I didnt catch the name of the nail tech but she did a great job on my nails! I chose a full set ombre, which she nailed it! The ombre is blended beautifully!4/5 stars because even though my nails look great, I noticed the place could use some cleaning...such as the nail stations, the walls, and some dusting. The techs all seem to talk amongst themselves but they appeared friendly, just not so chatty with their clients but amongst themselves. Also, my nails look fabulous but the tech that helped me filed my nails a bit too much and my thumb started bleeding. She apologized after I noticed. But all in all, she was friendly! I will come back. I came as a walk in and was helped right away. I was in and out within an hour

The staff there is really talented. Ive gone three times with a photo on my phone and they can always recreate it perfectly. This rating is purely based on the result of my nails. The staff and the place isnt the classiest, but it doesnt matter to me.

Got my nails done with the dip powder and not even an hour later the nail chipped off completely and a day later all the other nails are chipping off I get my nails done with the dip all the time and I’ve never had such bad wear as they are from this place

Kim, and Tony as far as I know are good. I had some one different and I got a pedicure and the next day my cuticles got infectedBlisters on three of my toes. The tools arent disinfected

The tools the use are not clean my toe got infected and it took months to recover from this. So if your smart ask whoever does your nails to clean the tools in front of you.

I have gotten my nails done here for a bit some time and I absolutely love it. I recommend to get them done with Loan.

My experience was bad I went in for a full set of chrome nails. Paid $53 left happy but then barley a week later the chrome started chipping badly! So I called went in today to get them fixed for free. Not even 3 hrs of shopping and digging in my purse the chrome is already rubbing off the top that was just fixed 🤦🏼‍♀️👎🏼🤬 they use cheap products obviously 🙄 I have had chrome nails before that never rubbed off or chipped! I would never go back to this place HUGEEE mistake! Plus they told me it happens sometimes uhhh no it shouldn’t! 🤷🏼‍♀️😤

If i could rate this no star i would. The first time i whent i got acrylics and the lady rushed thru them didnt do them correctly and left them unevenly cut the second time i got a manicure because i thoughy no one can ruin a manicure well they did she painted my nails unevenly left some just half way painted DO NOT COME HERE find a better place were they actually care about there customer.

I went for a fill and pedicure.... They did my pedicure first and the lady cut my toe to the point where it was seriously bleeding and she was not able to control it...... I had to ask for supplies to take care of the bleeding... She jus walked off and left me sitting there in the spa chair, still bleeding, then told me to leave, STILL BLEEDING!!! THROUGH WALMART!!!! WOW ... I then asked for the manager, who ended up being the same person that caused my bleeding...I then sat there for over an hour waiting for the Owner, who then proceeded to tell me his employee that did that to me said I was disgruntle!!!!! And she didnt want to finish because I made her nervous!!!!The other patrons confirm that his employee was lieing, and only then would he allow the pedicure to continue with extra special care....Upon finishing up my pedicure he THE OWNER informed me that no one was willing to do the fill on my nails because Im trouble.... !!!!!This was only my 2nd time there ... My first visit was awesome 💞💗💞.... Reason for going back...Did not realize the depth of how uncaring the facility was until they tried to kick me out into Walmart still bleeding... Please dont ever go here..... Walmart needs to get them out of the store ASAP.....

Bad experience I took my 16 year old daughter in for her first time getting her nails done 💅 and the guy that did them is an older man with glasses did a horrible job I wasn’t able to wait in their with her since is so small and when she was done the nails were shorter than what I had told him I’m thinking he file them to low and we asked for coffin shape did not look like coffin and he also left a lump on one of the nails and when I told him he told my daughter be careful their wet I told him it wasn’t the nail polish and he goes and gets the nail polish and just paints over the lump I had to tell him to redo it and fix it and he gave me this face I even asked him why were the nails so short if I payed the extra 5$ for coffin horrible if I can give 0 stars ⭐️ I would I payed $27 for crappy nails crappy

The lady that did our nails rushed thru them cut our fingers up left acrylic all over our fingers under our nails and was just rude.. Me and my girls will be finding a place to do out nails..

Yes exactly what someone else on here said don’t ignore the warning signs I went in without reading comments first and the lady did a horrible job on my nails she also only painted my toes she didn’t even give me a full pedi and I went in as a appointment worst service ever 👎👎 also got gels on fingernails they were uneven I’m so upset with this place they are bad !!😠😡
