Eladott is great. We just finished out our second year renting from them and they were nothing short of amazing. They responded quickly to emails, maintenance requests, and they were very easy to work with.I would definitely recommend renting from one of their properties.

Jen and her team were incredibly responsive and kind in their property management throughout our lease with Eladott. Their maintenance crew was also very reliable and kept up with any issues (usually small) that came up. Especially this year with the pandemic and other hardships that came by, they were always willing to listen and reasonably work with their tenants! Even months after our lease together was over and I had moved away, they remained just as quick in their communications, helping me with documents/references that I needed to move again from a tough living situation. High recommend for their professionalism and quality of their units.

Hands down the best property management company in Ann Arbor. My wife and I were in A2 for three years while she attended U of M. We started with another rental company and then Eladott bought our building. The improvement in service was almost immediate. Fast maintenance workers, good communication from Jen the owner and her team whenever they were doing something to the building, and never a problem with rent. When my wife graduated, we did a walk through on the apartment and there was no issues on the final condition, rent, or deposit. Ive rented from a lot of places over the years, and cannot say enough good things about Eladott. Before you rent from someone else, you owe it to yourself to see if they have vacancy and shop them first. They take care of their property and their renters.

Ive rented with Eladott for a while and they have been great throughout. They were particularly welcoming when they became our landlord. They have always been attentive and helpful when needed. Their maintenance crew is spectacular and solved any issues we encountered during our years there. I would definitely rent with them in the future.

Jen and the whole team at Eladott are responsive and wonderful. They took over the building we lived in from another company a couple of years ago and weve been thrilled they did. They are kind and thoughtful professionals who met all of our needs (even if they may have seemed trivial) without exception. These are good people - you cant go wrong if youre looking to rent from them.

I have rented from Jen for the past two years but due to COVID my time in Ann Arbor is coming to an end. Jen and the entire team at Eladott are very genuine people that have made a lasting impression on the way rental companies should handle their tenants needs. Jen & Allie always communicate to us with a very positive attitude and to the point responses. The maintenance team arrives within 24 hours of making a request. All around great experience!

I cannot recommend Eladott enough! We had an absolutely great experience renting from Jen and the rest of the team for the past year. Never has a landlord cared so much about our needs. They were extremely accommodating, responsive, and friendly every step of the way, especially as we were figuring out whether or not we could move during COVID. If you want to trust that your landlord has your best interest in mind, you’ve gotta choose Eladott!

Jen was incredible! She took over and handled the whole process for me when selling a rental property I owned. She arranged showings around the tenants schedules, arranged for minor property repairs and cleaning before showings, negotiated early move out with the tenants and a sales price well above asking in a short period of time. Shes super easy to work with, thorough and professional, it was a pleasure to work with her!

Eladott took over my building while I lived there and handled the transition WONDERFULLY. So much better than past leasing agencies.When I graduated and moved back to my home-state, Jen found a subleaser for my apartment which saved me about 3 months rent that I wouldve just had to eat. Ive never had a landlord do something like that for me.Jen and the rest of the Eladott Crew were excellent as landlords for me and even better at managing my process of moving out and recouping my deposit, which COULDVE been like pulling teeth, since, again, they had only just taken over my building.Very pleased. Would rent from them again.

Eladott was the best landlord I’ve had by far in Ann Arbor. Jen was super helpful and responsive for any issue that we had at any time of day. They were incredibly accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home.I’ve told my friends who rent from other landlords how well Eladott treats us, and they’re always taken aback. I never thought that I’d feel the need to review a landlord online, but the experience with Eladott was so uniquely great that I felt compelled to let other students and potential tenants know.

By far the worst landlord I had while living in Ann Arbor. The owner, Jen, constantly made promises that she would not keep. On top of that she touts that you can reach her at any time, but my roommate and I had to wait months for her to respond on numerous occasions.The language this company uses in correspondence with its tenants is completely unprofessional.Do not rent from this company, there are better options in Ann Arbor.I am adding clarification to statements made by the owner in response to my review so this review will show that it has been edited:Updates were made to the apartment 2 months before our lease ended. All of the updates made were at the request of the owner, not us. These renovations were only made to increase the ability of the owner to rent out the unit. She boasted to potential tenants on tours about all of the renovations that were going to be made before an agreement had been made. We had asked the owner to replace the carpets because they were damaged before we moved in, but she said she didn’t have time.Free housing and rent credit are standard practices when the owner is making renovations to an apartment. This things were not favors as they were implied in her reply.The owner made an ambiguous deal with my roommate and I, which, in hindsight, we mistakenly agreed to. When I questioned Jen about the ambiguous deal that was made, she told us, “I don’t have time for this drama.” My roommate responded in a way to deescalate the situation, not to defend her.As a part of the agreement, Jen agreed to pay for the full DTE energy bill for the month of July. This was agreed upon because of the excessive energy use during renovations. Furthermore Jen backed out of the agreement by only paying for 50% of the DTE energy.I parked in the parking lot for free because I had sent several emails to the owner asking for a parking permit to which she did not respond for 6 months.I am not a miserable person, I just don’t like people who think they can take advantage of others.Edit #2: I have added a screenshot of the landlords original reply to my review.

Jen, is AMAZING! We worked with Jen for over a year looking for our first home. She was honest, helpful, caring and truly looked out for us through out the whole process. From meeting us after work (sometimes 8pm), to looking at houses for us via Facetime (to save us the hour drive with kids), the list could go on! Trusting Jen to help us purchase our first home was the best thing that we could have done, we have an amazing house and a smart investment.
