I rescue animals and disabled and I would highly recommend them to everyone in need. I have been taking all my pets there for about 2 years+ now and they have always given exceptional service to help me get the medicine I need for all my animals. I have never had a bad experience with them yet. They have always tried to do their best to help me. Theyve always called a day or two later to check on the well being of my animals. Their professionalism has always been great. I would highly recommend them to someone.

I had a great experience taking my sick dog to Metro Paws. I called Thursday afternoon and originally scheduled an appointment for Saturday at 8 AM. After my dogs symptoms worsened I contacted them again Friday morning, leaving a voicemail before they opened asking for an earlier appointment. They called me back before they even opened and had plenty of available appointments. Upon arrival I called their local number and was immediately connected to Macy, the vet tech who would be taking care of Reba. She was very thorough with her questions and came out to my car to pick up Reba. Macy was very conscious of making sure Reba and I were both comfortable and calm, she even carried Reba into the facility after observing her timidness upon entering the facility. Both Macy and the attending doctor were knowledgeable and answered my multitude of questions with no problem. They also made sure to clear all additional services with me before performing them and then made sure to explain why they needed to do that service.Overall, a very good experience. I would highly recommend Metro Paws to any pet owners! Even though Reba is a bit grumpy from not feeling well, she also enjoyed her experience after making a new friend with Macy!

This is by far my favorite vet and go to place when I need to board my dogs.My dogs used to shake and were scared of going to the vet in the past. But since switching to Metropaws White Rock, they pull and cant wait to get inside. I think they love that they get to be with each other and get to play in the dog run. And I cant start on how polite and helpful the staff is. They go above and beyond. Every single time. It truly is the ideal vet I hoped was out there.

Not at all pleased with the level of professionalism at Metro Paws. I took a rescue there by myself as I was driving to work and a stray dog followed me. The lady at the front desk was rude and gave incorrect information to me. I do not trust this clinic and will not be back because of how rude the office was. I do it recommend this veterinarian.

Dr. Sarpong and her team took great care of our dog for over three years, customizing their approach / treatment specific to our special needs dog, and were compassionate and supportive when it came time to say the ultimate goodbye. This is a top-notch facility with modern equipment, plenty of dedicated parking, and easy access. I would recommend them to anyone seeking high-quality veterinary care for their companion animal(s).

Abysmal veterinary care in my opinion. I do not recommend that you trust these veterinarians with the care of your beloved pets. I am happy to share my experience with anyone to help you not experience what I have experienced. It’s beyond tragic.

Dr Lauren Strazdis is phenomenal. She has been treating our deaf, partially blind and slightly neurological foster puppy. Her professionalism and bedside manner are truly first class. My dog is an extremely difficult K9 patient and I trust her blindly. Don’t think twice about going to see her. Even through Covid she has made our experience exceptional.

Our 12 pound dog was hit by a van going ~30mph. I ran her to this vet within 10 minutes because it was close. They 100% saved her life. Super professional and top notch equipment.

Great 1st time experience. I called ahead and they took Rocky in without a appointment and the wait time was shorter than expected. He ate something he wasnt suppose and had a pneumonia like symptoms. Did the XRays and they were $175. I was overall happy with the service and how quick they revitalized my dog.Id come back to this vet.Thank yall so much!!

I am forever thankful for this wonderful place! With such caring and loving people who work here, my poor fur baby was not feeling well and his normal vet. /other places refused to see him until the next day but thank God we came across Metro Paws! Dr.Sarpong, Kiersten and the rest of the staff were very wonderful and so helpful. My family and I are so thankful to y’all for seeing our Bruno and helping him feel better! I was so worried about going to the vet in a pandemic, but Metro Paws has a totally contactless system that blew me away. Seriously they were so organized and thorough I felt both safe, and also felt like my pet got proper care. Bravo.

Very impressed with 1st visit. In & out in 30 minutes including paperwork, cat exam & injections for allergies at a reasonable price.

I was VERY skeptical coming here because of the bad service I received from their other location but the staff at White Rock are AMAZING! Since customers arent allowed in the clinic they called me immediately to give me updates on my pet and were very timley with the appointment time. Recently had to let my dog lincoln go due to a fist sized tumor on his bladder.First time I ever endured so much pain, I cried like a baby and every step of the way the team was there to comfort me. Every question I needed answered they were there with no hesitation. Thank you for the card as well, shows so much appreciation/that you guys also care. I LOVE this clinic so much! Ive taken a couple of my dogs there, and Im usually in and out fairly quickly. The staff is always so friendly, and the building is very clean. I cant remember the name of the veterinarian that Ive been seeing, but she is so sweet. They give my pups lots of treats and make them feel as comfortable as they possibly can. Sometimes I feel like veterinarians can be pushy about certain products or unnecessary exams, etc., but I dont get that vibe from this place at all. I just think they truly do care about your pets and want the best for them.

I may live in Dallas, but the care and kindness we receive at Metro Paws Animal Hospital on Grand Avenue, reminds me of small town Texas where the veterinarians have time to hold a paw and listen. And the professionalism of all the staff is excellent. I would not go anywhere else to get health care for my pets. We all love Metro Paws, though my cat does not always know how to show his love.

When I first bought Max I was looking for a good place to take him. Then I found this place on google. It was probably the best decision they treated Max so good and carefully. They have great customer service and they even called the day after to check and see how Max was doing! Their prices are awesome and I highly recommend going to them!!!

We recently had to say goodbye to my little buddy who we lost to congestive heart failure. The team at Metro paws has been great over the last 2.5 years in supporting, monitoring and medicating our little guy to extend his life. At the end I couldnt have wished for a sweeter team. Dr Sarpong and her team were kind, caring and a comfort thru the whole devastating process of helping him pass.

They take great care of our dog and cat. From regular checkups, emergency medical needs, even boarding, we trust Metro Paws! Friendly and helpful doctors and staff. So glad we found them!

We have taken our pets to all metro paws locations for vet services, grooming, and boarding and they always give them the best care. This location has a large outdoor play area so we love to board our dogs here. The staff are wonderful. Our dogs really love Katie and Sarah.

I love my vet and staff. Everyone is so friendly, answers my questions, and they have always been quick with service. The staff spent time on how to give my cat IVs, have listened to my concerns, and have always been diligent with following up. I drive further and pass several clinics to come here.

I found out about metro paws sedative free teeth cleaning from a gentleman at the dog park. Katie came highly recommended. After have my blind dachshunds teeth cleaned, I have to agree! I highly recommend this route. It encompasses routine maintenance so that your pet doesnt have to undergo the stressful process of being put under and recovering. It only took an hour and Katie was wonderful with my pet baby. I cant wait for the next visit and Teds teeth are so much cleaner!

Today was my first experience with this place and I am so happy that I decided to bring my baby boomerang in.The staff member I spoke to on the phone to book an appointment was very kind and educated which made me feel a little more at ease from stressing about boomerangs situation.When we got to our appointment, they greeted both boomerang and I with so much kindness. A lot of vet places have rude staff who doesn’t seem to care for your fur babies, but they were very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable on just about every topic. They were so sweet to boomerang and gave him plenty of love and treats to keep him happy and relaxed.They gave me the best deal possible, informed me of important things I needed to know about boomerangs breed, and really made us feel so welcome.I will forsure continue coming here for all vaccinations, emergencies, etc.Highly recommend this place - everyone is well trained in their positions and the doctor is very educated.Thanks for such amazing customer service to me and for making Boomerang feel at home. =)

They are fantastic people and great doctors! One of my dogs has been suffering from allergies and rather than just give them the typical path she took the time to explain our options based on my pups past experiences and specific scenario along with the financial aspect of each. She made no assumptions on which option we would pick and carefully explained in detail the pros and cons of each. My pup has now been allergy free for several months now.One time we forgot the rebate portion of something and they mailed it to us! Every time were back for a check up they remember my girls!!

This is honestly the best animal clinic 🙌🏼 . I totally recommend it, they helped my dog so much when other animal clinics couldn’t, my dog was having seizures and once we brought him here he only had 1 and after that he came home and was walking again . He’s doing so much better now, me and my family are so greatful for everything that everyone did for our dog and us ❤️.
