Needed a truck last minute and they were available, fast, friendly and great prices.

Site needs to make people aware that U-Haul is INSIDE of Ace Hardware! We were going in circles and caught a glimpse of U-Haul trucks in the back of Ace!! Conor was very patient and truly helpful...THANKS CONOR!

Most of the negative reviews have been removed. I should have believed them. Kathleen in the store was very nice and helpful. She answered all my questions and set us up for a truck, everything explained very well. I leave the store thinking I’m all set. Then a random call from a uhaul rep. They don’t have a truck now, unless I want to wait till a day I didn’t plan on needing it. No other solutions offered just take it on another day or leave it. It’s a very poorly run business. I’d recommend Penske, I had a much better experience with them. Dump Uhaul!!!
