kira is approachable and talented. Im now a regular.
