TERRIBLE COMPANY, Horrible Service- DO NOT BUY PRODUCT FROM THEM!!!! I ordered product from them 12/3 and my card was charged immediately. I received a notice it was shipped on 12/14. I requested to cancel on 12/22 after I still hadnt received (primarily ordered colors for Christmas) and was told I couldnt cancel since the package already shipped. I was told it was received in my mail box sometime there after and I never received. Then I was told in order to receive a refund or replacement I had to file a claim with the post office, which I attempted to do however since this company doesnt send their products priority, USPS doesnt allow you to file a claim. I did a package trace, which was the only option, and have still yet to hear anything. They then offered to send a replacement package, I could then return for a refund. The replacement was shipped on 1/6 and I received on 1/12. I contracted COVID-19 and was very ill at this point so once I was healed enough to request a refund on 1/25 and again on 2/8. On 2/9, I was then told I am unable to request a refund on a replacement package. These people do nothing but lie and each person that responded gave me conflicting information. This is an awful company to do business with and I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL COMPANIES THAT ARE IN THIS INDUSTRY TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND DONT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT!!!!

Looking at the reviews noticed some lady ranting about a turnaround and deadlines. Ha. I shopped here looking for gel products for my wife for christmas. Got the big lamp.. a few gel polishes... the mermaid rub on and silver chrome rub on. The lamp works like a lamp. Wife was happy that her whole hand works at once. Thumb and all... the worst part about the gels was the seemingly unlimited color options. The color change (ambre) was her favorite. Red normal but in the freezing air it instantly turns black. She loved everything then ordered more. Dont really understand the few amount of reviews but so far so good. ..

I love their dip powder!

Terrible customer service and they cannot meet their promised turnaround. Not even the maximum timeline they provide on their website.
