Serena is great! Her knowledge along with the great customer service make my day! Ive been her customer for 2 years. I do recommend to schedule your visits because she stays busy!

This has been my top spot to get my nails done since Serena first took over the place YEARS ago. Serenas level of customer service is just absolutely incredible. Shes gone through a few different nail techs over the years, some better than others, but she is always watching over their shoulders to make sure the customers are happy with their level of service. If it is not up to her standards, Serena will take over in a heartbeat and make it right. Its a very family friendly enviroment. Ive brought my daughter here to get her nails done since she was itty bitty and she still cones in with me at 13 years old. Even when I had neen away for a year, as soon as I came back in Serena automatically remembered me and my daughter and treated us like we had never left at all.

They take such good care of you and are so kind. Very detail oriented. If I’m getting a full set this is where I go.

I found myself in south Austin with time to kill and decided try Top Banana. So glad that I did! The gentleman that did my nails was from Las Vegas and did an excellent job. The conversation was nice too. He did a fantastic job shaping my nails, I will definitely be back, I want him to do my wedding nails in May.

My two friends and I came in on a Friday morning to get our nails done and pedicures before graduation. Ive heard Top Banana is incredible, I was so excited to take my friends from out of town to get ours nails done here. I have friends who come here religiously for their acrylics and their nails always look incredible, making my experience even more disappointing.My tech rushed through doing my pedicure, then he rushed through my acrylic nails, leaving behind chips and bumps along with uneven nail lengths in my acrylics. The color looked good, so I ignored it. The next day, my pink nails turned brown. From what I know about acrylics, this only happens if something is wrong with the top coat or you touch chemicals. I took care to not touch anything that could have ruined the nails, so I know the latter isnt an issue. The experience was good and both techs were so sweet, but overall I paid too much money and gave too great of a tip for my nails to look so bad within one day of getting the nails put on. I wanted to start getting my nails done regularly again but this experience just makes me want to do my nails myself.

I had chipped a nail and even though she was unable to do the SMS dip she used solar and made my nail look exactly the same as my other ones for no price. She was so nice I recommend this place!

I got my nails done here and they did an awful job. I just wanted my nails painted and the nail polish was thick. The place was gross and I saw a bug crawling on the ground. I would not recommend

Came with my daughter to get manis and pedis and we left with the worst experience. I was there for 3 hours! They started on my daughter and sat me in a pedicure chair. More people started to walk in and they started helping them before us! Next thing I knew my daughter was done and they were barely starting on my feet. I was there so long I couldnt even get my nails done in that time frame I had to leave to be somewhere else. Spent 3 hours there and only got a pedicure...just unacceptable service. Will not be going back ever.

My wife goes here and is in love with there avocado smoothies and there tasty wine. Serena does her nails and Tim does her feet. Its a relaxing environment, very clean,and there customer services skills are excellent!

The owner is really sweet but the guy who did my pedicure was really rough with me. At one point it seemed like he cut my toes and I couldnt help yelling out in pain.

First off, this is going to be a long review because Im just in such a good mood. Secondly, I just moved here from Houston and dreaded finding a new salon to go to. I have also worked for a nail salon before and had a horrible experience with the way they ran things and treated customers. I was early for my appointment and like the millions of times at my former job, the appointment or walk in before the next client ran into their appointment time. But they closed at 6 and I was lucky to have been given any appointment so close to the holidays. The gentleman that did my nails made me feel SO welcome the second I sat down and we had a conversation the whole time about anything and everything and when I tell you my nails have never looked better I mean I AM STILL STARING AT THEM BECAUSE THEYRE SO PERFECT! I brought a picture for reference on the shape and he did a way better job than the picture. This will be my forever salon.

I usually love this place and this where I get my nails done regularly, but I had a guy whom ive never seen before do my nails. I wanted to try s&s and it looked like a 5 year old did my nails, they were ugly and he cut my nails so short that I was bleeding. Lucikly the lady noticed and saw I was unhappy so she re did them for me, but still wasnt worth the price I paid.

Really friendly, ask if you want something to drink, overall really good customer service and nice employees who don’t mind to talk and have conversations

Horrible experience. Had an appointment and the guy wanted to do what he wanted not what wanted. Asked if i wanted to go somewhere elsr. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Awful experience.
