I got helped by Kim, she did an amazing job, very attentive and took her time. I got dip powder ombre pink white. A little pricy but my expectation were exceeded. Will see how long they last :D

Absolutely in love with the natural pink and white ombre nails that Yen (I think thats her name) did for me. So fast but with attention to detail. I was pretty indecisive about what I wanted when I came in but she asked the right questions to help me figure out what I wanted. Favorite nails Ive ever had!

Good nail service if you come early and they have space available otherwise they get busy and turn you away. We came early and it worked out. The service was good. They work hard and prices range from $20ish to $40ish for a pedicure. Located in the strip mall near Rookies. Plenty of parking when you come early.

Just had a pedicure with Jennifer- excellent experience. She was thorough, friendly but not too chatty (I was too brain dead to interact much), and gave an excellent leg massage- my top priority. Ill definitely be back.

Staff was HAPPY! Sad that this is rare, but they all laughed and joked with the clientele while giving great service. They werent just racing thru clients to get to the next, there was a added level of personal attention. Note: make a appt for weekends to assure you get in. Reasonable rates. I highly recommend adding the 10 min massage (it was ACTUALLY 10 min)

After looking at reviews I saw theirs n thought awesome. Ya, No. I wish I could upload a picture of the flower she did. Not only was the lady rude but she was argumentative. All I asked was that she please paint the whole nail n go to the cuticle. She got paint all over my cuticles n argued that its impossible to cover the whole nail without doing that. After arguing n with much reluctance she took off the paint on my cuticles. For the customer service n quality this nail salon is lucky Im giving one star. Then, the flower she put on my nail looks like someone melted tiny white crayons on my finger nail. Im so disappointed. I even had to file my own nails to make them straight n even. Is quality, effort, good customer service n good pricing too much to expect these days? I dont think so, just impossible to find:(

My wife found this place and has been very satisfied with it for pedicures and manicures. The person she goes to for manicures is Michael and she really likes his work. For pedicures she goes to Vicky and she really likes the great job that Vicky does for her.

The worst shaped nails Ive ever gotten... she only trimmed the top middle and didnt touch the sides, theres zero blending.

Michael does a great job on my pedicure and everyone Ive met that works there is super nice! Finally found my new go to spot. Will go out of my way to come here.

Rose is my go to lady for nails. I have been coming here for almost 2 years and am sad that I will have to find a new salon due to moving. Helen and Michael are also great, very friendly staff and precise consistent work.

If you want your gel manicure to last you a week, go here. I went here do to reviews, and was unimpressed after my nails started ripping. I’ve have gel last up to 4 weeks on my nails from GOOD places. I won’t ever go here again. Also unsanitary!!! Yikes

My fiancé has been going to Crystal Rose Nail boutique regularly for many years, but over the past couple months her experiences have been becoming worse and worse. It came to a tipping point today, as my fiancé scheduled an appointment to get her nails redone two weeks in advance, but when she arrived they told her she never made an appointment. Instead, of making time to assist her they instead accused her of missing her appointment by a week. She ended up having to leave without being helped, and will not being going back. I would not recommend this salon, as their twisted version of customer service just venomous accusations of incompetence of the part of their clients.

This is a service oriented place; they actually take appointments and I have heard them tell walk-ins they were scheduled full. Its so nice not to be rushed!!

This is the BEST hole in the wall nail salon in North county. Their acrylics, pedicures, and manicures last forever! Everyone is fantastic.

Overall my experience wasnt what I expected. I went in after I saw all the pretty nail designs customers had but my nail tech didnt have the supplies to create any of the designs I wanted and couldnt complement or suggest something close to it until after I was done.

Vickie was amazing and so gentle! I will happy come back!

I got my nails done there last Thurs, gel mani pedi. By Sat, one nail was already peeling off. They did fix it, but now I have 2 more peeling of and not even a week later. I paid for a service that should last at least 2 weeks, not even getting a few days. I cant keep going back and Im sure they dont want me to. Beyond frustrated.

Everyone is nice except one lady. She couldnt communicate clearly. She is a bid rude and bossy to customers.They are too busy to take in new customers.

Kim did my full set of nails for christmas. Im always getting compliments on my nails. She takes her time and listens to you on what you want done. She is really nice.I got a pedicure with vicky she matched my colors and designs of my nails to my toes. She takes her time and is really nice.
