This is by far the best nail salon in Austin! I have been to my share of nail salons throughout the years and I have finally found one I can always rely on! The nail techs are AMAZING and always have made a place for me in their salon. Do yourself a favor and check it out!

I enjoyed how clean and bright this establishment was, sometimes nail salons can be dark and mysterious which makes a customer what is hiding in the shadows. Anyways, I wanted a simple pedicure and there was a great, organized selection of colors, styles, brands to choose from. I was happy with how the color I chose turned out on my toenails. I wish I would have gotten the stylist’s name - she did great and was super friend, but I know I will be back. She complimented my tattoo and made small talk but not too much which is perfect for me when I go for relaxation and pampering.

The worst rush job ever. I don’t mind a quick pedicure but the lady was super distracted and wasn’t even paying attention to what she was doing. The nail polish job was streaky and she expected me to be ok with it. I simply asked for her to please add another coat. All I was hoping for was a job well done and that did not happen. In the end she basically told me sorry I’m just really busy. As if I was not important, maybe because I wasn’t getting the most expensive pedicure on the menu!??Find a better salon, it’s too hit or miss here. Not the first time.

Wife made an appointment for us to get our toes done before a trip to Mexico. Not that familiar with pedicures, however I think my toes looked worse after. We had an appointment for 2pm. Didnt get in the chair until 2:30. Then it was another 30 minutes before she started actually working on my feet. I dont have any comparison, but this might be the worst place for a guy to get a pedicure.

Had a set of acrylics done by Johnny. He was awesome! Great customer service plus he did a great job!! Ill be back!

This is my go-to nail soon. I call before I go in to make sure they have availability. There seems to be a lot of regulars here🙂

I love this so much more than this review will allow me to express. Cindy, Cathy, ivy and all the other women (and men) there are professional, patient, courteous and would do anything to help you get your perfect nails. They do next-gen, shellac, gel and regular nails and fake. Their pedicure menu is awesome and I recommend the spa organic pedicure. Their color selections are robust they are hospitable. This place is amazing.

I went there to get my nails done and was never greeted with even as much as a hello or informed the price of how much I was paying. The people working on my nails only spoke amongst each other. They were distracted, and they nicked me several times. Nails were done fine, but the customer service was disappointing. I don’t mind people talking amongst each other, but it’s important not to ostracize your customer the entire time.

My favorite nail salon in Austin!!! I’ve been living in Austin since 2017 and I have exclusively been coming to Luxe Nails since then. It’s relatively close to the UT campus (about a 10 minute drive) on Burnet. I actually moved to South Austin and I STILL make the drive up to get my nails done here because I just don’t trust any other place. The first time I was a walk-in they were really busy, so I decided to come back the next day and I’m glad that I did because it was well worth it :) The best part about this salon is that I feel comfortable with whomever is doing my nails, like, all of them have been doing nails for a long time and they are all great at what they do. I’ve literally never had a bad experience here. The salon is always clean and sanitary, especially right now during COVID. I appreciate Luxe Nails so much!!!

I was a walk in to this establishment, due to it being near my job. I noticed the majority of the customers were white, which was not a problem. One of the workers came over and asked what service I needed and I said brow waxing. She looked uncomfortable and said she did not turn her waxing machine on today. What she should have said was, I dont care too service you, because youre an African American. Please know, my money spends just as good if not better than the people that were there. My hard work and my dual Masters degree make sure of that. Ill definitely let any and everyone I know to not use this establishment....and thats a lot of people in important positions.

Love this mail skin. Ive been coming here for years. Every now and then, Ill try another shop because Im traveling or a girlfriend wants me to come to hers. None compare.And now with the new dipping powders, this place just cant be beat. They must have over 200 colors to choose from. They do them a lot so they have the technique down. They also have the best product. Some brands go on thick but theyve chosen a system that is light and durable and super shiny.I used to be a shellac girl. (They have a couple hundred colors of shellac too.) But the dipping powders are where its at. No chipping, no breaking and my nails are stronger after wearing them for six months instead of super thin and weak after regular shellac use. Give them a try and you wont go back.

I’ve been to a few nail places around Austin and I think Luxe does a great job and at a good price. My nails usually last me 3 weeks or more. My girlfriends and I usually come in together and they are very accommodating. They don’t judge us for drinking during our nail day. Also they are taking temps at the door so I feel safe.

Ive been a frequent regular here and I love all my ladies!!! Ive gotten so close with some. I LOVE Ivy, she always does exactly what I want and by now she already knows what I want and I dont even have to say anything unless I want something changed. Everybody here is so nice and Im always so excited to go get my nails done :)

The two times I went they were awesome even when I had to go back because I changed my mind. Officially my go to place! I tried the SNS technique and LOVED it.

I love Luxe! You can almost always get in from a walk-in and my nails always look great after. All of the nail techs are lovely and would recommend any one of them to friends!

Just had a delightful pedicure by Kathy. I chose the herbal spa pedicure that apparently is a six step process but the results are extraordinary!It’s pretty much a facial for your toes and legs, my skin is flawlessly soft! And the aromas are so devine, totally natural and refreshing, I’m not a fan of artificially scented lotions so this was a huge bonus!With a $15 up charge for gel polish my total for Both Mani And Herbal Spa Pedi was $105!!The atmosphere was clean and fresh, you will get your temperature taken and you must wear a mask. 15/10 would recommend this place especially Kathy.

My girlfriend just went over there 4217 and they lady said over the phone that one of the girls there does design then shows up & nobody does designs. 😑 then does a bad job. Like i know some people dont like there job but damn. Learn to at least do it right.

Ive never really been a fan of going to nail salons. When Luxe nails opened, my friend convinced me to go. I now live in Manor, and will do the drive, because the ladies and gentleman at this business are always friendly, and do a great job. Their great work and welcoming, nonjudgmental, personalities are what earned then my loyalty. Lynn is thus far my favorite technician. Shes thorough and very precise.

I used to love this place until today. The lady I had was rushing me to pick a color right as I walked in. Then she was very rough getting my shellac off and nicked my cuticles about 3 times and gouged my natural nail several times during removal. I finally decided I wanted to just have it removed, because I was so done with how I was being treated at this point, so she gets up right in the middle of it and has another lady come over to finish the job. Just ridiculous.

Love the staff, always friendly and take great care of the details! I was in a bind and had to try a different salon here locally, let’s just say I’ll be making the drive to Luxe from now on. They are always on point!

First time going here and I am very happy with my experience. My nail tech, Maria, did exactly what i asked and my SNS nails came out perfectly. The drink selection/ free margaritas are a nice touch along with the overall cleanliness of the salon!

Such an awesome nail salon! Super friendly staff that really listen to what you would like done. Lots of parking and close to my house is definitely a plus. Very reasonable prices. Im super impressed with this place! Highly recommended :)

Ive been here twice and both experiences were wonderful. They made sure that I got in and out as fast as possible while still giving me a great manicure. The ladies genuinely care if your nails look good and if youre comfortable. The prices are affordable especially for college students who enjoy good nail services. 10/10 recommend.

I drive all the way from South Austin to get my nails done here!! I refuse to go anywhere else. Always in and out in an hour with a full set of SNS done perfectly every time. I always call about an hour before arriving and they can always accommodate me with no wait. Great pricing and awesome staff!

I have been going to Luxe Nails and Spa for about a year. I love this place. They offer refreshments, the staff is so kind. Also, if you get the chance to get the SNS dip powder, ask for Maria. Shes my favorite. She does an amazing job.

3 of my friends good very good powder dip nails but my basic manicure was awful. I just wanted french tip nails in a pink color. They gave me a hard time for not wanting to use white and then they did it so quickly, that the polish on the ends was not even. It chipped off multiple nails after a day and I repainted them myself.

The BEST! I gave been to many nail salons and I have been going to Luxe Nails consistently for a year for good reason. TONS of colors! The best selection of regular polish, gel, and SNS. All the techs are kind and capable. Maria and Ivy in particular are amazing!!! I am so indecisive and sometimes have special requests, and Maria is always so patient. Especially with gel, the cuticles and edges are always perfect. Luxe does get busy, so try to call ahead if you can!

Everyone is very friendly and they do a great job. Ive never had to wait very long even when it was busy. I might be the only person who hates pedicures but after going here Im starting to enjoy them. Maria also does some awesome work with the dipping powders.

Great prices and my gel nails turned out great! We tried a design on one but my nails are a little too small right now. Cant wait to go back, I love how Ive this great salon so close to me.

The lady who did my SNS nails was nice and not too pushy to talk, which is important to me. However, she cut me more than once, and even though I was bleeding kept using her tools in the same area. No antiseptic, no apology, nothing. In addition, it was my first time there but when I walked in people just hollered across the floor to ask what I wanted, and when I said SNS they kept pointing at a wall but all I saw were other products. Not once did anyone stand up to direct me to where I needed to go. Same goes for the sink. I was just told to go wash, but had no idea where I was supposed to go. The lady didnt bother standing up from our table to show me, she just points and walks away, leaving me to find it myself. Also, they dip your fingers into the same powder as everyone else, meaning it is unsanitary. Im going to be finding another place to go, and you should, too.

I have been going here since it opened 6 years ago. I am super picky about my nails and they always do a great job. They offer a ton of different services and have a great selection of colors.

They were very friendly and provided high quality service. There’s a large selection of shellac polish, SNS, and high quality polishes for natural nails. I will be going back.

Fair service, but several of the ladies are unpleasant. Not a relaxing environment. I had been going for years but reached my limit. Trust me, try T NAILS across the street for a luxurious hand massage and foot massage included in the basic service.

I was surprised that the women working did not stop talking among themselves for one minute. There are much better places with nicer environments across the street (T Nails) or on Anderson.

Ive been to several nail salons (8) over the past 7yrs and this has been my go-to place for almost the last 3yrs...it does get busy, but thats how it goes when the salon is a good one. Make an appointment if you are going in after 5pm or weekends 😀....Updated today 6/30...still coming here for perfect nails!!!! Just sayin

This is the best reasonably priced nail place in the neighborhood! Despite them always being busy, the longest Ive had to wait for a chair was maybe 10 minutes. They also recently put in a slushy machine!

Came here for a pedicure. Staff was super nice. Chair was super comfy. Place seems pretty clean and she did a great job on my pedi. Would have liked my heels done a little better since I paid for the best pedi. But over all. Will definitely be the place I use for my pedis in austin.

Finally a great nails place open on Sundays! The ladies here are really nice and all give good pedicures. They also have a lot of OPI polish colors and new chairs. Ive never had to wait long for walk-ins.

I was disappointed to walk in, knowing they would be busy, but to be turned away at the door. The woman at the front desk said we are busy. Come back another day. I would have been happy to wait for good service, but they didnt need my business. Thats a shame.

Great technique my nails looked beautiful( pedi and solar nails hands), however they were incredibly rude, curt, and just down right hostile. Customer service need MUCH improvement. Not to mention the technician was rough and nicked my skin a few times.

This is the only nail salon I frequent in Austin because everyone who works here is lovely and they consistently do excellent work.

I came to this nails salon because of the good reviews but boy was that a mistake! Staff was not friendly at all. I came for a mani and pedi. First thing the girl did that got me really upset was sneeze on her hands and continued doing my mani and pedi without washing her hands. While doing my pedi, she stabbed my leg with the spoon cuticle pusher. Not sure what she was doing to stab my leg but she didn’t even say sorry! She did a horrible job applying the nail polish. It was streaky! I could have done a better job at home. All nails were streaky! I asked them to fix it. She started checking which nails looked the worst to just fix a few. I asked her to redo all of them. Clearly the nail polish was old. She starts doing it with the same nail polish and they were obviously looking streaky. I asked her to stop and to get a new nail polish. They didn’t have a new bottle of the same color and decides to bring colors that were nothing like the one I picked. Finally i decide on a color but she did them so fast they were not well done. She then doesn’t want to fix my toes which are a totally different color. I asked her to fix them and she decided to paint on top of the previous color. By this point I just want to run from this place! They didn’t even show me where the drying station was, which usually at other salons they grab your stuff and take you there. I am furious that I went to this place. This has been the worst mani and pedi of my life! Never going here again!

Was looking for somewhere quick and walked in for a pedicure, I got the rose and champagne, OMG it was awesome and Mimi was GREATI do not live in the area but plan on going to Mimi form now on, very satisfied, i messed up my toe when I got home, called Mimi and she was very concerned if I was ok since I told her slipped when I messed up my toe, it was raining when I left she was concerned I really love that.

They were super friendly and did a great job on my nails.

My favorite nail shop in Austin! Very clean - they use plastic linings on the bowls, really nice staff, and they even have two kid pedicure chairs that make this my daughters favorite place in the world next to Disneyland.

The staff don’t stop speaking in Vietnamese, you can’t relax because of the non stop talking between staff. I couldn’t wait to be done.They speak so loudly and high pitched it’s extremely annoying.Also they sneeze and snort constantly and it’s nasty!
