This is “my nail salon” the one I visit when I want my nails done perfectly and for just the right price. Tammy and her staff are very friendly, fast and don’t pressure me to buy those extra services I don’t want. I’ve never had to wait here. I LOVE THIS REGAL NAILS LOCATION - 2 THUMBS UP HERE!!!! 👍🏼 👍🏼

I went today 1/19/21 and the lady was just amazing who took care of me. I was on my lunch break, so I usually like to be fast so I get back in the office, and she did that but did everything that needed to be done. I didnt realize it was cash only but luckily I had some tucked away in my purse. I got white nails on my toes and its just so perfect! Im super happy, and Ill be coming again soon! Thanks for the amazing service.

Pretty good results and the process was relaxing. It took a while but Im over all happy with my nails. The sweet man that did my nails was very nice and he even gave me a bag for my sneakers

We all know how bad Wal-Marts customer service is. Although Regal Nails is technically its own separate business, their lack of professionalism and customer service makes them the perfect nail salon partner for Wal-Mart. They are extremely rude and lazy. The website lists their hours closing at 7:30. I showed up for a polish change at 6:45 and they refused to serve me. The manager yelled at me, (yes, he yelled) and said I needed to call first. I explained how they were open for 45 more minutes, and he admitted that was correct but still refused my business. He had just swept the floor and didnt want to get it dirty again. It they are going to stop taking customers at 6:45, then they should list 6:45 as their closing time on their website, instead of 7;30. Who runs a business like that??!! Oh yeah, Wal-Mart does.

Went in for Powder manicure while on vacation in Austin. She did the powder then put an acrylic overlay over the powder. Ive never had it done this way before but my nails look great!

Went in to get my nails done here my experience was awful overall the gentleman was very rough cleaning the nails and left my toe nail uneven then claimed it was the shape of my toe nail when somehow it started off perfectly square, I have really nice shaped nails except one nail on my hand so I know it doesnt take much to accomplish a square even nail for me, the lady who did my hands smeared my toe nail at the end dabbed some clear coat over they did even paint my nail fully and you can see the paint from my old toe nail, still charged me full price for it. Screw You and your tip. Came here b/c someone said they had 4 star rating, shouldve known better than to check myself. These people do not care about quality service. Do not recommend to anybody. I’m glad people have received great service from them but feel even more sorry for the people who received the service I did

One of the worst nail salons Ive ever been to. The workers were giving me and my friend weird looks. The lady who did my nails was rough with me and had her shoes off the entire time which is kinda unprofessional. The place seemed unsanitary. I wouldnt go back there ever again. My nails came out too thick and not the way I asked for them. The color was beautiful but other than that I wasnt really satisfied. i was charged 45 dollars for a bad job. But hey its for business. I only recommend for people who like thick and long nails.

The tech was great, she did a wonderful job. However, their polished leave something to be desired. I asked for base with a single coat of color only. Over half an hour later ( and after quick dry spray), polish scraped right off.

Highly recommend going with the spa pedicure. Loved the hot rocks massage on my feet! Clean facility and the staff is incredibly sweet. I’ll be back!

First time I had acrylics and they were way too thick. I’ve been to other places at this point and know now how it’s supposed to feel and look. Literally 2 days after getting my nails done my hair started getting caught between the acrylic and my natural nails. Wouldn’t recommend going.

I love this spot. Prices are so reasonable. I always get Dip Powder (aka SNS) 35$. Ask for Kim. She is Very professional & knowledgeable. I wish they had more dip colors to choose from, but for gel colors, they have plenty colors. French gel Mani 27$. They also do Gel on toes.

Do not go to this place if its the last nail salon on the planet. It took over 2 hours for a manicure and pedicure and it was easily the worst of each Ive ever had! Completely uneven and not smooth and she got the polish all over my skin

Regal Nails, the only Nail Salon in Austin that does not clean up after your nail polish.Even though you ask to get your cuticles and surroundings cleaned up after work its done, believe me that it wont happen.

My cuticles and fingernail tips skin are in annoying pain, came for a nail fill, whole thing took more than an hour because of tech, aggressivly filed on and around my nails for a full 40+ minutes my cuticles and fingertips were clearly being cut hurt and were bleeding but he continued to file them unnecessarily. I let him do his job hoping he would finally start the nail filling process. Nails are not painted perfectly but look ok besides the obvious injured skin on my cuticles and fingertips under nails due to the overboard and rough filing.I thought nail techs were professionals at taking care of nails .Sadly i am wearing bandaids around fingertips because it is painful for anything to touch them, really hoping my fingers heal soon

Avoid this place. Made an appt, asked if they offer the nail service I was needimgt they told me that they did. Waited over an hour before the lady looked at my hands and looked irritated when she saw I had an overlay on my nails. Seeing how they were now closing in 30 minutes she knew as much as I did that the sericses I needed would take longer than 30 minutes. To make matters worse, a mother daughter duodshowed up forfa walkinw mani/pedi about 45 minutes imto my wait time and they were takentcare of before me. WhenWitiwas painfully obvious I wasnt goinggto be seen anytime soon, I asked if it would be ok to go into the store (salon is located in Walmart) because I wanted something to drink. The man stated yes and told me to please come back so they can take care of me. Returned after standing in a long line, it appeared that all but one cashier called in tonight, only to see the walk-ins were in the chairs getting their feet soaked. So they may have waited all of 15 minutes. Its too late to go elsewhere. So, I have a formal event I have to attend in 4 days, my work schedule will have me working until 2 hrs before I have to arrive. Its now late, had to go back into the store and buy manicure products. Thanks for nothing Regal nails. They didnt even give an apology or try to rectify the situation. Stay away from this place.
