First, I’d like to say that maybe there are good nail techs here but I’ve been there twice and have gotten Gina both times and I’m afraid she needs more practice. 1) in handling tools without cutting and rubbing actual skin 2) more practice in paint design techniquesAlso, if knowingly she isn’t as skilled as other nail techs, I shouldn’t have to pay the same price for a devalued experience.I also didn’t want to note any names but I feel like other potential customers should know what to expect. She is a very sweet person but I have to be honest.Next time, I will try to get an appointment with the techs that people have good reviews for and hopefully can update my review in the future or else I’m going to find a new nail salon.

I always have such a good experience! The nail techs are always nice and accommodated me even within an hour of closing and always do an amazing job!

I brought my daughter in for her first nail salon experience (she’s only 3 so it was a polish only situation) and I had a pedicure. The lady, Mimi, who was our technician seemed to be in a huge hurry. I had to ask her to go back and scrub my heels because she did a quick sweep over them with a pumice stone and moved on to the fastest massage and scrub ever. I’m thinking maybe she was annoyed because my daughter wanted rainbow colored polish (5 different colors but 1 solid color per nail) and that obviously took more time than she had, or wanted to spend. She literally got up from her chair and walked away when she was done. She never said anything to imply we were done there, she just walked away. It was a crummy experience but I was willing to just learn my lesson and not go back UNTIL I noticed every single one of my daughter’s nails were half peeled away because she didn’t even bother putting a top coat on them. I paid $17 for 2 hours worth of nail polish and now have a sad little girl who is super disappointed that her “fancy princess” nails are a thing of the last. I’m disappointed that I paid $47 + tip (reluctantly)!

You lost a customer today. It’s rare for me to go to nail salons and I just needed a pedicure before my only summer trip. The lady was in such a rush that she cut my toe nails too short and crooked. Her paint work was messy and didn’t cover my entire nail. On top of that, multiple employees wouldn’t accept my $50 birthday gift certificate because it expired during the 2020 pandemic. Horrendous customer service. PS- you need to sweep and vacuum your store. It’s beyond disgusting.

I was very unhappy with my manicure and pedicure, came with a friend for a girls day. Over price charge me 120.oo should not tell them your out of town. Never paid that much. Felt like he was in a hurry to do my nails .Didnt file my nails much at all . Polish didnt even go to end or side of nails. Very disappointed. Cut my friend twice. Would not recommend this place at all. Felt like they was making fun of my dry feet. I have diabetes so of course have very dry feet. Very rude....

I went in to get a pedicure after not having one for over a year and a half. I had a gift card from Dec. 2019. I asked if they would honor it and they said no. I mentioned Covid and on top of that I had cancer, so I couldn’t risk it. They did not care. That’s not good customer service in my opinion. They made $50 and did nothing. I left to get my pedicure somewhere else. I was not going to give them more money. I will not go back.

Clean, relaxing and Lan pays attention to details so I dont have to.

Had an appointment at 2pm. Arrived slightly before that, so we started my nails right at 2pm. I did not leave till 4:13pm. It took over two hours to do a full acrylic set in coffin shape, of a solid color. Mind you, I did not have nails or paint on at all that had to be removed. I also did mot get a manicure. I can only imagine how long it would of been if I would of needed those services. Was charged $55 for a two hour set and wasn’t very impressed.

Hannah and Mimi were amazing! Im not one to get a manipedi but needed one in a pinch for an upcoming event. They were very considerate of my requests and answered all my questions regarding services! Will definitely be coming back!

UPDATE: Went back for a second time and LOVE my nails! I got SNS this time with Mimi and she did a FANTASTIC job! Wow! Im seriously blown away! She really took her time and and was very detailed. Love the color and shape! Picture attached.I finally found a good nail salon!! This place is by far better than other nail salons that Ive visited in Austin.The staff is friendly and efficient. Tina did my gel nails and did a fantastic job! You could really tell she cared about making them look nice. I love that she made sure my glittery nail polish was even and covered the entire nail. She didnt make the polish very thick either which is nice. I love that we didnt feel rushed despite a number of people walking Im during my service. She was still attentive to my nails.The rest of the staff and atmosphere was very friendly. 10/10 would recommend and will be going back!!

Went with my girlfriend, we both got a main pedi. They changed outrageously expensive prices and our nails were smudged! Not even sure how that happened with a gel manicure. The older lady cut my finger along my nail. Will never go back.

Tried this place out and was incredibly pleased. Very quiet, peaceful environment, super nice and friendly staff. They spent extra time on my cuticle, not trying to rush through it. So glad I found this place. Wonderful service, great place! I will be back often!

Do not recommend don’t come here, i came out with all my cuticles bleeding she ripped out most of my skin.

Staff is always friendly and their customer service is five stars. They have done some creative nail art on my nails and the pedicure service is relaxing. I would have gave them 5 stars but there have been times that my cuticle was cut too deep or the shellac started to chip within a couple of days.

Got a quick and clean gel mani/pedi as a first time walk-in. Yvon (feet) and Len (hands) were efficient and kind. I live nearby and will definitely be a returning customer.

Ken did my nails very thick, uneven, I have RA he kept bending hands repeatedly,4 cuts around nails, two different hands of nail look, he was rough. Had front desk women who did my daughters to help fix them. Her nails are great. Will be soaking them off and start over. He walked off after he told me to wash.

I enjoyed my first experience there. The place is a neat and open. It has a good ambiance and the staff was very nice to me. They were attentive and mindful. The one gentlemen who did my nails, I got a gel set, was funny and friendly and seemed to genuinely want to make my experience pleasant. I would recommend and go there again.

Worst fill ever. Polish came out bumpy and the sides of my nails not fully painted. Fill took 40 minutes start to finish. I would rather have it take more time and look right.

I always get personal care, no matter which tech I get. I do have my favorite, but don’t mind if I see someone else too. Most important, it’s immaculate.

Mimi... thank you so much for doing such a fantastic job on my nails!! This was my first ever experience at Oasis Day Spa & Nails. It was also the first time Id ever done SNS. I explained to Mimi that I didnt want them to look thick and she did a phenomenal job on them. The staff was very friendly and offered me something to drink when I arrived. They were quick and courteous. Mimi was an excellent conversationalist too! We spoke about her family and her time here in the states since 2004.I recommend this nail spa for the cleanliness, service, and overall feel of the place. Although Ive only had my nails done, I enjoyed it so much I may come back for other spa services they offer. Thank you ODS&N for a warm first impression on such a chilly day! 😊

Very disappointed in how my nails turned out. They are very crooked, uneven, not to mention around my fingernails I raw and cut up. When I was looking at my nails because they were even I was addressed very rudely and told it would be evened out at the end which never happened. Won’t be coming back nor will I recommend this place....

Very good services that they provide, but on New Year’s Eve (when I went) was not extremely packed. But there personnel was all occupied. I was seated in one of there salon chairs for over an hour before they got to me. The person I was going with was being attended by two people. I do agree that they are a good salon if and when you go you need to make sure that it’s not before a holiday and you need to go at noon

My favorite spa in all of Austin! Lauren, the manager is personable, caring, and makes it a great experience. Ann and Lee do a great job on my solar nails and the most relaxing pedicures. They also have neck massages that are very relaxing. All technicians are professional, personable, and very skilled! I tried so many places when I moved to Austin and this is by far, my favorite place to relax!

I have been here quite a few times and can honestly say I have never had a bad experience. The woman did a very good job, she wasnt too rough but not too soft either. I was seen very fast and was very pleased with my pedicure. In summary, thank you!

The pedicure itself was nice, the polish was beautiful, but just a tad pricey. The main detractor of this place is their policy that women are always first. My friend and I went in with our boyfriends, they came to work on our feet and one of the guys, then sent someone else to work on a lady who just came in (also with a man who had to wait 20 minutes for his own feet). By the time our 40 minute pedicure was finished, a lady finally came up to do my boyfriends feet. If you are a woman coming with women, youll love it, if youre a man or coming with a man, dont come.

Visiting Austin and I had such a great experience with the staff here. I laughed the entire time and my technician was an amazing artists. The atmosphere is so inviting and calming. You wont be disappointed :)

Doesn’t even desire 1 star. Avoid this place! I happen to be in area and decided to come in for a fill. Biggest mistake ever!!!!! I had acrylic nail polish on that needed to be filed off the girl did the first 3 fingers fine with no issue when she got to my pointer finger she let go of my finger with the file still going and cut me, which hurt and started bleeding. She said she was sorry and continued. While doing my second had she got through 2 fingers and did the exact same thing with my middle finger resulting in a second painful bleeding cut. At that time I said for get it! She says “sorry I fix it”. I’m sorry but how the hell are you going to fix two cuts?????? Needless to say I left. I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and never had this happened. Do yourself a favor and save yourself some pain stay far far away from here!

Yesterday, i came here to try the gel shellac manicure and was so happy with the results. Perfect staff. Prices attractive! Modern decoration. Ill definitely go back.

Great place to get a nice manicure and get pampered. The staff were so sweet and friendly and made the experience that much more enjoyable. The prices are very reasonable for the service i receive. I might be addicted to it now.

Looking at my nails in desperation, I say okay and walk in. And i actually liked it. The staff is friendly and skilled. And made me feel like a part of the family. My nails have never looked so good! The results were perfect! If you are picky about your nails, this is definitely the place to go.

I was rushed, had manicure during pedicure - manicurist took 5 mins - didn’t finish the job - pedicurist was rough, nearly lost a tie - and horrible paint job - heel feels like sandpaper - never again!!

The lady who did my nails was pretty nice. Her name was Hannah. My only complaint is that she cut my finger and now my finger is throbbing. Luckily I paid with a gift card. Overall not a bad experience, I just feel like she was a little too rough. My nails look ok. I personally wouldnt return.

The place is very nice and even offers free margaritas and wine. my only complaint is that the lady doing my nails got up about 7 times in the 30 mins she was doing my manicure to deal with other customers and employees and she did not do a good job at all. she would paint one nail then get up to check on someone then come back and do a little bit more and that continued my whole manicure. she left polish on my skin and the top cote doesnt even cover all of the polish and is very noticeable. Sadly this was also the day i got engaged so I was not happy with this place at all. I did go with a friend and the man taking care of her was very attentive and did an amazing job on hers.

Had a terrible experience here. My french tips were not properly put on, you could see my real nail underneath the white line of the french tips! Went back in to get them removed, and they cut the skin around my nails with the sander! Now my fingers hurt and Im out $60 total.The first person that helped me was a male, but I honestly cannot remember his name. The second person who helped me was named Kim I believe. Neither of them really spoke to me, so looking up at their name tag was just awkward. I just stared at the TV to avoid the awkward silence. I have attached a photo of my thumb, to show the cuts inflicted when getting the french tip nails removed. I hope this is helpful, because I honestly want this place to be great. Its very close to my home, and very convenient to visit. I even tipped them well, despite the bad taste the experience left me with.Further more, when I was told to go wash my hands, the woman that removed my french tip nails did not escort me to the desk to check out, she completely disappeared. I walked back to her station, and sat there for several minutes before someone else walked up to me and said Um, I think youre done?Im sorry, I forgot to provide the dates of service. The first service happened on 1/4/18. The 2nd service happened yesterday, 1/27/18. Thank you.

We had a wonderful experience, Lee and Hanna were amazing and really took the time to pamper my family. It was very expensive but worth every penny. The only negative thing was we bought a $100 gift certificate for my Grandmas birthday and was told it was good as long as they were in business, however when we came in we were told it was no good and expired after a year...bummer that was a wasted $100 and a disappoinment to my grandmother. We ended up spending $430 for 3 people.

I got acrylics here and they were alright at first but when they grew it was clear they file my natural nail down too far. my pedicure chipped the day after and was not pigmented at all (they only did 2 light coats). my acrylics have lasted for 2 weeks with no chipping however and i fixed the edge myself and now they are really nice.

We have been coming to Oasis for the past year. We have always been happy with the place because their staff is friendly and competent. I would have given them a solid 3 star leaning towards 4 stars. Im at 5 now because we Recently we found Lai. He is super friendly and engaging. His technical skills are on point. Beautiful women need strong, lasting nails. Lai gets it done. Highly recommend.

We walked by this place the other day and it caught our eye because of all the chairs and the eye catching layout. It really did seem like an Oasis! We booked an appointment online and showed up a little early. Lauren was there to great us and guide us to check in on an iPad kiosk where we selected our services for the day. There was a brief wait (less than two minutes) and we sat on a super comfy couch while someone prepared our chairs. My wife and I both got mani + pedi with a few upgrades. The experience was great. We had a technician doing our pedicure while Lauren came over and did our manicure. We were in and out in less than one hour. The atmosphere was welcoming and fun. There is what appeared to be a margarita machine and they offered beverages at the beginning of our service. All in all the service was great and the place was great. I highly recommend Oasis Day Spa & Nails the next time you want to get a little (or a lot) of pampering in.

I went in here recently on a girl day with one of my BFFs. They were professional and very careful in cutting my nails. Relaxing and comfortable ambiance. This is definitely my go to spot for manicures.

Came here for my first time and definitely will be my last time. The lady did a terrible job on the polish it messed up as soon as I left so I went back the next day and they tried to charge me to get it fixed so I walked out and went else where and was just very unsatisfied so I took them off myself WAIST OF MONEY!

Went here last night and did not enjoy my experience at all. This isnt my usual nail place, and to be quite honest Im not 100% sure what exactly my nails are called... I tend to get the SNS, Solar, acrylic, and dipping all confused. At my typical nail place, they know what I want and Ive never asked (which I guess is my fault) but I was out of town so I couldnt go there. So when I went to this place, I showed them my nails and as nail experts I expected them to be able to tell me what it was... I think its solar. I explained I get the tips glued on and then its powder. They acted so confused and told me it was SNS (which coincidentally is the most expensive one, of course). Then when I went and explained it again she was like oh thats acrylic but proceeded to bring back SNS dip to the table.....? Once she took my set off she acted so surprised when I asked if she was going to put a tip on! I was like, umm I expressed that I wanted the exact same thing and you CLEARLY cut my long, fake tips off. She acted like it was such an inconvenience and honestly embarrassed me and made me look/feel dumb in front of everyone. I explained again and she proceeded to just do SNS, probably because it is most expensive. So at this point, Im like whatever Ill just get that. The color is way lighter than I would have liked it to be AND she literally took over 2 hours for a set of nails. Im sorry, but over 2 hours is WAY too long. She put the wrong coat on, had to redo, and whatever else. And I wasnt asking for some crazy shape, literally a square and short.. I mean dont get me wrong, I like a thorough job, but that is entirely way too long. Will not be returning here and would NOT recommend going here!!!!

It supposed that remove calluses must be part of a basic pedicure any pedicure.In the website you can find some prices but when its time to pay after a service, the two times I had visited the Oasis day Spa, I always payout more than I espected acording to the website prices. Ex. The basic pedicure $28.00 anf the collagen treatment for hands $6.00.......= $34 usd + taxes.Well, I asked for that two services and I my check was for $28.00 basic pedicure, $10.00 for collagen treatment +5 for calluses remove = $43 usd + taxes. So I had to ask for detail my check and they seems to be confused in the prices, wasnt clear the explination, and if that wasnt all, they cut my feet skin, I wonder if they can be more clear in what is including in their services and the prices in the website, they need an update, Im so sorry that I had to change of spa because this is near of my home but doest like me at all.😤😪P.s. acording to the Oasis Spa answer, I asked for collagen treatment for hands so definitivetely they charge more money that the rates on internet, no matter how much, this is not ok, not trusty, and the tecnician asked me about remove calluses but I really take care my skin so I dont have much calluses to need treatment. I answered yws because I thought ok is normal, part of the pedicure.

So RUDE! He stared me, then made some comment and didn’t have anything near the color I showed him, he got up so I left. I dont know how places like this stay in business with rude service like that

When I pay $28 for a pedicure, which is the cost for their basic, I feel that some type of callous removal should be standard. I could have painted my toenails at home.

This business has changed management and the service has deteriorated. When you arrive there is not enough staff to take care of customers. I watched 3 customers leave because it would take too long. I have tried to call for an appointment and it seems to be confusing for the staff. I have been using this business for over 5 years. It is a shame.

Overpriced and then try to charge extra for service that should be included in the pedicure. Gets angry and argumentative with you if you don’t want gel polish or other up sales.
