Erika ... shes phenomenal. Very clean pedicure, scrub and I love her massage skills ... the perfect amount of pressure and a great atmosphere. Shes very professional, responsive and friendly. Absolutely highly recommended.

We had an absolutely terrible experience here. I made a reservation a week prior to Christmas to treat my daughters to facials and manicures. We showed up at the agreed time and found the owner decided to take the day off. There was only one employee working and she did not do facials. I spoke to the owner on the phone. She said she called the day prior and left a message. This is not true. There was no message. She didnt even apologize. Our spa day was ruined. Unfortunately, I cant recommend Organic Day Spa to anyone.

*****GO HERE!!!****Picky picky me who has only gone to one salon for 5 years in south Austin, but moved west and out of desperation stumbled upon this jewel 💎The ladies are amazing and Leo too!You can tell their customer’s love them when you walk in because they always have flowers from grateful patrons or people are stopping by with gifts and hellos to show community appreciation. They support the local schools by sponsoring LT groups. I always see high schoolers, which is a good indication of price, popularity, and patience.They do an amazing job and always supersede my expectations. I really enjoy coming here because there’s never a wait and everyone is always happy to see you! They take their time when you want to relax but can also accommodate when you are in a hurry.I am picky. I’m that annoying picky that will leave with the nails I want if I have to have them re done... I know... but I’m the one paying and it’s on my hand for two weeks so I want them to be gorgeous, not tolerable.I have NEVER had so much as an eye roll when I ask for a fix or color change and I have done both.They happily adjust and that makes me feel comfortable coming back.All clean tools, clean bottle tips, they wear gloves, good wine, and Leo has hands for your calves and feet!

This is your place, if its not yet, it should be. Nini, Yen, and Monika are incredible. I moved here from Chicago in April and started coming here once they opened back up. They are professional, very nice and do an INCREDIBLE JOB. The higher priced pedis are amazing and the gel polish on both hands and feet look fabulous. I highly recommended you go

Best pedicures my daughter and I have ever had! Massages were wonderful and our feet have never been so soft- we did the “special pedicure” and it was worth every minute and every dollar! We will be back for sure!!!

This place is amazing. I walked in and they did my manicure right away. The staff is really nice, they made me feel very welcomed. They also do a neck and back massage that was really relaxing. I loved that they never pressured me into doing more services. Mimi is very detailed oriented and got my nails perfect.

Wonderful job with manicure and pedicure. However, it didn’t last one day because I think they used old polish. Most of the ones to pick from looked old, too. They need to replenish supply. Guess I could bring my own, but I shouldn’t have to do this.

Over the last 2 months, Ive had a number of events that required the polishing of my usually neglected nails. Organic Day Spa is the third nail salon Ive visited, and Ill never leave. The staff was very attentive. This is THE BEST manicure Ive ever had-the attention to detail Nina gave me was so impressive. The neck massage was an unexpected treat and WONDERFUL. And I could tell that many of the customers in the salon were regulars. The entire staff was attentive and kind. Im SO glad I found this gem!

The salon is neat and clean. The owner is a wonderful person. If you want anything done right, ask for her. Other than that, I wouldnt reccomend the place. The technician was extremely rough with the scrubs and the massage. My feet and legs are covered in bruises. (I do not bruise easily) the technician went onto my manicure where she was even more rough. She claims my skin is sensitive. But I cannot agree with that because she took huge chunks of my finger off and couldnt get them to stop bleeding. My fingers are in extreme pain. If I could post pictures, I totally would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

This is a wonderful salon. The owner and the employees are all so sweet. I left my ipad there and they called me and tracked me down to get it back to me. They do a wonderful job on my nails and love their brand new pedicure chairs.

This was the first time getting my nails done with any other service besides polish. At first, I came in for gel nails with tips, but Ni Ni suggested dip nails instead. You see, my nails are short and grow about 1 centimeter per year. Ive worked very hard to get the to be thicker and Ni Ni said that the gels would hurt my nails more and not stay on as long as dip. I went with dip and got my nails done sparkly blue. Its been 4 days since I got them(P.S Im always doing something active and hard on nails) and only 1 fell off(P.S Id been picking a it)! I will most definitely come back to get them filled. I highly recommend Ni Ni to anyone for any service.

The salon was really nice but service was terrible. Had the worst experience. The tech did not seem experienced. When trying to let her know what I was wanting. She had to ask someone else to explain it to her. The Mani & Pedi was disappointing; specially for the cost. I paid extra for a leg mud mask and she barely applied any product and then moved on. She left polish all around my toe nails and on my fingers. I had to ask her to clean it off and she barely even did that. This has been my worst experience to date with anyplace I have been to. My friend seemed to have a slightly better experience but not by much. Her tech was just more friendly.

Nini did it again! She is a true artist when it comes to nails. She is the sweetest woman I have met in the many nail salons I have tried in the area, and her attention to both quality and beauty is in a bracket of its own. Women stop me all over town to ask me where I get my nails done...theyre just stunning!! I am so glad I came across Ninis shop on Falconhead and hope that you get a chance to grace your hands with her beautiful work. This set, posted in my pic, are coffin shaped with SNS powder. Love!!!!

I always love my nails when I have them done at Organic Day Spa. Their work is beautiful and my gel manis and traditiinal pedis really last. Service is prompt, courteous, and professional.

I went to get an acrylic set and the men doing me and a friends nails left another customer in the middle of doing their nails to do mine. When he did my nails the acrylic was dripping off my nails since it was so wet. When i asked for my nails shorter they said that i can’t do that with the shape. The gel color they put over has holes and bubbles all in it

I love love love the way NiNi did my nails. I was hesitant to try the SnS because of the drilling. She talked me into trying them and was so gentle I didn’t feel a thing. They look lovely and I will be returning!

I fell in love with this place when I went to Lake Travis High School right down the street from Organic. I now have moved to downtown Austin since then and I still travel 30-40 minutes every other week to go get my nails done here. Ive tried other places that were closer to me but none of them will ever beat the customer service and quality of the work they do here. Organic, you will always have my heart!

All of the staff is very accommodating and friendly . They are very detailed oriented when giving a manicure or pedicure. I really enjoy the neck and shoulder massage that is included with the manicure. I have gone to this spa for three years.

Very clean place but service was terrible. My sister and myself had the worst experience. The website prices do not reflect the prices they charged us. When we asked about it they was just a blank stare. As far actual Mani & Pedi the work was not up to par. They were extremely aggressive with my sister and the tech attitude was very unpleasant. My tech did everything at 50%. It was not what I was expecting considering the ratings were so high.

I followed the owners, Danny and April, when they bought Organic Day Spa a few years ago. Although, there are a half dozen nail salons with 5 minutes of my home, I drive 25 minutes to Organic Day Spa. Unfortunately, due to lack of planning on my part, there have been times when Ive had to use other salons while out of town or in an emergency and I always regret it. Ive not found another nail salon that provides better service or does better work. This has motivated me to plan ahead so that I dont have to settle for 2nd Best, or worse. I highly recommend Organic Day Spa.

Nina was fantastic, I had a shellac done and had my eyebrows waxed as well. This is by far the best shellac Ive ever had done.
