I love coming here! I get gel French pedicures (white tips) every few months, and I usually get a glass of wine or a mimosa while I’m here ☺️. It’s so relaxing, the staff are kind and knowledgeable and have great attention to detail, and my feet always look amazing when I leave! Highly recommend!!

I dont normally write reviews, but this place WRECKED my nails. I came in with gel on natural nails. Instead of soaking it off, the nail tech used the electric file to file it off. When he did that he took half my nail with it, leaving them paper thin. Then I asked him not to cut them and he just went ahead and clipped my nails. The whole time I was telling him it wasnt want I wanted, but it became obvious he didnt understand what I was saying. I couldnt leave half done so I let him finish. I left with short nails and not the color I wanted but I figured since they looked ok, it would be fine. The next day all my nails started to break. It is now a week later and not only is the gel peeling but 4 of my nails have totally broken to the quick. The salon is pretty, but I can recommend the techs.

I have been going to T & S for a long time, around 6 to 7 years. I usually don’t go during the winter for my pedicures but the minute I walk in the door around March, they always welcome me like I had just been there. I love Sue and her crew! I took my daughter to this nail salon to get a very specific design & pattern, a very nice woman named Tren did them exactly the way the picture looked. My daughter was so happy & so was I! I will definitely keep coming here, clean, & friendly staff!

Took my mom to get her nails done for Mothers Day and had a wonderful experience even with them being so busy! Which is great for them. Everyone was so warm and welcoming and they did a great job on my new set and shellac for my mom. They offer beverages, even some adult beverages;) and have margarita Tuesdays! Love this place! :)

Unbelievable how bad it was. i was cut twice, my nails are WAY too long and they are all different sizes. also asked for a coffin shape and got a mix of the almond shape. i asked if she could fix it and she just made it worse. same for my sister. one of the workers looks at my sister nails and laughs saying “they look so cute!” reallyyyy..😐

I was astonish of the terrible work and unprofessional customer service this place provides. Their work and their customer service is awful, go somewhere else to get your nails done. The manager from this place is awful at doing nails. My daughter went to get her nails done and the manager did a horrible, horrible job on her nails. My daughter had several fingers that were cut and bleeding and the work was ugly. When she told them she did not like her nails the manager and her sidekick (girl with a short bad boy haircut who refused to give me her name) started being ugly and disrespectful to her. They removed the ugly work/polish the manager did but also ruined the nails my daughter already had on and then they refused to correct or redo her nails, and to top it off they refused to give us a refund. My daughter left with her nails ruined, no nail polish and several fingers cut and bleeding and they did not seem to care one bit. T&S you should be ashame of yourself. You treated us with disrespect, you took our money & refused to correct your mistakes. Very unprofessional. We will never go back to you & we will never recommend anyone to do business with you.

My husband and I have been getting pedicures at T&S Nails for a few years now. Always friendly, always comfortable, always clean, always a good experience.

I hate negatively reviewing places but this place just does not get SnS right. I got a full set the Saturday before thanksgiving and they were halfway gone by the night before thanksgiving. Third time I’ve been and it’s been that way each time. The shape is always sort of off and the place is awkwardly quiet. Won’t be back.

More upscale nail place. Roommate and I got pedicures. They have organic options and essential oils but for literally twice the price. Depends on whats important to you, I suppose.

I loved going here. They pay attention to detail and make sure that you are being treated well. They are all very sweet and caring. 10 out of 10 service. I would recommend this place to anyone. Best manicure and pedicure EVER!!!🤩

Okay, so my nails look fine, but not great. For some reason, not all of them are shiny and smooth. Some of them came out a little bumpy and dull. Also, they have a dip in the middle even though I specifically asked that we pay attention to that. Plus, it took two hours! Even after I repeatedly told her I had left work to come get my nails done...Two hours. Also, the selection of SNS/dip powder is somewhat limited. Thats all pretty crappy, but the main reason Im not going back to T&S Nails is because they charged me $5 for ONE nail tip. I needed it because I had had one nail repaired and it was still too short to look decent by itself, so I had her replace it. ONE nail tip. FIVE DOLLARS!!! I understand paying $5 to get 10 tips put on, but this was basically unfair. Ive never had this happen ANYWHERE else. It was a serious turnoff especially because I was a BRAND NEW customer. Oh well. On to the next nail salon ...

The inside looks very nice but dont let that fool you. I have only gone there on emergencies and let me just say they are horrible!!!! They charge for a manicure but they never trim cuticles, they dont seem to know how to file. It is unbelievable that they charge for a manicure and really, youre just getting a polish change. I even get massages at other places but not here. Im sorry, but this place sucks.

Ive been coming to see Sue and family since I moved back to Austin in 2011. This is a phenomenal business with great customer service and attention to detail. Now that they relocated further down the road, the venue is even more lovely and the staff just as friendly. Expect attention to detail and high quality service every time!

Didn’t even get my nails done here. I was just waiting for someone and witnessed the worst customer service I have EVER seen. The lady with really short hair is absolutely disgusting. She refused to give her name when she was asked. That should just tell you how professional this place is. Avoid this place at all costs. They do not even do good nails. They cut you and take entirely too long. Try Kims nails or Golden nails instead!

This is not good. I would never go back here nor suggest someone try them out. The place is new. The staff while unorganized, is pleasant. The services... 1 star. The woman who did my pedicure was very sweet but barely touched me. Seriously. She handled my feet like you would a child. I cannot begin to describe it. She barely touched me. It was bizzare. There was zero change to my cuticles. ZERO!! I truly wasted time and money. This has been the worst pedicure of my life. Simply put, I do the exact same job for myself, except I buff and trim my nails. Correct, she did not even do that. Even after I asked her twice. Go to your usual neighborhood spot. This place will not last long.

Been going to this salon for around 10 years. They just opened the new location and it’s beyond beautiful. Love the staff and the quality of work is always amazing.

The pedicure was great the fill and Shellac that was done by the store manager sucks she doesn’t know how to do nails at alI. I had to show her on all of my fingers were she was missing a lot of my nails with the polish, then I still had to pay for them even though I told her I did not like it $73 down the drain won’t ever go there again.

I liked this place when they first opened. Just went back for mani-pedi & now that Im home i am very disappointed. The OPI they used is just melting off my nails, it was bottom of the bottle & very thick when she was applying it. They dont have Zoya polish anymore & now use scratchy cheap towels & minimal tools. Ill go back tomorrow & see if they fix the polish without a hassle. Nice staff but now well see what their customer service is like.

I LOVED old T&S but ever since they’ve moved I’ve had several bad experiences. This last one was $50 wasted. I paid for a gel pedi and the girl didn’t put the finishing clear coat on my right foot. Less than a week went by and the polish turned matte at started fading. I even told her she missed the clear coat and she told me she didn’t. Pedi done on a Sat and this was the following Th.

Clean, relaxing, and they do a great job. I love the customized pedicure menu and the free wine/mimosa.

This has to be the WORST nail salon I’ve ever been to!! It took over 2 hours just to get a gel manicure & I got cut at least 6 times. My finger was literally bleeding when I left. The manager was SO RUDE and UNREASONABLE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

This is a new location and used to be at Brodie and Slaughter now they are at Brodie and Davis. My nails look very good and they have a large selection of gel polishes.

If you don’t wanna get your fingers cut, then I’d choose someplace else
