I had a bad experience with US nails around 2 years ago so I was really afraid to go back, however I don’t know if there’s new employees/management or if the employees just have more experience now but the last 2 times I’ve went they turned out amazing!!!I started getting my nails done in Asheville but didn’t feel like driving that far this time, and the nails I got here were the exact same quality if not better, and literally 1/2 the price!!!I would 100% recommend US nails and if you had a bad experience before I would give the salon another chance because they are totally better now!!

I have been going to US nails for a few months, and I have never had a bad experience!!! The people are always nice!!! They are very friendly and always make sure I leave with just what I wanted... There is one gentleman, I haven’t caught anyone’s names, he always offers me a beverage and is very jolly... Today I came in with a couple of photos for ideas and I left super happy!!! The lady that always paints my nails does a fantastic job!!! Thank you everyone at US nails!!!

I came in with my Mother from out of town. I wanted an acrylic full set and a pedicure. During the pedicure, my water wasnt very hot. I brushed this off, but the person doing my pedicure didnt complete my pedicure. He was watching tv. The color of my nails was to be a light pale mint. The color I received with neon green after assurance that it was the same color. I got my nails done by one guy and another lady finished them up. The lady rounded my nails without asking what shape I wanted and I stopped her and told her multiple times politely that I wanted square nails. The gentlemen prior had already taken care of the shape, they just needed to be buffed and painted with gel. She didnt stop rounding them until my Mother spoke up and told the tech working on my nails that she was doing the wrong shape. She attempted to square them, but at that point they were rounded and not able to be recovered. I was to the point of considering getting them covered with polish to hide the poor quality.

Bad experience! First everyone was offered sodas, etc. but us we were there about 2 hours may be longer. Second, free handed white on my toes and never put glossy finish on them. My Manicure turned out ok, concerning I am a nail bitter. just was so mad of what I got for 115.00

Good experience i am always there when needing a fill in i spend so much their i got free eye brow waxes although they could prop the door open to let the shop air out the smell to strong

Got my nails filled in on a Friday and they started lifting off by that Sunday morning. By Monday, two chipped and then that Tuesday two others broke off. Ive never had this issue before with other places. They rushed through it and didnt even get them smooth on top. Theres ridges over them.

Me and a friend went to get our nails done for prom and they looked awful. They didn’t even push our cuticles back, the acrylic didn’t even cover my whole nail, they didn’t shape them correctly and the paint job was awful. I have never had this bad of an experience and i would never go to this salon again.

Some may call me picky but.. every single nail is uneven.. pictures don’t show it too bad.. I asked for coffin. And some of my nails just look like blobs. Definitely won’t be back.

I have been going at this location for at least 6 months. This is my first review. This is the only professional nail destination I have ever went and do not plan to go anywhere else. Clean, neat, and great ethic with the public and me. I recommend to visit them anytime. Walk in are welcome.

They were horrible. My nails are all jagged and nail polish is sloppy. Plus it took them forever to do this mess. I will never go there again!!

The prices here r inexpensive and I can absolutely see why!!!! I took 2 of my 3 daughters there to get their nails done and we literally got into the car to leave and one of my girls nails broke and the other daughter had 2 nails with smudged fingernail polish on them SMH 🤦🤦. I have posted the pics of my daughters nails on this review so u can honestly see what I am talking about.

DONT GO HERE, PLEASE. I went here, even though someone in my family warned me not too because there is suspicious activity that goes on in this store. One of the ladies that works there, short hair, drives a black vehicle, (idk if she owns the store or not) kept yelling at the employees (mostly the Asian employees, but kept being nice to me. She just kept turning it on and off like a switch being nice to me and then 2 seconds later giving an evil look at one of the other employees. I even saw behind a random curtain her getting into a fight with a random dude in one of the back rooms. I wanted to leave but I was frozen in fear. He left a few minutes later and just kept laughing extremely loudly staring at me and the other customers I cant say for sure but I think he was on drugs. Oh and not that I would go back here anyways but if youre wondering how my nails turned out they actually looked pretty good until a day later they started feeling itchy and a little sore and then a day after that I noticed bleeding under the nails and one of my nails was actually black and a little green.I called the cops on them and they said they would look into it, that was a month ago, Im not trying to put them out of business, but I just want people who are planning on going there know what theyre getting themselves into.

Wanted nails painted only. No gel because of uv light. Acted like I was crazy because it wouldnt last as long as gel. I know that and Im paying. Do what I want. They did a good job and nails lasted 5 days. Pretty good for polish.

First time visit today after leaving my normal place because for the second time in a row I waited over an hour and wasnt even spoke to. They did a very good job on my nails and pedicure. Didnt have to wait long and the prices were very good!!!

I cant speak about nails...but I will say that my wife has literally tried every single nail salon in Bristol, and she will ONLY go to U.S. Nails. I go there for maintenance pedicures since pedis are cheaper than doctor visits to get toenails cut out. The staff is super nice, and they are always really good to us. We just witnessed some ghetto rich (its tax refund time) rhinoceros of a woman start running her mouth to other customers about you better watch them, theyll mess your nails up if you dont watch closely. The staff kept calm and took good care of her, despite her rude ignorance. These folks are awesome, and I will go nowhere else.

I walked in they said what you need. I said a shellac manicure. They said nothing. I go and sit down 20 minutes later still havent said anything. I said can I look at some colors for shellac manicure. They point to them. I go get them and pick my color. Wait about 10 more minutes and then they tell me to sit in a different chair. I wait 10 more minutes in that chair. Then finally a lady comes over to do my nails doesnt speak to me the entire time and leaves dust on my nails and puts the shellac on top. Will never be back to this place ever again!!!!!!!!!!!

Had my nails done here 3 times. Every time very sloppy work. Tips are put on crooked and always too big for my nail. Gel is put on too wide and onto my finger which makes nails pop off in less than a week. Didnt ask me how long, just took off snipping them off. Never again would I go back. Worst looking nails ive ever seen. I wouldnt recommend this salon to nobody.

This has got to be the most disgusting place there is in Bristol. Seriously !!First inkling - no liners inside the basins.I went in today to have a pedi.Buff guy obviously loves using the electric filer (you know the one to shape nails with) HELL NO !!Took out my own file from my own purse 🤷‍♀️Shavers, bottled items, dunked inside the basin to rinse them off (he’s very comfortable doing so & very open about HIS SANITARY WAYS) hmph made me wonder how many others “feet” & “crud” was dunked in my own water ?!Im not a germ freak, I am however taking my hard earned money to PAY someone else to do a clean and sanitary pedi...... I even take MY OWN POLISH !!Yessss I got up and left quickly.

I go every two weeks consistently. I love them ! Theyre really sweet & they give me hellllla good deals because I go so much. Theyre by far my favorite place to go 😊😊😊

If I could give less than a 1 star I would. Absolute worst place ever. They completely rushed through my pedicure and my manicure which was not even a manicure she just painted my nails basically while I sat in the pedicure chair. I will not ever go back there it was me and my daughter what a waste no wonder it is so cheap!!!!!

My daughter went today, she came out with bleeding fingers. The nails looked terrible. She had to go to another nail salon and pay to have them fixed.

This place was so bad, he didnt properly clean things. He was more interested in the football game, super rude. My nails were ugly, the top coat turned brown so I had to redo them bc it looked like my nails were dirty.

This place was just okay. There was no liner in pedicure basin and the guy that shaped my toenails cut my toe with the nail file. Couldn’t stop thinking about how unsanitary it was.. Probably won’t be back.
