I had an amazing first experience here. The nail technician I had took her time and was such a perfectionist, which I appreciate so much. I asked for black stiletto acrylic nails and she suggested I get dip with the stiletto shape so they would be more durable and I’m so happy she did. I used to get dip all the time (without tips being added) and I have never had this good of an outcome. She applied the dip really methodically and made sure the edges were thin, which helps them last so much longer. I was expecting them to be $100-$120 when I went to pay and they only ended up costing me $70, which I thought was really reasonable. I will definitely become a regular here!

Second visit. OPI Bubble Bath Dip Nails by Ivy. I truly don’t know if there’s any other place that beats their customer service, consistency, and expertise. Their work is unmatched, I’m in love! Ivy saved my nails I swear. Thank you! ♥️

Jennie took amazing care of my fiancé and I! He had a basic manicure and pedicure. I had dip nails done that turned out beautifully! Very happy with our experience and this salon is very committed to cleanliness! Masks are required and if you dont have one, they will provide one for 50¢.

This was my first time here and I was very impressed with everything. The place is very clean, everyone had masks on, there was hand sanitizer everywhere for your use. But the best part was the quality and professionalism of the nail techs (Jenny did mine). They were so efficient! Ive honestly never had someone do such a great, efficient, quality job with such care. Jenny gave me a card with what i specifically had done, with # and color. The prices are competitive with other salons so no unexpected costs. I absolutely recommend this place!

I love this spot! Nail techs are on it and its the best hour of pampering for my hard working feet! This is my go- to place. I will happily schedule a week or two in advance for a spot. This is not really a walk in place, but its because they are so good and always booked. The reservation is always worth it

I’ve been coming here for my acrylic nails for over a year and am always very satisfied! Crystal always takes her time and does beautiful work, my nails always last a long time. All of the other nail techs do amazing work as well! The environment is very clean, beautiful and relaxing. I highly recommend coming here for all of your nail needs!

I missed an appointment a year ago and bc I was a no show they saved my phone number as “no show” which is why any time I’d try to call to book a future appointment they wouldn’t answer my call. Absolutely ridiculous. However they won’t tell you their booking policy when booking an appointment. I also work in the service and beauty industry so I understand the importance of people’s time. But policy regarding appointments should be discussed when booking. Since then I had come in as a walk in a few times after this missed appointment, not knowing that I was on their “don’t answer” list, and tipped 25% every time. The staff was decent but the owner here is rude, passive aggressive and doesn’t value customer service. I highly suggest avoiding this place all together and going somewhere else.

The girls are as professional as the work they do! I am in love with the beautiful work that Cristal did on my nails !!!!I recommend them 100% arrived at 6pm and they close at 7pm. I was the last client to leave almost at 8, Cristal made sure that I was so happy with my nails! happy with the cost, for the work she did plus a good tip ; ) thank you soo much Cristal!!

Giving 3 stars because you seem to have great nail techs at this location based on many great reviews & show of work by clients. BUUUT you could really be kinder towards negative comments I live 0.8 miles away from here & was extremely interested in seeing for myself if this was the spa for me.. I get nails/pedi/eyebrows & leave 20% tips. Yet after seeing such unprofessional responses despite you being the owner Im not going to even try it i dont want to be attacked for not liking my experience or the services provided... your responses definitely killed all curiosity. But Ive never been so i cant say for sure what an experience there would be like just some constructive criticism to make new customers feel comfortable dont be mad miss thang.

I’ve been coming here for awhile now.. even prior to COVID. Four weeks ago, I had an emergency come up, so I called them explaining that I would unfortunately not be able to make it to my appt on time. The guy I spoke to said they couldn’t push my appt back, and he didn’t mention anything about a cancellation fee policy.Since then, I guess they have been ignoring my calls which I believe to be rather unprofessional. A lady picked up today on my last attempt and stated that she ignored my calls because I didn’t show up, so she would like charge me for my “no-show appointment.”I understand no shows are annoying, I do. If they told me that initially!!!!, I would have NO problem paying the cancellation (even though I did call them prior to missing the appt). But if they rather play this childish game of phone tag, and then demand money afterwards… I’d rather take my business somewhere else???Your manicures aren’t THAT good for me to look past rude communication.

I have been trying out dip nails the past 4 months at different places. This is my new salon. I will absolutely be returning. Crystal was super nice and fun to chat with and she really paid attention to my cuticles and didn’t rush. I probably shouldn’t have long nails for work, a lot of it’s in a warehouse, loading and unloading trucks. But I’m 2.5 weeks in and my manicure still looks great. No chips! I’ve had previous manicures chip after just a few days but Crystal’s still looks amazing. (Photo is 2.5 weeks in!)

I’m so happy to have found a salon in Austin that consistently offers high quality manicures and pedicures! Crystal, Jennie, Ivy and Helen all do an awesome job - EVERY TIME! The gel lasts 2 weeks at minimum (!!) and NEVER peels up at the cuticle (!!!). The nail insurance is great, and they’ve always been able to fit me in if I need to get a repair. I also love that the salon is never jam packed with customers during Covid-19... so it feels really safe. Regardless, the environment is SO clean and relaxing. I would recommend them to anyone!

I had an amazing gel manicure today by Ivy (please correct if wrong but I think that was her name!). She paid such close attention to detail and you could tell she was a perfectionist. My nails have a great shape, she managed to make my messy nail beds look perfect, and the polish is flawless. She made me feel very comfortable and the salon followed great Covid-19 cleanliness guidelines. This is absolutely my new nail place in Austin! :)

I’ve been living on the East side for a few years now and have not found a nail salon that I like. This place is great! Very clean and everyone is incredibly friendly. I had a late appointment and Crystal stayed late and did my nails, she’s a perfectionist and has a lot of experience. Found my new local nail salon!

First time using this nail salon. Lured by the mostly great reviews. Happy to have been given a same day appointment. I opted for basic services, a gel mani and regular pedi. The salon was clean and had a good selection of colors.The reason for my 3 star review is the gel manicure was completely dry. They did not soak my hands or even apply lotion. They just push back your cuticles and its painful. The woman doing my nails cut 4 of my fingers in various places with no apology; she proceeded to smear some chemical to mask it. My nail beds were not precisely cleaned and you could see imperfections after they set. Toes were okay the woman was much gentler. Felt rushed and unsatisfied with final result. Not likely to go back or recommend to others.

Hands down THE best manicure I’ve ever had. I just so happened to stumble upon Crystals when looking for a salon that does dip powder manicures (I live in LA and there is only one salon that I trust to do a great job.) I was absolutely blown away by every aspect of this salon. The salon is beautiful, the amount of colors they offer is not only extensive but are OCD organized, the staff is knowledgeable and professional.. If I lived in or around Austin I would only come here! Anytime I visit Austin I will only come here!

Very nice place. Super clean, and relaxing. Friendly staff. Crystal did my nails and took care of me. She was very professional and sweet. She also makes sure that she is not overbooked. You must make an appointment in order to come in but just call an hour ahead and you should be good. Highly recommend and will be coming back again!

The place was so relaxing and smelled amazing since they had diffusers throughout it. The people were very friendly and helpful. I was unsure of what I wanted and showed them a few pictures. My technician helped me create something that I loved and was very sweet. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new place. I had a pedicure and manicure. Both turned out amazing. If you want something special, this is definitely the place.

I had the organic pedicure done. Very relaxing. I have very sensitive skin with psoriasis issues on my calves and was relieved that the products they used did not itch, burn, or irritate in any way. She was very gentle with the trimming the cuticles which is my least favorite part (normally makes me cringe), but it was the first time in forever I was able to relax during a pedicure.

Best dip nails. I love the ambiance. No forced conversation. Forever a customer.

Made appointment 30 minute prior to getting there, fast service. Very attentive to my needs. Nail technicians were professional and pappering. Absolutely loved the customer service. Definitely will be returning and highly recommended.

I called to make an appointment b/c they have really good reviews, the woman who answered told me I had to leave a $20 deposit for my appointment.. I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 16 and have never once had to do this so naturally I was uncomfortable. It also did not go towards your service.. I simply stated I have never had to do that so I was uncomfortable and I live 400 ft away so I would definitely be there, to which she laughed at me and told me to call someone else. LOL piss poor customer service. I’m sorry but that was beyond unprofessional and rude. As a new client, I would never visit there after that.

Hands down the best nail experience I’ve had in Austin! I’ve had two different nail techs and both were amazing! The attention to detail is unreal! You even get nail insurance! Rest assured you will walk out with beautiful nails. Just be sure to call ahead to book an appointment :)

Ive gotten my nails done here several times now. The staff here goes above and beyond to make sure that every visit leaves you with beautiful nails! Crystal always makes sure that you are comfortable, and they always try to squeeze you in if possible. Theyre VERY professional, and I always feel relaxed with their soothing ambience! I would definitely recommend to also bring some friends along!

If you’re new to Austin, this is the best nail salon around! I happened to stumble upon it in a google search for a better nail salon than the other ones I had been to. Staff is extremely friendly and the place is kept super clean! A regular polish manicure will last me a week and I work at a shelter so that’s unheard of. You might pay a few extra bucks but it’s worth it!

Nail Lounge by Crystal is the BEST! Ive recommended them to all my friends and clients. They deliver quality work each EVERY time, theyre professional and the environment is oh so relaxing! I was on my way to the airport with some time to kill, so I stopped in for a quick pedicure. I was able to get in pretty easy and they were very nice. The ladies are super sweet and did a great job on my pedicure. Highly recommend!

No manicure has ever lasted me more than 3 days. None. Not even gel. Until I came here for the powder dip. 3 times now, it’s been 3 weeks with no chip and only needing to get them redone because of growth. Clean, comfortable space and incredibly pleasant and talented technicians. I’ll tell everyone and never go anywhere else. Yes, you need an appointment, but there’s a reason for that. They’re the best.

I get a basic gel manicure here (no art), but its the best manicure and pedicure Ive had in ATX, especially for the price (they dont charge extra to remove gel, etc). They take their time and are meticulous with my cuticles and polish even though my nails are super short. They usually have kitten or puppy videos up on the TV and offer La Croix, soda, or Champagne to drink.

Like how did they know I didn’t have an appointment is beyond me, on top of never being told that at a nail salon that’s empty with 2.5 hours still left until closing, but I’m not one to stay where I’m not wanted.Reply: Well put that on your website, how is anyone supposed to know you only book appointments? Have your employees offer to book me for the next available appointment? Do you know all of your customers by name & face? Because I’m still not understanding how you knew I didn’t have an appointment. I had a great weekend spending my money at a salon that practices proper business ethics & customer service.

Tried to do a walk in this morning, as I’ve seen plenty of people do, and was told no. I wanted to let my friend know that we would not being getting our nails done. As I got on the phone, one of the women there went and opened the door for me to leave. I was waiting for my friend to decide what do next but instead of waiting inside with my child I get pushed out the door because “they don’t do walk ins.” It was super rude. If I could put zero stars I would.

Very disappointed they do not accept walks ins even when its not busy I wouldnt recommend this place it felt like theyre a bit racist in there as well dont waste your time or money if youre a minority.
