I went in yesterday for a full set and they are beautiful. I will go back with my tech for fills/new sets. I chose to not reveal my name to avoid confrontation. During girl/girls went on about a few reviews. I found it unappealing and in no way professional. This location did not handle it appropriately from my eyes. Its hard to find a spot with great work, but its missing positive attitude and acceptance to fix the wrongs theyve made.

I had an appointment at 10am, got greeted and seated right away. Everything was so clean and everyone was very professional 💅🏽💕

They take excellent care of their customers. This Nail Lounge is immaculate and they are very nice and professional. Be prepared to spend between 65 and 120 depending on your selections.

Correction & Update! I am backing up my daughter in law with this review. Waste of money for negative vibes and bad service. I’ve been a few times since they opened. I can say there is no lies in the negative reviews about the owner and how unprofessional she is. She has made me feel so rushed and annoyed that she’s had to work on me because someone quit. She’s changed my appt on the booking app without asking me if it was ok. So glad my og Nail tech got me in because you can tell this salon owner doesn’t love what she does. The one time the owner wasn’t there while I got my nails done was definitely a better vibe.

Not coming back. Even though both women who did my Acrylics and Gel Pedicure were very sweet my nails started falling off clean by day 3!! The gel on my toes started peeling at 6 days. This has never happened to me before. Way over priced for the quality as well. Nails looked unprofessional. Please update the equipment and get some massage chairs for the Pedicures.

You scheduled an appointment with a $20 deposit and still have you waiting more then 20 min !! Never gain

They need to take customer service classes and some telephone etiquettes. You can be unprofessional and still have great customer service skills that make you want to go back.This is their downfall. After giving my deposit, I tried to reschedule just under 24 hours. (23 hours and 23 mins to be exact!! ) But nope, I couldnt use the deposit to reschedule for 2 days later, even though I still wanted to do business with them, they lost a client over $20.00. I guess they needed the money more than I did. Smh🤦‍♀️

They are clean and friendly. They do a great job and the quality is beyond any other place I have been.

Great shop to be in for service. Will definitely be going back again. Everyone is friendly and makes sure you receive what you like from your service. Pedicure was marvelous and would highly recommend getting one.

I love it here. Its so beautiful, classy, warming and comfortable. They also got wedding packages ect. And a kids part for mommy n daughter time. I absolutely love it. I highly reccomend this place.
