Nice staff. Not very social. Just got a gel color change but they didn’t even get all the old polish off. It’s lumpy and I think I have more polish under my nails than in them.

I’ve been going there every 4 weeks for 5 years and very pleased. The sisters are all friendly, accommodating and never been unhappy with the results.

Spur of the moment manicure, I was an hr early for a meeting and needed to waste time. My manicurist was Hang, she was great! I am very pleased with the job she did and it was so relaxing. I would go back in a minute!

Very disappointed with acrylic nails..they are very thick and uneven with ridges.The young women was not interested, in fact she said she does not like doing nails..thought she was kidding but the results shows she does not care...not even sure she has a license to do nails.On the positive side my pedicure done by another women was great

Had a pedicure that was supposed to be French tip and finger nails painted also she painted them pink with white tip even after I continued to tell her clear and white tip. Not worth the money. Go to albert lea much better. Major language barrier and because of this they intentionally over charge.Update: went back to allow them opportunity to fix, Banana did a wonderful job fixing my nails. But the owner charged me again. Plus my 7 ur old was offered to paint her nails $5 I’m pretty sure they dilute the polish because her nails were completely dry she brushed her teeth tonight washed her face and hands and no nail polish is left now. Banana is the only honest employee and needs her own shop.

Great place. The girls are so nice and welcoming. They do a great job too. 👍👍

Banana did my Moms nails and added Halloween designs. They look So good!

Honestly, they did such a poor job on my nails. My nail tech left my nails thick despite asking her multiple times to fix them. When I asked them to fix them they said, “ you’re lucking I have time,” as if it wasn’t their responsibility.

The few times I’ve tried top ten nails I wish I hadn’t.

I left in tears. I asked the nail tech several times to fix where she had mistakes like the gal was so uneven and lumpy, the nail polish was messy and didnt even cover the whole nail. Never again

Very rough, very little massage during my pedicure, it took her max 15 minutes to complete my pedicure. I could have done a better job. They took on too many customers at once.

This is one of the best nail salons, they have great customer service, take time to do your nails, dont rush like some salons. I highly recommend them.

Polishing was awful. Very lumpy and thick. This place is not a good place to go to. I’d spend my money somewhere else that’s actually worth it.

Had to wait 20 minutes passed scheduled time and nails were done very poorly; uneven, different sizes and lengths, smuged, and bumpy. Never going back, I hated it.

The worst experience Ive ever had at a nail salon! I have been to nail salons all over in Tx, ok, mo, nd and more. Ive never had to deal with such rude ppl. I only had so much time since I had to be back to get my kids so didnt get much time to look my nails over once I got home they are all crooked misshapen and different sizes. I called to tell them about it and the woman was very rude and ended up hanging up on me while she was talking to her coworkers Im guessing.

They did a horrible job at painting my nails and they cut me when they were doing the manicure!
