Terrible customer service. I picked put a picture of nails that they have done at their shop asked for nails to be done by the person who did them because I got the picture off of the pictures posted by them . They said okay . Showed me the lady who did them said shed be right with me never came . Had a different man do my nails who was constantly messing up so my nails took over 3 hours. I even showed the manager the picture of what I asked for they said they wanted to charge me over 100$ for something I didnt even get dont right. The heart is clearly supposed to be blue not black and wheres my gold ? No accommodation on fixing it at all. Im editing this, I was able to find out the girl who actually did these nails Is actually from Florida they are STEALING HER PICTURES .

I was here a month ago. Owner doesnt wear mask and doesnt tell anyone else to the salon was FULL and half the ppl had there mask hanging from one ear or not at all

I got the Royal pedicure and the lady doing mine didnt do my cuticles and didnt file my toenails.. she pretty much soaked my feet and painted them. Dug her nails into my leg when giving me my massage.. was the worst pedicure, I have ever gotten. For as much money as it was it should have been way better. Never again will I go here.

Wasn’t to happy about my experience. I went to Lucy and she did a good job and upon talking I told her it was my birthday. She then told me if I could show ID and prove it was my birthday then I could get 15% off for my birthday. However upon trying to give me the 15% off she her manager came over asking to see my ID as well and I showed him and then he told me I can’t get 15% off if I haven’t signed up for their emails and once I sign up for emails I would have to wait until next year. It would have been better if the 15% wasn’t mentioned at all. If you tell a customer that you will do something it is professional to keep your word and next time make sure everyone is on the same page so the mishap won’t happen again. Definitely wasn’t happy.

Loved this place ! I wish I knew the ladys name who did my nails but she did such a good job. My nails are naturally shaped funny but she made them look so good and so normal. Not too bulky and the shape is just to die for!

Love coming here and getting my nails done by Joanna! She is so kind and funny! Everyone here works really well together. They get busy sometimes so I recommend making an appointment, but they do take walk-ins.

They really make a point to clean and cut the cuticles. I like that

I walked in on a Saturday, mid-day with no appointment and didn’t have to wait at all which was nice. I decided to get a full acrylic set for the first time in years and showed my nail tech a picture of what I wanted. She did a good job with the design considering it was pretty abstract. Definitely would recommend!

I came cause of reviews but I was very uncomfortable and felt judged. I think its rude when they are working on you and speak all loud and in their language and then start laughing. I couldnt relax and enjoy, which was the reason why I went in the first place. Another one of the ladies kept starring and was very uncomfortable. I gave it 2 stars because they did an ok job except the pedicure, no way! It is too much $ and job was nit well done for all those extras I supposedly paid for. I guess I was expecting a better attitude from all the great reviews. I was sad actually because I was hoping to find my spot.

They made sure we were comfortable and they did a great job me and all my family go to them and they welcome us nicely. -Andy

Nancy is really good. I get dipping powder which is not as popular in Bakersfield, so finding someone thats good at that was hard.

I always have a great experience at Crown Royal. Prices are fair enough and they always do a great job with my nails. Staff is friendly, salon is clean and organized, and service is consistent. I’ve been a patron for about 4 years. I won’t go anywhere else.Tip: Paul is a freaking sweetheart and does an amazing job on pedicures.

The owners are very welcoming! Josie my pedicure was to die for!!! My feet was very pretty aftwerwards. I recommend calling for an appointment unless your regular! Fair prices and social distance safety measures. I will definitely recommend namcy for acrylic full set. My 💅 and toes are to cute thanks CRYSTAL....

I get my pedicures here often and love it every time. No issues and no peeling or lifting of gel.

I just got my nails done and I hate them so much!!! I paid $50 for lumpy unchanged nails. They left nail polish all over my fingers and didn’t even bother to clean it up. He also cut my finger and throughout the whole process he didn’t tell me to clean my hands he just dusted the excess debris off. No to add that he didn’t even paint my whole nail. There are spots that a way thicker than my other fingers. We will not be returning! 😡

The young lady to get my manicure/ pedicure did it very well, yet I felt so rushed I dont like feeling rushed out & it was jammed packed up in there.

They charge you more than the price listed on their menu.

When I arrived at the shop the owner had to retrieve her keys to unlock the door creating a Fire hazard as there was no way to open the door until someone found the keys. The person that was scheduled to do my nails was 45 minutes late.She was very rough and caused me a lot of pain when I grimaced she smiled. The end result was very thick goofed on white tips that look like they were done with A white out pen the nails were not shaped correctly they basically look horrible and it cost me $70 even though I chose the cheaper choice on the menu I will never go back there again and I would never recommend this place I will drive all the way to Pismo Beach to have my nails done there because they are done perfect at superior nails I’m very disappointed in the waste of money and time I spent at the shop.

I was hesitant on coming here again because they’ve messed my nails up before. Although, I’m so happy I did! Nancy did a great job and gave great service.

I’ve been trying out different salons after the one I went to religiously burnt down. None have really wowed me, until this one. I was drawn to this salon because of the reviews, and it really lived up to the hype! Kim was absolutely fantastic. She was patient, knew exactly what I was asking for, and really took her time with my nails. My nails turned out beautiful. 10/10 and will be returning when I need my fill. 😊

Best nails salon in the area! Always get exactly what I ask for and can’t beat the price. The manager always made sure I’m satisfied with my nails and toes. My mom chipped her polish once before and they had us come in and fixed her nails free of charge. Excellent service!!!

Used to go here all the time. Had great service. Today I got only half of what I asked for. How can you forget the mani when that the first thing you asked for. Second place to do this. Totally disappointed. Have never had this happen here before. Always recommended before not now.

I would highly recommend getting a pedicure here. They were very thorough and you get a lot for your money. The standard pedicure comes with hot stones! They even give you a quick neck massage while youre drying. This is my new favorite place to get a pedicure!!

Im a pretty simple girl when it comes to manicures but Im not going to lie I was pretty displeased with the my technician. My spa pedicure was amazing as well as that Tech. However, I felt my manicure was rushed, application wasnt smooth at all & it was just dry service.

I even brought my daughter came in here to get her nails done. The owner, reached out to have me come back and Im glad I went! They are very experienced! AND took wonderful care of me throughout the appointment. Big roomy pedicure chairs. Im completely satisfied! And felt wonderful!

Took 5 hours to get my nails done but only because they was short on staff but it was so worth it.

I have been been going to Crown Royal Nails and Spa for pedicures for almost ten years and I have never had a bad experience. They really get after those callouses! I went there today with the ugliest feet I’ve ever owned. I asked for the Pearl Pedicure, which includes everything from the paraffin treatment to warm stones to extra scrubs and intense moisturizers. A pleasant gentleman worked on my feet for more than two hours and made them beautiful. Crown Royal is not by any means the cheapest in town — but with pedicures, as with so many other things, you get what you pay for.

My wife brought me here last year and since then I’ve been coming here every 3 weeks. They give best pedicures. Everybody is really nice and attentive

I got the Royal mani and pedi, which was the best experience that I had ever had! Paul knew exactly how to take care of me and made sure that I enjoyed the entire experience! I really did feel like royalty!!! Will definitely be coming back again!!!!

I’ve been going to this nails salon for over 2 years. This is my go to nails place. I often get complement on my nails and people ask where I get them done. Nails tech here are extremely friendly and do excellent jobs. Refuse to go anywhere else

I was there for a pedicure, and masks were not being enforced at ALL.There was a man waiting with a crying child for his wife and he was walking all around the entire salon without his mask on and the owner said nothing . You’d think they would also limit the capacity of people being allowed inside .I felt really unsafe and will unfortunately not be going back .

I get a pedicure once, sometimes twice a year. This time I got my daughter and me both pedicures and manicures. I saw online in the reviews that hot stones come with the regular pedicures. I thought, oh nice!! Mmhmmm... After $170 (+$15 for tip totalling $185), Im QUITE dissatisfied and will never use them again. We got them done Thursday, today is the following Tuesday (5 days) theyre chipped and peeling off 🤦😒 I got my daughter the normal Mani/pedi. Their menu says $5 more for nail art. She wanted sunflowers on her fingers on top of a blue base, we even showed them a picture, but the guy in charge said itd be $10 more since she wanted art on each finger... Wow, I think they took me on that b/c their menu doesnt specify $1/ finger, it says $5 extra for nail art!! They turned out looking like the Walmart sign! The 🙄 girl doing my nails was rushed by this guy to get done and start a pedi on another customer (even though I had an appointment and was paying a lot of money!!!) He told her hed do the art on my fingers, just to hurry up and go to the other. I didnt get the full 20 minutes massage that I purchased and youd think that if hot stones came with the regular one itd come with the best one they have too. It didnt. I told the gent doing the pedi that I have fibromyalgia, so my legs are tender, I had to ask him to please massage softer, but he either didnt care or didnt understand 🤷 I wouldnt be as dissatisfied had I been charged $80 at most... See, they also charge extra for gel, they say because it lasts 3 weeks, try 3 days!!! Never again!!!

The lady at the front desk was incredibly nice to me and my friend when we went in to get our nails done for formal yesterday. I felt a little bit forced into getting acrylics because we only went in for a mani pedi, and they ended up cutting off my real nails to put them on so that was a bit of a downer. But needless to say, my nails looked beautiful for last night and I would not mind coming here again
