Willie was the driver for transporting my truck to the repair shop. He was on-time for the scheduled pickup and drop-off, called me and confirmed he had the correct addresses, and was overall very professional and made the situation very easy. I was not able to be there when he made the pickup and drop-off, and he handled it all with no issue at all. When I called roadside Assistance Austin and gave them the necessary details I got a spare tire at a favorable price.

I called this morning to get a jump start they told me $69 to pay over the phone and it would be an additional 40-70 depending on what the driver has to do to jump start it. I asked how long it would be, he said within 40min. I gave them my credit card number over the phone...38 minutes later the driver calls me and says it’ll be $199 to come out and he’ll be here in an hour. That’s nearly $100 more than I was quoted.That is deceptive business practices. Don’t use this company. Clearly they’re not transparent and they’re ripping people off. There are honest companies out there, this company isn’t one of them!
