Everyone here is so lovely and talented. I’ve been to see Ly three times now, and she’s truly an artist!The new renovations are super cute, the massage chairs are AMAZING and I just really love coming here. My only recommendation would be to call ahead and even make a reservation because they’re popular so they do get pretty busy!

My neighbors recommended this place to get my nails done for the first time every in my entire life. Wanted stilettos and I got that, she did beautiful with the shaping. But I brought in the picture on the left and walked out with the results on the right. I asked her if she needed to see the picture again after she started and she said she got it down already so I decided to trust the process. Might wear these for awhile but I probably won’t get my nails done in a salon again, kinda bummed out. Overall the place was clean and everything was Covid safe.

When you come into the salon you feel like you are at home. The establishment is beautiful and the staff there is wonderful. Tammy is my nail tech and I have so much fun with her every time I visit. Jackie, Lee, and Tammy are all beautiful and amazing women. They know each of their customers by name and give the best service ever. The other thing I love about this place is that they are always well dressed and professional. Best place in Austin ❤️

I love how welcoming everyone is. 1st time I came as a walk in for a pedicure and didnt wait lomg at all. Jade was great then and again today. Was here only one time before and Tammy remembered my daughter was getting married. She and Jade helped me decide how to do nails when I showed them my dress and I love the outcome! And I love how they have redesigned the place!

I have been going to this salon since 2018. Everyone is so kind, professional and so talented. I am never unhappy with what I leave with. I have never considered going to another salon because I cannot imagine anywhere being as pleasant as Blossom Nails & Spa.

My wife and I walked in for a mani-pedi on Saturday and were helped right away. I admittedly had let my nail care go during the pandemic and needed some work. The Blossom staff did a great job, were quick and polite. My wife and I both like how our fingers and toes came out. She got gel on both and thought the did a fantastic job. My only complaint is the message chairs are old a weak. The chairs didnt have a very strong massage and the option of functions limited.

I’ve got the most beautiful nail set like this. I love them so much. Blossom Nail is the best nail boutique. I will absolutely come back.

I have had pedi/mani done here a few times and mostly good experience but today was all kinds of wrong when I requested the tv be changed to something else, I suggested Yes day, not sure she heard what I said, but she refused implying I wouldn’t pick something everyone would like, that wasn’t nice, spoiled my whole mood and defeated the purpose of me coming here in the 1st place.

I had my nails done by Jackie and she was awesome!! She loves artistic nails and was very excited to work on my request. She did an amazing job and cant recommend her enough!

I’m not sure why it’s posting under my husband’s name. I just left from a quick polish change. Service was nice enough but I was shocked when I was charged $40 for a polish change. When I clarified that I only got a polish change, I was told it was $15 to remove the old polish and $25 for the new polish. I will not return.

When I called to make an appointment, I asked if manicure and pedicure can be done together at the same time, the lady said yes. When I came she said she will do it separately. Instead spending there 1 hour, I wasted there 2 hours. Actual manicure was not done - no cuticle was removed, no dead skins was removed near the toes and nails, nothing has been done besides color change which was uneven and with bumps. Waste of time and money.

I got Shellac on a Thursday and by Saturday two nails polish were peeling. Today, another two. :(

I had read good reviews about renting, it left me with very high expectations, which was not met at all. I didnt choose Besides Basically they didnt take anything from my cuticle I thought it was terrible the way the nail polish was painted when you swipe your finger its with several waves anyway I didnt like the service I dont know if theres anyone else in this room who can do a nail well done and i was not lucky to use your service…

Let me tell you about how impressed I am with this salon! I came here after having a not-so-good experience somewhere else. Tammy was so kind, easy to have a conversation with, and did a great job paying attention to detail. She even made suggestions based on the health of my nails. Tammy was so professional and gave me such a great SNS manicure. I will definitely be back!!

I just moved out here to Cedar Park and couldnt find a good nail place. After alot of research I gave Blossom nails a try. They are very professional and nice here. Tammy did my nails and was very knowledgeable about her work. She gave me just what I wanted. I strongly recommend coming here. You will not be disappointed.

Very much disappointed with today’s service with Tammy. Uneven gel spread, looks bumpy and two hands different size nail.I scheduled pedi appointment for tomm but I am not going after today’s disappointment.

Wow! A beautiful job with the all black gel polish! About 30 min but didnt feel rushed! Edges are clean and no bleeding! So close to home, Ill definitely be coming back!Update 11/26/19: Ive been back! Same stellar service as always, they still have never cut me (whereas prior to coming here, Id get my ring fingers cut 100% of the time). Ive been hooked on the SNS nails! My most recent gold/sparkly set done by Jay are my FAVORITE set so far! Smooth rise from my nail bed, no bumps, she is PHENOMENAL. About 1.5 hrs removing an old set and making adjustments as I asked. She has an attention to detail that amazes me! Thank you, Jay!Update 6/24/21: I moved around a bit, but I’m back! I tell you what, they’ve done amazing work again! Tammy took my rainbow French tips idea and did an AMAZING ombré SNS. She helped pick out some good colors for it. No cuts on my fingers as always. AND they’ve remodeled the interior since I was last there! Very lovely interior, wonderful people, and awesome nails!! They can do all sorts of stuff here!

If your looking for designs, dont go . One lady started on my set, didnt know how to form Apex on nail, so another girl took over. Once it was time for the polish, she wanted me to change the color I choose, saying it was to light, when I decided to stick with the color I choose she told me whatever. Then she couldnt do the design I wanted and got mad because she couldnt, saying this is how we do it here. GIRL! Poor customer service. If you looking for basic thats the place because they cant do anything else.Got them done today,

Decided To Try Somewhere New And I Think I Found My Holy Grail Nail Salon❤ They Did An Absolutely Perfect Job Exactly How I Wanted And For A Great Price!! And The Wait Was Only 5 Minutes.

This place specializes in SNS nails. Below are SNS nails, my real nails. They do an amazing job each time. They take their time and clean underneath the nail when done. Its nicely decorated and the business always has at least 4 people working. Prices are the same from other places I have been too but dont compare to this quality.

I went here for my first time this past Monday. My pedicure was amazing! My SNS ombre nails were the best I have ever seen. I showed Helen a picture of the style of the nails I wanted and she went above and beyound to make my nails look even better than the picture. Helen had no issue fixing immediately one of the nails I noticed wasn’t exactly perfect. She fixed it with no hesitation and no attitude like a lot of other nail techs give when you find an issue.She also reassured me that if anything happens to my nails in the next 2 weeks to come back in ans she would gladly fix anything.They also offered me a variety of beverages while I received my services.I highly recommend Helen and this salon. Will definitely be going back in 2 weeks!!

First impression are everything and my daughter & I were very impressed. Kid friendly, Covid19 safety measures are in place (you are asked to wash your hands immediately upon entering) which I everyone should appreciate. I love going here! My nails always look amazing and best of all, I don’t bleed! I’ve been to some that hurt my fingers but they are gentle and want to do your nails the right way. They take their time to make it all look right and they way you want it.

I have been going here for months now, and the ladies here always do a great job, but I just wanted to share that with shelter in place going on right now, I haven’t been able to go in for over a month and my dip nails haven’t even thought about lifting or breaking! I was really worried about them coming off and my nails then breaking while we’re all stuck at home, but so far they’re still strong and looking good other than being pretty grown out. I can’t wait until I can go in again, but in the mean time, it’s nice to know my nails look as good as they can right now.

I very rarely write reviews, and I definitely have never walked out of a nail salon but this one did it.I just moved here and I was looking for a salon and this one was close and had good reviews so I made an appointment. After 30-40 minutes of waiting after my apt time a tech finally got started on my nails even though she wasn’t finished with the clients nails before mine (who was expressing her concern with her uneven nails). She just had her sit in the seat next to me. I just went in for a fill and the tech cut them down and was RUSHING with filing them down. It was like she was barely looking at the nails. I asked her if I should come back because of how much she was rushing & the client sitting next to me said it was the same with her.The tech had to get up for a second, and asked another tech to please do my nails instead. This tech kept pushing to spend more money, and was telling me “don’t do your nails like that” after I’m sure she could tell I had my mind made up.I ended up leaving after that and going to Austin Nail & Spa by Lakeline and they were great! I wish I wouldn’t have wasted almost an hour here for nothing.

Love this place.Great work at good prices. I do the SMS nails and they always look beautiful. Best of all, no tearing my cuticle area up. When I have done nails before at other places I always walked away bleeding because my skin is so delicate.

I am a bit disappointed with my nails. I spent almost $100 here and it was mediocre over all. My pedicure was nice but my nails dont look great at all. The coating on the tips is super thick and uneven and this is even after I explained like 3 times that I wanted them to look thin. They are bumpy as well so its pretty obvious that she isnt well practiced in doing this type of nail style. It is upsetting because of how expensive it is!If you want your nails to be thin/natural looking and smooth/even I wouldnt personally bother coming here.Review update:I went back in today and Jackie fixed my nails. They look exactly how I wanted them to look in the first place and I am super pleased. I will definitely be making another appointment with Jackie in the future. Thank you so much!

My friend and I made appointments for a pedicure and everyone was very friendly when we walked in. We ended up waiting 20 minutes even though our water was ready. No one told us, so by the time we got to the water it was cold. We asked for more hot water and it was just warm. The lady was working on polish with my nails before anyone came over to my friend. So we ended up being there longer because we werent worked on at the same time. Still good service and friendly people though.

OMG!!! This place is amazing!!! Listen, I read all the reviews before coming here and even made the biggest mistake of going to OTHER places (5 of them), but this place knocks it out of the park with their workmanship and prices! I went there yesterday evening and JACKIE did my dip nails in 45 minutes or less!!! NOT ONLY did she do them fast, she KNOWS WHAT SHE IS DOING!! My nails look very natural and simply smooth and as if she took 2 hours to do them. I have sat in many a nail shops here in Austin and could not find the place and someone like back in my hometown of San Antonio, I FOUND MY PLACE!! I will never go anywhere else - EVER! Everyone at BLOSSOM IS GREAT! HAPPY! WELCOMING!! GUARANTEE THEIR WORK!! I immediately started using my hands and doing my grunt work and they are still kicking A$$!!! I dont know why there are ANY bad reviews on here, but maybe you should bring better energy to Blossom, Jackie and her team, and you, will reap the rewards - try them!!! One of the nail techs decided to yell at my daughter to move no excuse me not anything nice just yell at her and my daughter was her client. The lady also yelled at me about having a mask I’m 7 months pregnant and have asthma it’s hard to breath and not 10 mins later the same lady has NO MASK! First and last time I’ll ever come here!!

My favorite nail salon! They are very personable and friendly and consistently deliver high-quality service. Usually they can take walk-ins, but I would highly recommend an appointment on the weekend.

She always has a smile on her face and is willing to fix a broken nail here and there with her busy schedule. Martin is THE BEST. Jackie is IMMACULATE. I walked in back in June/July and havent been to my old nail tech since. This place should definitely be called WeTakeOurTime Nails. They are genuinely concerned with how you feel about your nails before, during and after they are done.

I got pedicure, which was ok, SNS nails, I had someone who didn’t speak English at all and did an job of an beginner, then I waxing... I don’t think of the people that did my services could clearly understand me... I have not found an great nail person in a long time, my nails pretty suck, I’ll try and hide them this holiday season... this place is amateur...

It was friendly but nails were a little messy.

Jackie always shapes my nails perfectly. I love stiletto nails and I wouldnt go anywhere else in Austin. There Pedis are awesome too.

I was very disappointed in the services that I received. My nails were poorly done. After one day, a fungus began to form. They were done on Saturday and I had to get them removed, treated and redone on Monday. I will never go to this nail shop again in life.

Horrible horrible experience. Will not be returning. I called this morning and asked if I needed to schedule an appt and a guy answered the phone and asked me what I needed. I said a full set and he said okay come at 1:30 and asked me what my name was and he repeated full set. When I arrived at 1:30, I walked in and let them know I called for an appt at 1:30 and the guy in there asked me to come to a pedicure chair. So I told him I was only there for a full set and not a pedicure and he said I would have to wait. On top of that I asked for a design and I got a very nonchalant response almost I as if I was a burden for asking for a design. Also, once the guy started working on my nails, he said Youre hands are really big. If you dont specialize in designs dont post them on your webpage. DO NOT recommend and definitely will NOT be returning. Very rude and unprofessional.
