One of the most unprofessional people Ive ever spoken with. My car broke down on the side of the road and in less than an hour was taken by this company. It took multiple hours to find the car due to their slowness at updating the system. We had to report the car stolen to the cops for them to locate it. They stated they did not call the car in the city did not ask for the car to be towed.When we finally contacted someone at lakeside towing We spoke with someone who said they were a manager and they were extremely rude to us. Well trying to explain the situation to them we were on speaker phone because we were in a vehicle trying to find our car. The man on the phone started to freak out and scream that we were screaming at him. We were not screaming we have no reason to scream We were not even arguing with him We were simply trying to inform him what the police had said and answer all of his questions.He seemed to be having a really upset day. When trying to provide feedback that it was not professional to scream at us and accuse people of screaming as well as inform him that we were using speakerphone to try and explain why it might have been louder He made fun of us Said he was the only person we could speak with and that he didnt care about bad feedback and then hung up the phone.I dont like leaving bad reviews and Im happy to change this if the owner or real supervisor wants to reach out I just dont appreciate the lack of understanding of being and allowed situation on a speakerphone and being made fun of for trying to communicate the truth as well as answer the questions that your employee asked.

They gave us issues since the morning saying theyll let us grab our license out the truck that was towed. Later on they said it waa going to be an issue since the cars not under our name.. when they had said as long as were under the insurance. The guy never gave us a name or anything but long story short they have the wrong address online and because of that theyre “done with us” and “the truck will be released to yal tomorow “ knowingly they are going to want to charge us an overnights pay! Would leave no stars if i could

Lakeside did a great job of coordinating a tow quickly at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

The staff were super sweet and helpful. Normally I have a hard time at tow lots but honestly was the least stressful tow lot visit Ive ever experienced. Amazing!

Employees are rude as hell. very unhelpful and act like you are a hassle for coming in. Dont let your car get towed here. Fat bald guy was the worst customer service person I have ever seen in my life.

I’d love to give a bad review because my car was towed for no reason, but it wasn’t the staff or this company’s fault, and they were very quick and kind, and easy to work with.

These were super friendly, and even though i bugged them a lot about the requirements i need to recover my stolen vehicle, they were very helpful in answering all my questions.Just a little backstory: my car was stolen in California, and insurance wouldnt cover the transport and retrieval of the vehicle because of certain conditions of the vehicle in the time it was stolen. It was recovered by police and it ended up here at Lakeside Towing. I had called Fabio many times, because: flying in from another state, i wanted to make sure i have all the documents i need to have my vehicle released to me.I was prepared, he told me everything i needed to get my car released (fees, papers, ID, etc) and i was pretty much confident that i can get my car back when i show up.Form VSF011 is the form you will need. Getting that notarized 72 hours prior to retrieving the vehicle makes things a whole lot smoother.Fabio was so kind. Coming from California, i wasnt used to the weather at the time i arrived (it was in the 30s). He had quickly got the payment, the receipt and the paperwork done quickly (cutting into their lunch, too) so i can get in my car and have the heater turned on. He even moved the car in front of me so i can be on my way.

Expensive as hell almost lost my van

Thank you Fabio for helping me out in a difficult time! He pretty much rescued me from the middle of the highway, gave me a ride, and gave me tons of advice on how to resolve the issue. Thankful for Fabio, couldn’t have asked for anyone better.

I have a towing company and I went to pick up there, the man who drives one of the tow trucks is the most rude that I have met, he treats people very badly, I had an encounter with him for speaking improperly to me, eating them when they go there and He is present, go prepared for everything, I think I will not have to return to that place again 🤬🤬🤬

I was distraught about my accident and in paying for my transfer, Fabio made my weekend better. Thanks for the advise and encouragement. GOD bless!

My car was towed and I my job is trying to help me get my car out of this companys property. While coming here for the second time to get some financial information so I can pay for the fee to get my property, a guy was very aggressive, inconsistent and rude towards me. I have written documentation about the car being mine from the owner... one guy let me get my stuff out of the car and the other dude guy wouldnt give me accurate financial information so I can pay them.. told me a sign with vague charges was public but when I told him I wouldnt give him my keys to the car he became really aggressive and hostile... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, inconsistent & un integral. I felt that he was going to exert force to try and get me off the property when I just wanted payment information. He took a photo copy of my ID without my permission. One of the employees broke the law, his words, and this other guy was very rude and unprofessional.

To: lakeside towing. Specifically to MANNY DEJESUS! First of all they did not allow me to tow my vehicle to my residents. For X reason. Then when i asked why I cant he said i quotebacause its totaled i was shooken up so thought nothing of it. Then later realized when i called my insurance they where to ask where the vehicle should b towed.THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION! THEY ARE THE WORST !!!!! CANNLT STRESS THAT ENOUGH!!!!!

Towed the wrong vehicle

Charged me $289 and they had my vehicle less than 4 hours and then and then made me call another wrecker to pull it out of their yard... Contracted with the city whos related to the chief of police.... Total snake pit
