We had scheduled a home pest inspection and there was a mix up about the day. When they weren’t here at the designated time/day we called and received a call back quickly from Ryan who promptly came out and did the inspection. He was very friendly and professional and apologetic for the mix up. We were very pleased with the service we received and plan to use them in the future for preventative services.

The technician immediately identified the problem as carpenter ants, provided a solution, and scheduled the service. Everything was quickly and efficiently completed, so I am very satisfied with the service overall. They also provided termite protection service at a very reasonable price. We are very happy that we don’t have to worry about damage to our new (old) house.

I was told the technician would arrive between 2:00 and 3:00. He pulled up to my house at 1:59. I have never had an appointment with any company where they showed up exactly on time. This was very impressive. But wait, there’s more. Bobby was very nice and let me know what to expect as my roach problem is being resolved and it has been exactly as he said. He showed me how to set up traps and even sprayed the colony under the refrigerator without screaming like my sister did when we tried and failed to get rid of the roaches on our own. I am absolutely satisfied with the service and have already recommended Arrow to a coworker. Thank you!

He was on time, polite, and took care with my new home inside and out. A few weeks after moving in we discovered an ant problem in the kitchen out of the blue. He was able to get out to our home in less than 24 hours. He kept us informed of his arrival time. He took care inside and outside the home again. He was able to find where they have been nesting and treat at the source. He took time to explain to me what exactly he was treating with how it work. Absolutely a gem of the company.. I have been using Arrow for 8 months now and have been nothing but impressed.Punctuality, cleanliness with their work, friendliness with the technician, and the ability to explain why certain products are used and what to expect go a long way.I have had Arrow come back on two occasions between quarterly visits, and it always free of charge, and they are more than happy to do it.I would recommend them to anyone.Our issue was Smokey Brown cockroaches in our North Chattanooga home. Apparently very common in this are. We have seen a dramatic decrease since the first application.

This is not a review of their exterminating service, but rather their billing me even though we never signed up for anything. The prior resident of the home we bought had the termite bait station contract (which I have serious doubts about its effectiveness, but do your own research).The tech came to the property, to inspect the stations. I asked what he was doing, he told me. I explained were the new owners and wont be continuing the $350/yr contract. He got my name, and said no problem.Since then we have gotten 3 to 4 bills (with MY name) for $350/yr to renew it. Not an offer, but a you owe this. We called several times, and the last time the lady said theyd stop billing us once they remove the bait stations, which will be next month.???How many people pay this bill not knowing what their rights are?Again, I dont know the quality of their work, this review should not be used for that, its just the billing aspect Im giving 3 stars for.Edit: added a star back. Their manager reached out, scheduled a visit the next day to remove the stations and says the bills should stop. I appreciate the follow through.

I chose Arrow over the rest of the pack over their high reviews. I guess reviews can be misleading.They came out promptly and did an initial treatment which costs more than the rest of the following treatments. Before leaving the exterminator came back in to inform me of all he did including going into my crawl space and spraying, as well as going around all of my trees with treatment. This was the beginning of June. It’s now the middle of July. There has been absolutely no change in the pests in and around my house. I’m still killing the occasional bug in the house. The tree he applied pellets around has a wireless camera attached to a round hollow mount. I pulled it off to move it yesterday and huge winged ants came pouring out of it. After further inspection there were ants all over the tree. Then I found another type of ant making a pathway straight up onto my new roof and onto the porch. Smoky brown roaches and spiders appear to be throwing a bachelor party on the side of my house as well.Having remodeling done to my house I had to enter the crawl space a couple of weeks after the exterminator did.....spiders everywhere! No exaggeration.The failed attempt to keep the pests at bay isn’t the worst part of my experience with Arrow. After coming out of the crawl space around a month ago I called them to complain about the issue. The lady who answered said they would get in touch with me on their first working day. Strangely This was a Friday around noon. Either way it’s mid July and I’m still waiting to hear from them.I’ve gotten several bills mailed to me since then. Their billing department seems to have an A-game going on there!So I called them yesterday morning to tell them my dissatisfaction with the failed service and bad communication and was told a manager would promptly call me back. Again that was yesterday....still waiting.The bill keeps comin though. I’ve had at least 3 mailed to me. $125. At this point I don’t want them to come back out and redo the failure, I don’t want to deal with the hassle of trying to communicate with them over and over, and I sure don’t want to give them any money for nothing. It’s the equivalent of writing out a $125 check to a homeless guy that ignored you the day before.It’s sad, my initial impression of pest control was that I’d call them and from then on I’d never have to worry about any pests or the hassle of them again. Just send a check every few months. How nice!The exact opposite is what I appear to have got.******P. S. I’ve just read the response from the owner. It says to give them my address and information So they can address the issue.....funny.... If you read my review it reads that I did that exact thing YESTERDAY!!!!!!Think about this folks. You have to give a negative review to get any response or communication from them (other than getting a bill). If your company did what they said they would do (get in touch with me promptly) you would find me wouldn’t you? How many times do I have to give my information out to a professional company to get the complete satisfaction you claim to give? Absurd in my opinion. You guys get in touch with me this time please. I’m tired of the hassle.*****update******So after not receiving a callback from them for yet another week I caved and decided to call again. After speaking with a manager he asked to resolve the situation doing anything it takes. In my mind it took me being able to walk away to make it right, which is what they did.I’m giving them another star because I do believe they were sincere about wanting to fix the situation and honest about totally “dropping the ball” on this particular instance. But having to contact them 3x and a bad review to get a response is just too far past the line for me.

Prior owners of our house had initiated a protection plan with Arrow. Since we moved in 3 years ago Arrow has 1. Failed to provide us with any information as to what their services provide and cover us against 2. Failed to notify us as to when they would be trespassing onto our property to provide said services we never asked for. 3. Failed to provide any sort of customer service other than sending a LARGE bill once a year for the services we never agreed to, have never been informed of, and have never asked to have renewed.I have been thoroughly disgusted with this company on every occasion and their complete lack of interest in their customers. We have received exactly the type of service you would expect from one of these chain/franchise companies and will be switching to an exterminator with at least some shred of integrity as soon as possible.

The sellers of a home we purchased used Arrow Exterminating on 08/11/15 to check the home for termites. Arrow completed the service late, billed the sellers and were paid the full invoice amount. Since that time, Arrow continues to bill the new owners (us) even though they agree to resolve. We never entered into an agreement with Arrow, nor will we ever. The office staff is lacking on follow-up.Regretfully,

One of there drivers almost hit me this morning as he was weaving in and out of traffic. He too the 75/153 exchange doing atleast 80. Called arrow and lisa informed me she couldnt help me.

I paid them in April. They came to inspect in July. One guy came and spent 5 minutes. He told me there was water in the crawl space. I told him I installed two sump pump last year and should not have any water. He said maybe something wrong with the pumps. He lied and there was not a single drop of water. He told me that from his memories 2 years ago before I installed the pumps. This company just stole money from customers and does not do the service. I feel bad there was not zero star rating that I can use.

Have used the service for many years, always on time, treatment, both inside and outside, is very good. Also use the termite protection.
